  • These upcoming changes favor one side, and that's the killer. It's been my experience that the killer has always been heavily favored against survivors (especially solo que.) The balance is gone. And even more so now than ever. Dead Hard Nerf sends this over the top. I'm not sure where this community has gone wrong, or the development team and refused to listen to the majority, but this is by fa

  • After seeing these changes for Add ons, I am SOOOO confused. I feel like you have no clue what the community is asking for, and what people truly feel needs adjustments. So you reworked some add ons, great, however they are add ons that no one uses, and you didn't really make them more appealing, not to mention, why only 1?? why not many? This is a midchapter, this should be HUGE with changes

  • When I first started playing DBD, The Wraith was my least favorite killer to go against. Mainly because of these 3 reasons: 1) The Wraith would uncloak while he's body blocking the pallet or window that's closest to me. 2) He'd hit me with sloppy butcher and then leave. 3) I'd be left with no way to heal myself. This was unfun and annoying. Now if the new changes on healing and burning the

  • Currently on live it takes 24 seconds to heal yourself with CoH (16 with a medkit with no speed buffs) without any other healing speed buffs. If base kit self-healing speed is going to increase from 16 to 24 seconds. That means it would take 36 seconds to heal yourself with CoH. If it takes that long to self heal I can’t see a reason to remove self-heal from the perk. This basically makes it a we

  • His add-ons are atrocious enough already and you want to nerf two of his few add-ons that even do anything? Give me a friggin' break. You guys are only nerfing them based on stats because almost all of his other add-ons don't do anything thanks to you. This is a ridiculous change that shows how out of touch you have become recently. Giving Billy a few good add-on reworks would have been THE EASI

  • I won't go over every single one, just the ones that I feel warrant the most discussion. Dead Hard- While I'm not sad to see this perk eat a big nerf, I question the wisdom of having yet another perk that encourages tunneling. The most effective way to counter this perk now is to hard tunnel the first person you hook out of the game, never chase anyone else until they're dead. That way, the on

  • This discussion is now void as with these new changes, Legion will be brought up to at least B-tier thanks to the healing nerfs. The reason why this was boring was because it was during a time where mend was tied to when you were in chase only. Now that we've come to the point for many years that it was tied to stopping when mending or running, I think it's time we bring that part of Legio

  • BHVR, are you okay? What is going on? Blight is the 2nd strongest killer in the game. Most of his addons are great, very strong. Some of them are very unfair. Yet it's been 2+ years and you still haven't dealt with those addons. Blight is also very popular due to these reasons. The Hillbilly has been in such a poor state. He is very hard to play efficiently, there are so little players playing h

  • What are you doing, you bastards? Am I supposed to relearn new perks every month now? There must be some stability in the game. So, to the claims: 1) between killing a perk and turning it into the best perk in the game, there is a subtle (FAT LIKE YOUR M...) position where the perk would work and not be meta-forming. In general, fighting the meta is a little pointless. Gamers are alway

  • Devs please fix the map. It's one of the most insufferable and impossible maps if killer brings it. Just slap your favorite build and enjoy your free win. The only time you can do anything about it is if killer did not expect it. Even in this case - you just have to pray you didn't get one of many killers that hard-counter this map - like nurse or nemesis. Instead of making the map reasonable,

  • I'll keep this short. The changes to Medkits and CoH are great. But changing the base healing to 24 seconds is far, far too drastic. I think you should keep it at 16 seconds, and instead give Medkits a self healing speed of 65%. That way, Medkits will heal you in 24.5 seconds, but normal heals will take 16 seconds like before. Also, Self Care would take 68 seconds with these changes. 85 seconds

  • Please add some mesures to the skull merchants power for people who suffer from motion sickness and migraines. I can’t even play a match against her without becoming nauseous from all the moving and flashing lights, textures, and especially the moving dots on screen. These also trigger my migraines and her excessively loud terror radius contributes to this.

