What are you doing, you bastards? Am I supposed to relearn new perks every month now? There must be some stability in the game.

So, to the claims:

1) between killing a perk and turning it into the best perk in the game, there is a subtle (FAT LIKE YOUR M...) position where the perk would work and not be meta-forming. In general, fighting the meta is a little pointless. Gamers are always looking for the most efficient way. They will find it again after the rebalance. That's why my 2nd claim formed.

2) Killing perks is not the best idea. Especially if you're struggling with the meta. In place of the killed 4-per-game hook, something else will come. Given the broken healing mechanics, I suspect that these will be builds through the terror radius. Painful bullshit, but the killers NEED to interfere with the repair in a stable way.

Instead of killing perks to a general bottom level, how about trying to raise all perks to medium values? In this game, already about a third of the perks will not be used seriously and even more perks that require a certain build. An excellent area for SAFE and POTENTIALLY PRODUCTIVE experiments. You see, killers in particular use the meta not because it's so good, but because it doesn't have a good alternative. A moving obsession build, a stealth build, a build for information from every corner... It's all fun and interesting, but... You'll run out of generators in 7 minutes. Look for the problem in generators and related survivor perks. This aspect is the root cause of the love of maniacs for regression. Against this background, strengthening the perk for repairing generators is an attempt to extinguish a fire with gasoline.

So, to summarize:

1) Stop killing perks. Instead, give them a decent alternative.

2) If the community doesn't accept the alternative, you don't need to execute the current meta. You need to look for underlying causes and work with them.

3) The average value is not at the bottom, but in the middle. There are no "too strong" perks in this game anymore. There are those that can be used and those that cannot.

4) It's time for you to start playing your game more seriously. Get advice from DIFFERENT professional players, collect large-scale statistics... So far, several of your recent rebalances have been baseless. As if a newbie entered the game for the first time, got his first perk and considered it an absolute weapon. The only difference is that the newbie is a powerful developer with clear consequences for the more experienced part of the community. Doing things and not understanding their meaning and value is not the best strategy.

If you continue on the current course, it will end badly. I'm not a fortune teller and not one of your brain cockroaches, so I don't know when and how, but there's still time to turn in the right direction.
