I really think they should revert STBFL back to 5% per hit and just make the perk not stack with others at all. It’s fine by itself but anytime another perk can stack with it, it becomes a problem.
-
balancing towards streamers isn’t balancing, it’s catering, those changes are not okay…
-
considering the fact that it isn’t even intentional but a core part of how victor works, it’s not really fair to suggest a nerf for them, especially when they have such a low pick rate.
-
I’m still hoping for Special Infected Cosmetics for the Killers. A smoker skin on deathslinger would go hard.
-
I feel like a middle ground between the live version and the previous iteration would be a good point next time they bring this mode back, it feels too forgiving navigating your surroundings in this version whereas before it was almost as dark as the Dredge’s power + the live version of this mode.
It reduces the spooky factor of when you can see from +20 meters away -
Hag Main Here, she’s doesn’t need a rework but rather number tweaks. Particularly the movement speed penalty upon teleporting to a triggered trap needs to be shortened. Maybe Change what Disfigured Ear and Grandma’s Heart do as they aren’t very good add-ons.

If people want the game to be less stale and not just see the same handful of perks all the time, then we need to actually nerf perks that have been seeing the same high usage for years.
Can we also get good new Survivor Perks? No? Ok. :(
it’s the other way around, we need to buff perks like Balance Landing and Smash Hit up to par, not butcher them.
-
Ngl, this is how I felt seeing Windows of Opportunity being given to survivors during lights out, it kind of defeats the purpose. Both games modes were fine as they were before.
-
I feel lukewarm map offerings should be reduced in cost as well since their nerf.
-
Reduce the movement penalty upon teleporting with the Hag from 1 to .7 seconds. Nerf Rusty Shackle by reducing the number of traps you can have from 10 to 8, and buff a few of her other add ons.

Been left for dead in a ditch ever since her gutting years ago and I highly doubt the devs are ever gonna touch her again considering it takes them years to make any big changes.
I see what you did there
-
I’m still adamant about the idea of equipable Mori’s and emotes being added to the Rift. This would incentivize more players into getting it.
-
Sprint Burst has remained unchanged ever since they introduced the exhaustion status effect 7-8 years ago. Why would they feel the need to change it now? Also it isn’t even the Exhaustion perk with the highest pickrate. The reason a lot of people like it is because it’s a lot more straightforward compared to the other Exhaustion perks. I wish more perks could be like this without needing an certain actions and requirements to activate.
-
I agree, a 20% is too low especially when you take into consideration that their rarity and cost hasn’t changed. I feel like even 33% would be fair. It kind of bums me out as someone who enjoyed scaring people with Scratch Mirror Myers on indoor maps.
-
I agree with most of these. Would also throw in a few others like
Survivor Perks:
Premonition
Boon: Dark Theory
Boon: Illumination
Urban Evasion
Killer Perks:
Hex: Third SealBlood Hound
Territorial Imperative
Scourge Hook: Hangman’s Trick
-
I think it should grant the user the Elusive status effect for a few seconds when it triggers in addition to what it already does.
Killer tracking has gotten a lot stronger over the years and I think this would offer a nice counter option.
-
Hag: Scarred Hand + Waterlogged Shoe
makes for interesting gameplay and can be pretty fun when you can’t survivors off guard -
congrats! currently working on Twins which are p82, my hag is p100 and will probably do Myers or Jason next depending on how much I like Jason’s playstyle.
-
- Stealth Perks and Builds on both Sides add more fun to the game. Stealth Killers like Ghostface & Scratch Mirror Myers add Jumpscares and keep you on edge which I love playing as and against.
Stealth Perks for Survivors when effective offer an alternative way to distract the killer trying to find you as opposed to just looping at pallets and windows.
2. Moon Bouquet Offerings Should Make A Return.Between graphics updates, prestige outfits less dark, and a lot more Killer Aura reading perks, these wouldn’t be nearly as powerful as before and should be reintroduced.

