Hello everyone, inspired by all the data jockeys here I started my own little stats collection and with my first 50 trials down I wanna publish them for you to pick apart. Surprisingly the meta perks weren't that prevalent in my games, so maaaybe I am not that high MMR as I always thought, or I developed a more chill playstyle? I haven't played killer much since MMR was introduced. Really, at all, honestly. I played some games with it, was already frustrated with DBD as it was, then realized what sweatfest every killer game was going to be from then on, and didn't want any part of it. I've seen a lot of people do this, specifically Pulsar and Otz, and figured I'd do it for the hell of it. I will be compiling a tally of every match I play as survivor and how well the killer does and posting the results here, unless I get in trouble for doing that too much. I don't mean to be a Negative Nancy, but I have a bad feeling that the new buff to Boil Over is going to make playing killer even more miserable than it already is. The main issue is the additional wiggle progress gained when falling from a great height. What is considered a great height in the game is already very inconsistent and 24% is a lot. Looks like they have no intention of nerfing this absolutely broken perk. The experience for killers is going to remain as awful as ever while solo survivors also get to relay to their team that they're being chased by the killer. Ok this is more of a vent but I just played a game...killer knocking everyone off pretty quickly, me and one survivor left, I get hooked and the other survivor hides in a locker. I hit second stage on hook, still in locker, I die, she comes out with birds flying over her head from hiding so long and she gets out from the hatch. Like seriously!? I connected my PSN & Nintendo account to epic games, I have also created a BHVR account but when I try to link my epic games account in, I get this error. I downloaded Epic games launcher but it doesn't show any of my PSN or Nintendo games. I also have a Macbook so running DBD first on EGL is impossible. I was hoping that in this midchapter that Mother-Daughter Ring would see a nerf. This add on plus Yakuyoke Amulet or Dried Cherry Blossom was just a bandaid fix for players that didn’t want to take the time to learn how to play Spirit without relying on broken combinations like these. The flashbang still blinds the killer even if they are maxed out staring at the sky and still pushing up on the mouse or joystick. Can we fix this please or kill switch it. Or is it a killer problem so nobody cares? It seems to be killer specific because sometimes it doesn't do anything and others i cop the blind no matter what. I don't see a reason to use this perk anymore. You have to find in 60 seconds a gen that was worked enough on to get the 25% regression while you could also: Use ruin. Ruin regresses 2x faster then nornal and you don't have to kick. Means when you chase a survivor or they go for a unhook in 12,5 seconds the gen lost 25% and with every passing second more and more. So, im an older player who Uninstaller the game around 2 years ago. I still keep up with *some* of the changes (I know you can rebuild totems and bow there is existences of "boon perks", new markets matchmaking. Ect.). Because I can't see it. Naturally, you'd nerf something if it's OVERPOWERED, right? Not just "overused." Perhaps you'd come to the conclusion that some addons are "overused" because every other option is terrible, not that THAT addon is too strong? Hey guys I thought I'd share this after seeing a post about pathing on tomes to save points. Actually you can go beyond the BP cap that's normally at 1 mill. I did this for Jill and leveler her to near max on day one. Here's how. Get your BP as high as you can without touching the cap. So say, 990,000 points. Then collect either a trial or tome reward. I have been reporting to DBD technical support for several months on the issue of penalties. When another player disconnects at the end of the game, they penalize me, whether I am a survivor or a killer. Still salty after the pointless Nemesis nerfs but I guess I have to eat my words now regarding PHeadI never really cared for this Great Value Darth Vader, but after seeing his PTB reveal I loved what I saw immediately. Losing the voicelines killed this characters soul completely. He was just way too quiet and creepy. It didn't feel right.
