And yes, always! I'm glad I'm not the only one. I think of that movie like every day.

I call bullcrap, nobody can stay every single match
You can only speak for your own experiences, but you can't speak for mine.

It's just simply fun to play with others. Some people like co-op, some don't. It seems the original poster here doesn't seem to understand or care for a mode where you get to play with friends.
Some do enjoy it.

The purpose of the exhaustion perk is to give you a chance to gain some ground and have a chance to quickly hide. it's not made to give a guaranteed escape, but to give you the chance to. I think they are well balanced enough. Honestly it would make more sense for exhaustion to recover while not moving, and recover even slower while moving at a regular pace.
@MrAnxiolytic said:
i think the half speed recover for exhaustion perks should be a buff for Vigil.it will be coolThat could be neat since it's specifically tied to a perk, so it makes it so you take up two slots to make your exhaustion perk less effective then they were before the debuff.

I want more hiding spots toooooo! More kinds of spots to hide with varying degrees of risk sound awesome. It would add more to the stealth tactic. They'd probably have to reduce the amount of lockers though so there aren't 12 immediate hiding spots for the killers to sift through to find someone.
Tree Trunks: Faster to get into, and to get out of. Keeps you exposed since the opening isn't closable. Able to use over and over again, and noise isn dampened.
Open Chests: Killers can now open chests that have been used. A survivor approaches the chest and crawls in and closes the lid over themselves. No item can be in the chest, and you must pick up the item if there is one before you can enter.
I dig all three of your ideas

Why not just finish gens, take your points, and move onto the next match? It's not really a big deal. It's like 3 minutes out of your day.
What makes you think I don't already do that?
Like I said, I appreciate it. BUT it still ruins the atmosphere of the game. I'm trying to play a survival game.

I won't if they are stuck BECAUSE time doesn't flow normally.
Maybe fixing time will fix the death loop.

I dig this idea!

Maybe we could let it go up to 99%, and it burns through the charges the same way saboteur was burning through tool boxes before the perk buff a few months back. But it shouldn't do 100%. Honestly I'd feel like it should consume an entire Medkit of any level to raise yourself from 95% to 99%.
It would still cause the survivor to be dependent on external help, and remove your ability to heal yourself if a survivor does help you up.
I'd want there to be a delay for self care though. Like maybe a survivor who was just helped from death by another can't be healed for 15-30 seconds? Or maybe the self care bar reduces when a survivor runs since they aren't finished healing, and are straining themselves and the injury they have?
-
Agreed. It doesn't show and real skill level, mostly just exploits.
-
I would be disappointed if they did that.
-
This would be a cool killer power for sure.
-
This is done on purpose. The basement is a place you are supposed to have a hard time escaping from, it’s where the entity is strongest and players are supposed to consciously avoid being too close to it. I’d recommend eliminating the generator closest to the basement so you can avoid it for the rest of the game, that’s what I do.

I heard someone say it somewhere but i'm kinda lazy to read the lore so...Frank and Julie are in a relationship. We don't know much of anything about Julie. She's one of the Legion's cosmetics though.
We don't actually know anything about Susie or Joe, for that matter. They're Legion, it's about it.SUSIE
From reading the bio, Susie is shy and naive and Julie's best friend. When you look at her outfits, you learn she wears a sweater from the lost and found instead of her own clothing. We know she wears braces, hence why her mask is styled like a giant tooth stitched together with brace wires. Her outfits are listed as "Volunteering" and "extracurricular", and makes not of her needing to apply for college soon. We can gather she was a good girl who came from potentially humble settings. Also the devs have said she is kind of weird and eccentric, that spazy awkward smart girl in one of the dev videos on YouTube if I recall.
JOE
Joe likes to show off, and likes knives. He was the first to stab the cleaner after Frank, and did so at the first request of Frank. He wears all black.JULIE
Popular, pretty, blond, thinks she's better then the town she grew up in. Julie only chose to stab the cleaner after Frank yelled at Susie. She didn't want to kill the cleaner, and had to close her eyes when she stuck the knife into his chest. She then forced the action onto Susie by handing her the knife. Maybe to be protective? maybe because she was scared or felt indebted to Frank for "saving" her. -