  • Dead End You are not able to open Exit Gates. Once the last Generator is completed, if you Hook a Survivor, Dead End activates: - Once per Trial you are able to close an opened Exit Gate and then the Entity blocks that Exit Gate Switch for 9/12/15 seconds. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

  • To preface: this is the result of a conversation with my friend in reaction to the removal of flashlight interactions, and it touches on the healing changes. But, it's really just feedback on the overall direction of the game based on my 5 years of experience playing it. 🤦‍♂️ the small details behind survivor-to-killer interactions were the reason I started playing this game. And, here the t

  • After reading dev plans for the mid-chapter update and CoB in particular, the nerfs to this perk are so substantial I think it will cause less interest to it, so I would like to suggest a change. All generators within the killer's terror radius begin to regress at 60% speed and increase to 120% after a short period of time. The generator will continue to regress until a survivor begins repair. T

  • Bloodweb - great, love that. Visual Terror Radius - cool but i dont need it, unless it has some competitive usage to tell the distance the killer has. That would be a good thing for deaf people i suppose. Medkit - i think they needed a nerf but i think thats not the perfect one, mainly because they dont differentiate in rarity. You will only use it for selfheal and healspeed on others is mostly

  • 1) Blood Web Improvements - completely fine. Good & healthy change. 2) Visual Terror Radius - we will see in PTB how it works. I hope it will not give some advantages. 3) Blood Lodge & Gas Heaven Reworks - I don't know why these maps instead of Swamps, but okay. We will see on PTB how it looks and feels in balance aspect. 4) Healing Speed Nerf - huge change. It's a massive b

  • The thing that was liked about the flashlights was that they still had a use. The killer brought lightborn? If they're Wraith, you could still get value out of your item. Same thing with birds and Nurse and Hag. I do like the trap disarming interaction being a thing with Hag, though. If the community and I still think we should keep it the way it is, at least keep the whole trap disarming interac

  • Firstly, I’d like to state that this is the first patch notes that has encouraged me to write one of these feedback posts. I believe it is very important to state an opinion here, more so than ever. Please do keep in mind that this is my opinion. I hope we can all respect each other's opinions. That being said, I am going to start with the negative notes and then proceed down to the positives -

  • This might not reach anyone but I been playing DBD for over a year now so I’m not a veteran player on it but it has been a game that I been obsessed with since I started playing and I really enjoy it especially with friends BUT this new update is ridiculous like it basically toward Killers main. What is the point in using boom if someone has to heal you? What is the point in using a med kit and i

  • I read the patch notes and while I could comment about the other stuff, I want to go over Pain Res and tunneling which is the subject of this post / suggestion / feedback. As everyone knows and as the devs are well aware, tunneling is a major issue amongst the community and one source of frustrations on the survivor side. I as a survivor don't enjoy being tunneled as early as 5 gens, it's just no

  • The CoB and SH:PR changes. The added regression from CoB goes from +100% to +25%. Lets say a generator gets kicked and left alone for 30 seconds. If we ignore the +2.5% from the kick, the gen (without any perks) looses about 7.5 seconds worth of gen progress. with current CoB that would be 15 seconds (+7.5) and with new CoB its 9.375 seconds (+1.875). this means that new CoB adds about 1 second

  • Altruistic healing didn't need a nerf. Adding 8 seconds to the time wasted by healing hurts medkits a little, but that 8 seconds results in 16 extra seconds wasted when healing someone else The whole reason medkits are so strong is that its efficiency is 2x that of altruistic healing. This set of changes doesn't change that at all. Healing yourself with a med kit is still 2x as efficient as le

  • I was reading through the PTB developer update and going through all of the changes that are being implemented and I gotta say I'm not too thrilled about the changes. I've said before that I think Behaviore is trying to push the game to be more objective focused and gen focused since the meta has gradually become more about gen rushing on the survivor side and slow down perks from the killer si

  • Bloodweb, visual TR- Looks pretty good, nice qol Maps- Let's see how they play on the PTB, honestly i was hoping for the swamp to get a rework Healing, idk. The med kit changes feel fair. But with altruistic healing also being nerfed, i feel like healing could get really tedious. Also there are a ton of changes that needed to be accompanied by this change that weren't (mangled, self care, coul

  • I'll keep it brief. March update is a disaster because it doesn't rebalance the game in any way instead it just addresses complaints Fog Whisperers and streamers have about the game and doesn't regard any long term damage this will do to the meta. First off, the heal nerf... Why? Is this the reason yall buffed hemorrhage and Sloppy? Well now because of the medkit nerf, you can't get a heal off a

  • I really don't think that increasing base healing speeds is going to be good for the game. 24 seconds is pretty excessive in my opinion, especially if that's going to be the speed at which you heal others as well. Healing is already a pretty decent time sink for Survivors, and a distraction from the main objective. However, if you make it too unappealing to do, then people are more likely to jus