Please, Please, Pleeeeeeeaaaaaase give Trapper a full visual update. He’s the games mascot and deserves it. He and I need for him to be modeled to look identical to his “Hooked on You” counterpart. The muscles need to be bulging (and not the only thing 👀😶) and nothing needs to be toned down. I will throw all of my money at you if you give him to me.
He also needs his diamond encrusted cosmetic and maybe even throw in a bedazzled mask. I need his in game model to be a perfect recreation of this:

I promise you’ll make boatloads of money
Can we get a banana hammock Dwight Cosmetic to go with this? 👉👈

I feel if we end up with a third resident evil chapter it will most likely have something to do with the Ethan games.
I would like that too Resident Evil Village was fun, personally I think dbd would likely collab with a Resident Evil remake as they usually release content to help promote another game/show/movie releasing.
-
They've since stated that they intend to rework Skull Merchant.
Trapper, Pig, and Dredge could use some love soon imo. I still strongly believe Trapper's Iridescent Stone should be base kit with a 40-45 second cooldown which would help with how much time he has to commit to resetting his trap.
Might be a controversial take but as a P100 Hag main I don't think she's as bad as some players think. Maybe a micro buff to increase the time it takes survivors to disarm her traps by like .3 seconds or reduce the time it takes for her to set hers by like 10% but I honestly enjoy where she is right now. -
I could see them reverting the nerf and maybe reducing the stagger reduction from -75% to -66%. It's hard to say which maps could take advantage of this in year 9 but I do think BL could use a buff up to par with Lithe and Sprint Burst which see the most play these days.
-
Thought this at first but after playing him, his vine attacks are actually quite difficult to land on survivors who are figuring out how to run tiles against him. Running wider than normal on tiles or running towards Vecna when he's getting ready to use his power to attack make it harder to land hits.
-
It’s not difficult, just time consuming, I only ever spend my iridescent shards on new original chapters. Currently sitting on 290k shards.
Players need to vote for 2xp whenever the anniversary events are up instead pf 2x bloodpoints. -

And now survs can start with a flashlight, which will render all 4 zombies useless since ALL matches will have 4 Escapists and 4 Torch whatever.
I would say it’s still a net buff to Nemesis now having 2x as much zombies. Seeing zombies getting blinded is still information that Nemesis and his teammate can use when tracking survivors.
-
PTB is subject to change, if enough players voice this in the ptb feedback they’ll likely make adjustments.

i can’t log in and it keeps saying “session expired.”
edit: just checked down detector and it yep, it seems dbd is down.
they appear to be back up now
-
Yes, it says “you are logged in on another device” when I’m not, it’s also displaying this message
-
I think as an on and off seasonal game mode if we be fine, I don’t think it should be active simultaneously with event game modes(like 2v8 or bone chill). 3 separate modes active at the same time seems like too many for the playerbase size.
-
sitting on over 300k currently. Waiting for that super pricy iri cosmetics that’ll never drop

I'd love to see some Buffy rep in DBD, absolutely.
The question is, survivor only or do they go for a killer? I kinda feel they wouldn't want to use any of the iconic villains who get reformed, so maybe they'd go for the Master?
I could see him being pretty fun to play around with, design space wise. It’s likely they’d probably just make it a survivor only chapter unless they really want to make “The Master” a Killer.

i’m still shocked that unknown, doctor, knight and clown haven’t been added yet. all of their associated maps are in the 2v8 mode and it seemed that the devs were gonna add the killers and their respective maps as one since dead dawg came when deathslinger was added - same with spirit and family residence.
I think Doctor more so or less is probably because of his power and it’s large area of affect. He’d get a lot of value out of it like Legion
-
Respectfully disagree, while killers like Hillbilly & Blight get less value on indoor maps, killers like Trapper, Wraith, Ghostface, and Pyramid Head do as oppose to Coldwind of something more open.

at least the iridescent add-on needs a buff. It has totally negative effects now
I agree, the add-on is a heavy net-nerf