Susie looks like a twitch thot tbh. I doubt Frank would want anything to do with her.Why not?
"Frank did everything he could to get into another adoptive family, but he changed his mind when he caught the attention of a beautiful girl Julie was a popular girl who was convinced she deserved better then a life in Ormond, and Frank, as an outsider, was her ticket out. Frank attended the parties she threw..."
If Frank didn't love Julie then he was infatuated with Julie because of her beauty. He wanted out of the system and hated his life there, but stayed for her.
Frank also is a charismatic, attractive and in great shape dude.
Susie is shy, naive, smart, and awkward girl. She wore braces and came from a poor family.
Frank probably would think he was too attractive for Susie, and also that Susie isn't pretty enough for him. He wanted the prettiest, most popular girl in school. Sure he may of had SOME sympathy for Susie because of his humble background, but in the end Susie was more so someone easy to impress and manipulate, a pawn or audience really, not something he would want to get involved with.
The murder happened because Frank was trying to impulsively protect Julie, not because he felt like killing. He probably could easily develop a taste for it, and obviously did, but it was his protective instincts for her that lead him to do so. I don't think he would have hurt Julie like that and slept with her best friend.
Him staying in town, making friends with the Legion, and the murder were all for her. I mean, truly probably for him, but you know what I mean.

I totally dig this! I think you're rather spot on ^_^
I'd imagine that Kate being an upbeat guitarist/musician, and Jeff being a sensitive and sweet rocker/roady that they would probably have a brother/sister relationship.
Also, I'd guess that David King is also slightly protective of everyone, or if not for altruism then for his own ego. His We're Gonna Live Forever makes me think he is that a-hole that won't admit he cares and is a bully, but still wants to protect people he considers his "pack"/"team".
Thanks for sharing this! It really puts all the characters dynamics into perspective when written out like this!
-

This is a prototype for a Kate Denson Sprite I am making, and I was curious what you all thought? I know she's a strawberry blonde, but I wasn't sure if this just made her look like a redhead. Also I did two different styles of hair for her, and was feeling the left side was a better style, but maybe TOO curly? I'm curious for input! Even on something I haven't mentioned, like the top or shorts.
-
I think it's as simple as if he gets distracted and walks into a set trap, he should be caught. If he isn't/you aren't paying attention to a set trap then he/you are distracted and should accidentally catch yourself. Makes sense to me.

Here are some graphics!

-
- More maps for the locations that only have 1. It would be amazing if even the unlicensed map locations got a 2nd map each.
Doctor: A subbasement that they kept the worst of criminals in, with interrogation rooms, one-way glass in several rooms, and the office/study of the Doctor
Clown: A Theme Park or 3 Ring Circus Map would be amazing!
Huntress: War Trenches
Hag: The Village
The Spirit: A subway station/ Street Market
The Legion: A Snowy Mountain Pass OR the High School
The Nurse: An inside map that was the psyche ward before it caught fire that's a two story level.
Trapper: A mining cave system
*I'd love to see a Jungle map and a Desert Map
- A new permanent objective for survivors to change up play style and objectives
Maybe you can open puzzle boxes to get keys/stones that you insert into an alter, and once all the keys/stones have been retrieved and put in place you can open a portal out?
- A new way to sacrifice people to freshen up the killer's games.
a sacrificial stone bed alter where they are impaled
a pyre to tie them to the stake
a pit to throw survivors down into would be cool
maybe a quicksand pit? -
This perk seems like a a wesome idea!
-
Long story short, yes it is okay.

Can travel around undetected, can turn dead zones into safe zones with Saboteur.Nea - Rogue
Stealthy, nimble, and good with loot.David.K - Beserker
High risk, but high reward.Laurie - Scout/Lookout
Can spot the Killers' auras while also being exposed due to this ability.Feng - Isolationist
Great at working alone and fairly self-sufficient.
Will need healers at some point.Ace - Bard
Buffs his team while making himself a target.Quentin - Standard Support
Can help a clustered group endure debuffs and escape, while also making a decent healer.Kate - Juker
Excells at locating LOS blockers and wasting the Killers' time in a chase.David.T - Objective Coordinator
Excells at locating objectives and obstacles. Can pull through some tough events.Bill - Tactician
Weak in general, but very powerful against certain events (camping, slugging, bad team.)I like your analysis here and was curious if you’d share your class are and assessment for Adam Francis, and Jeff Johansen.
Also the killers if you felt up to it!
-
They put the map back in because I also played a game with it. But I’m assuming they will make an update announcement on the game when it’s been officially fixed.
-
I’d love to see Susie as a survivor as well, but not exclusively as a survivor. I think the second post here summarized it rather perfectly. I think playing a survivor who has a killer form could be a tragic element added to the game, and I’d rather them be a killer first before made into a survivor. It solidifies to an extent what path they will more likely follow down
-
Level up a kille once and you get like 4-5 chances to get Mori’s per a level. It’s not quite the same and a random gifting of mori’s and add ones for a killer of choice would be rad. But I think the mori count is well worth leveling.
-
I think as a survivor that would be awesome, but in fairness of balance it would be preferable for survivors to not have that much knowledge and control in the situation, the fact being this game is a survival horror and needs to keep some level of pressure in one of the most dire points in the game