  • For this section of the update: "And if you’ve been waiting to learn more about your favourite characters from years past, don’t worry, they won’t be forgotten! Older characters will still be featured throughout new Tomes as minor characters. " Does this mean that: a) older characters who have yet to be featured in tomes will NOT receive their own featured lore b) characters who have already

  • Gearhead: Good change, but I think it still needs either an audio indicator, highlighting the generator in yellow, or both to be an effective info perk. Many people complain red survivor auras on red generator auras is too hard to see. Overzealous: Fine, but I'm uncertain if it will make people start using it. Pain Resonance: I'm not sure this needed nerfing but it did have potential for big ge

  • TRASH! All BHVR knows how to do is NERF. BUFF, and bring new cosmetics into the game. Does nothing about actually FIXING THE GAME. So happy that 90% of my friends have quit this game, I'm heading there too. I doubt anything is going to change in the near future but will def come back if new game mechanics are implemented, if tunneling, camping, slugging, gen rush are not an issue anymore. An

  • I did the math really quickly - if I'm not wrong, healing speeds being a default of 24 seconds would mean that Self-Care heals you from 0 to 100% healed in 96/80/69 seconds roughly. That seems like an execcisve amount of time to be healing! It's my hope that this perk will have it's healing speed increased with these new balance changes? I noticed it was absent from the patch notes, which is why

  • In what universe would you run this over Call of Brine? 30 seconds for an additional 5%? I don’t think stacking them’s worth it anymore either when you’d get 110-155 as it now takes 10 seconds for it to get to default speed meaning you’d probably be better off with just CoB, and even after 30, it’s still only 155 for 30 seconds. Not happy with this one. Overcharge only got value when the gen was

  • So, seems a lot of the mid chapter perk changes are a bit contentious, I think some are deserved but others are just.... weird. It seems that behaviors policy to "balancing perks" is either kneecapping it with a pipe wrench or taking it out behind the fractured cowshed and putting it down. Honestly don't think that's very healthy for the game, especially as it just forces changes rather than enco

  • Nerfing Hillbilly's best add-ons (nerf overall), Nerfing again Pinky Finger on Clown (instadown add-on) but ignoring the most OP add-ons on Shape??? (insta kill add-ons) and keeping still one of the most OP add-ons on Blight??!! I don't why you want to nerf weaker Killers but you keep some other OP stuff that are way more talked about and complained.

  • Yes, healing was an issue, but I think there's better ways to address it. 24 seconds is too much, specially because people are gonna use sloppy more often. People are gonna simply ignore healing and stick to gens with resilience, sprint burts and adrenaline. Circle of healing and DH were killed... again. Why leave people without options to heal when you know SoloQ is hell? SoloQ was buffed with

  • Mostly on Skull Merchant and Knight, it's broken, it can make a 3gen an impossible task, you might as well ask the killer to kill you and move on to the next match. And before I get a lot of "3gens are survivor's fault" comments, on solo Q you can't coordinate a 3gen, it just happens. So you could even say the kick gen meta makes solo Q EVEN WORSE than it is. It also DOESN'T reward the killer fo

  • Like why BHVR? Hillbillys only viable addons were Death and doom engravings, with lopro chains and punctured muffler as honorable mention…that’s it….. Double engravings took quite a bit of mechanical skill and rewarded those who developed that skill to curve with engravings over time and were arguably the most fun to go against playing survivor. What is the reasoning behind this change for the mi

  • All of these changes seem like massive wins, overall! A few points of concern: I think the medkit and CoH nerfs are pretty fantastic! I think the differences between the tiers of medkits are so little that it makes them practically all the same, which is quite boring, but maybe also not a bad thing since getting any rarity of medkits from bloodwebs is so easy now. I do however think that the

  • Is it just me, or are Billy's changes one of the worst decisions BHVR made in a long time? This literally increases his camping capabilities while nerfing his chase power and map mobility. Wasn't the overheat introduced to limit his camping ability in the first place? And yet, they make such a dumb decision. This is the exact opposite of should have happened. More overheat when camping, less ov

You are attempting to force players more and more to buy things under pressure. Billy is one of the least played killers in the whole game with only a few dedicated players committed to him, myself being one of them. Most of already dwindling Billy mains left once skybilly was removed, but I am telling you now, if these changes go through there will be little to no Billy players left. Engrav