I don't remember how many charges they have, but I believe 1-2? They should cap it to 3 charges and then revert the rest to before the nerf, they could also increase the intensity by a few percent (not sure how sensitive that is, so probably rather less than more) honestly - it was already possible to follow people perfectly anyways xD
The only really problem they had was the amount of uses, the fog itself was not even strong in any way.
They have 2 charges on live with a long cooldown in between uses. But I agree, They should partially revert the thickness of the fog and maybe add another charge to them.
-
I think they’re needs to be a better incentive for survivors to use the doors, might need to tweak how they work to encourage survivors to use them.
-
I do wish the lighting was dimmed down and the maps felt more eerie. Coldwind isn’t really spooky at all. I think bringing back the moon offering would be a fun suggestion.
The Swamp maps are also the only realms not to receive a graphical update since launch, they need to update the visuals -

Sadly no one cares about Twins for quite a few years now. While most killers got reworks, even multiple of them and qol changes, Twins got some add ons basekit and that's it. People were not happy about Twins rework where Victor could injure and down people. While it was very strong 1v1 it decreased the urge of slugging at all. Twins defienetly need complete overhaul.
it’s unfortunate cause they have a unique playstyle unlike the traditional melee hit and can be pallet looped like half the killer roster.
-
TBH, I think if they just kept the unlimited stalk on all survivors and let Myers toggle between tier 1 & 2 it would be enough. The way his tier 3 functions is fine as is on live.

I see you played Texas Chainsaw Massacre 😉
In TCM, the barbed wire trap was basically an instant kill if a survivor got caught in it. The killer with that ability felt like a clear cash grab, but the game worked very differently from DBD. Survivors had health points, and while trapped in the barbed wire they were revealed to all three killers. The killers could then swarm the survivor, wipe out their HP, and remove them from the game right away. It was an extremely pay to win ability.
In DBD, the same idea would play out very differently. At most, it might give the killer a free hit depending on how strong the hinder effect was. It would never be as powerful as it was in TCM.
I feel like in DbD it would be more so a compensation for Trapper’s lack of mobility and could help him catch up at strong loops. Which wouldn’t be too oppressive.
-
skilled huntress, that’s all I’m gonna say 🙄
-
TF did Bill do? 😭
-
Honestly, this or increase the area of effect range from 24 to 26 meters.
Any way to make them less situational

wasn’t he nerfed tho?
on paper yes, however the haste buffs are proving to be a lot stronger than expected, I imagine they’ll nerf his speed add-ons soon to compensate for the base kit buffs to his pee bottles.
-
I’ve had a lot of success with them, they aren’t meant to be effective 100% of time and when and where you use it makes a huge difference. So I can understand why some players might get frustrated. I imagine people will get better with them overtime
-
I don’t feel like anti-tunneling needs a nerf at the moment tbh
-
I wouldn’t mind a middle ground with the offering odds being increased to like 33-50%. It definitely shouldn’t be 100% though.
Itis kind of silly though that their rarity wasn’t lowered considering how much they were nerfed -

If they add basekit decisive strike then you still cant talk abou balance, this change will only punish weaker killers but ones with good mobility or some catch up wont get slowed much like nurse, blight, ghoul, billy, dracula, spirit even slinger can catch you after ds when you ran in the open, this change would only make gap in power level between killers punishing the weak ones and doesnt do anything ( it will do something but result wont be same as the weaker ones) to stronger ones, this will force more players to play stronger killers and wont be healty change just like basekit bt which can hurt killers that need some slugging for their power to work like oni ( he needs to do as much damage as possible to keep blood orbs in the game for his power, his power is literally earned, he cant get one hook after power use this isnt good because him getting his power is slow if there are no injures) or twins ( they wont be hurt by this as much as oni but they whole power works more with downing survivors on the map applying preasure, they cant hook all of them sadly because charlotte cant get to them in time with base killer speed).
I never stated anything about it being base kit?