Michael Myers is literally described as just pure evil. Frankie is the most evil out of all of them, and Susie is the least evil, because of her I would say they are not the most. But I would bet my left one on saying Michael is. The most evil unlicensed killer though, would have to be either Billy or Hag.The vibe I’ve gotten from Susie’s description and how the devs have spoken about he rand Legion in the Making of, I feel like they were saying Susie is evil and the Legion is all about any imaginable person having that potential. Susie is the nerdy crazy girl who seems sweet but in the end actually holds psychotic tendencies.
She struck me as the nerdy girl, but her story said she was the most reluctant to stab the janitor, Frank forced her knife to stab him. The Legion art also showed Susie had the fewest kills by far. Before I forget. Susie's animations show her to look like she herself is scared and reluctant.
EDIT: Compare her animations to Frank or Joe's, Joe acts like it no longer really bothers him, Frank acts like he almost enjoys it a little.
I totally got that nerdy vibe from her too. I believe they described her as the nerdy weird girl. So I imagine someone eccentric but intelligent. I think she definitely has this sweet image to her that makes the irony of her personable demeanor being a guide to her truly more corrupt core. I think we was a sweetheart/kinder character, and I don’t think all of them would kill if given the choice. But I also think the entity would only choose people who are capable of being driven to that point or having been.
I remember how the entity was actually going for Rin’s Father as a killer, and when it sensed the drive for revenge it chose Rin instead to be a killer and dawn the mantle of the Spirit.
I think it would be cool to get a survivor who was a killer. And I think Susie could be a potential contender for that. She’s the most popular of the Legion, and it would be an interesting parallel. She would be the first person pulled in with the intention of being a killer, and struggling as survivor. It would imply she succumbed as a survivor and eventually took on the role of killer. I think it was add some tragedy to her story, and a reminder that all survivors eventually succumb.

I think the solution should be that if a survivor is standing still, after a certain amount of time the killer can just grab them. Make it 30 seconds like the crows, and maybe make it within 4 meters of the hatch. It’ll make the survivors decision more tense, and will give the killers a mechanic they should be able to simply do anyway.
-
I like your vigil idea a bunch.
As for Wake Up, it should literally wake you up when an exit gate opens figuring adrenaline does and it isn’t in the name of the perk, lol, and it should improve your speed to wake up other survivors. Maybe by 4/8/12% or something
-

Didn't The Entity make every killer stronger?Exactly. EVERY killer is enhanced. No one survivor could take a killer in a fight without outwitting them. Every killer who is Legion is stronger then David. The video shows him being caught off guard and getting a 1 hit down, it in no way proves David is stronger then Legion
-
Simply put, Meg likes her third braid. It’s part of her character.
Also, I dig it. Others obvious agree and disagree. But it’s nit really a matter of if you like it. She has several hair styles to choose from and the character wears her hair that way.
It’s a nice hair cut, it just looks weird because people don’t see it. Most hair cuts are awkward, and there is always someone who doesn’t like a certain style

Ps: I don’t agree with the original poster, but you still sound like a fool making random claims without proof. You should stick to facts.
-
It’s truly ridiculous that the four of them in their basic outfits are not available in the dlc without extra purchases. They were advertised as a group of four, and it feels cheap to insist on that. The killer might as well have been advertised as a couple and the two alternative skins are the same people with different styled outfits.
It’s one of like three things behavior has done that’s actually disappointed me.
-
I feel like DS shouldn’t be a perk, but there should be one item per a game in a chest that lets you do just what DS does, but it can only be found from equipping the perk. That way there is a chance it’ll never be found. And at the same time, only one character could use it. Also you can have a toolbox/meditation/key/etc, and also use decisive strike.
Laurie’s DS should let her escape the killer’s grasp sooner, but more like at 90/80/70% full escape bar instead of 45%. That would still be an amazing perk for a survivor.
-
It’s a different way to kill, and introduces a new p,aynstyle. Maybe some people just aren’t good with him. I wouldn’t say he is meant for everyone to be amazing, because then he would play too similarly to other killers, or wouldn’t provide the new play style. I’m super happy they introduced a new mechanic, and definitely feel like it adds a fresh play style to the game.
Thanks behavior!
-
I just played her and see virtually no difference except that it was a LITTLE brighter. It might be your graphics settings
-
Wait, they made it so it has the same effect as the flashlight blind? That’s terrible! I loved playing the Spirit! I’ll have to try her out again and see what I think with the changes, but I can’t believe they added a blinding effect to her phase walk, that makes zero sense.
