When I had got this trophy I was Meg. The Doctor hooked me in the basement and it was just me and a random Jake left. The last gen popped and Jake was opening an exit gate, I knew he would’ve left me so I attempted to kobe and I did and I had adrenaline. So I snapped out of it and ran to the exit gate that Jake was opening and it was almost opened. So I opened it and left Jake behind...sorry Jake, you wouldn’t have helped me either.I’d like to say, though you’re probably right, that I always finish an exit door and then go back for my teammates. I just wanna give them an exit to run through once unhooked

What is juking?
-
I thought it was 16/12/8/4
-
I also don’t mind it. I imagine they would be able to hook us from most any of those angles. We just need an animation with the hook stabbing and hanging the survivor in different angles.

Seriously, this guy has a good point when was the last few updates that nerfed the killers? The survivors do get nerfed non stop, it’s fact. Add directional sound for survivor and in game comms and that will level the playing field some for the 4v1 the killer cries about so much... it’s not 4v1 it’s more like 2v1 max and the killer shouldn’t be buffed to play 4 survivors when they are really playing 1v1 and time is the enemy because the longer they stay on one survivor the less they get to catch all 4.It's a 4v1 asymmetrical game, it should definitely be balanced like a 4v1 asymmetrical game should be, with the 1 being four times as powerful as any one of the 4.
The problem is the changes that happen make the killers feel like its 12 vs 4 because they got simply way too much buffed. Its to oeasy for them to camp. I agree that survivors should get free escapes but at the same time killers should not get free kills either, and thats what they have now after the recent changes.
You mean shouldn’t get free escapes right? Just to clarify

Dwight:
He could have a power that lets him see people’s aura as when they are nearby each other, forcing a divided game to take place 4/8/12 meters.Meg:
She’s the most difficult one. I’m honestly not sureClaudette:
Claudette would probably become some witch-nurse-huntress hybrid. Throws Something that remove people’s ability to heal for a period of time 15/30/45 seconds.Jake:
As soon as I read your Jake descriptor I imagined him being a killer who’s made of dirt and tree, and can turn into an object of the natural environment. Could you imagine hearing a heartbeat Andy hiding behind a giant tree, only for it to reach around and grab you? That would be so intense, and introduce a new mechanic.Or maybe Jake could summon a hook once a surivor is downed, but it takes like 7 seconds which gives the surivor a chance to crawl away, or for someone to heal them
Nea:
Maybe Nea could have a tagging ability. Like she can mark certain locations like the witch and trapper do with their abilities, but if someone passes over it, it leaves another trail for her to follow that doesn’t need injury or running.Feng:
She could cause a false box to be summoned from the entity that produces faulty equipment. Flashlights that don’t work, medkits that crumble, and toolkit’s that cause generators to regress.Ace:
When hooked by him, your chance of removing yourself is reduced, skill checks come up more often and with smaller success ranges. When in his range, you have a chance of stumbling, or maybe just stepping on a twig and producing a noise effect. -
I’d love a killer based on each of the classic Horror Monster’s of Hollywood.
Vampire
Werewolf
Mummy
Monster of Mad ScientistThe mummy is the only one not likely since in general the developers have stated that they are trying to go with any creature that has a specific theological lore behind it.
A vampire could be interesting, how would you set them up? What power would they have and what three perks main would they get?

I wonder if the entity hasn’t pulled everyone in, but something or someone else has as well. Kate was pulle din, but she brings hope to the party. The entity is weak to light, or at least has an aversion to it. Maybe the entity makes some rules but not all of them. Why else would the entity allow light, and flashlights. Yes it effects the killers, but if it dislikes light, which i believe is canonical, and someone like Vigo or Benedict...or something equal to the entity we haven’t seen yet, makes that access possible?
Obviously just speculation, but it’s interesting to think about.

As a killer, that might be possible. Like if they introduce an “government experiment” like 11, but it’s very improbable for a Survivor.
The licensed characters probably have stipulations that would not allow the film series character to be in the game without certain limits put in place. Or they might possibly have to remove a specific licensed character to do that. I don’t think any of the licensed film series have had a little kid as a victim, at , least not in the circumstance where they get thrown onto a meat hook, bleed out on the ground, or get stabbed to death by Michael.
Also, adding a Survivor of a different size would probably mess up mechanics like hooking them produce glitches or make hiding in the grass too easy.
A killer though, they never die, and getting hit by a pallet or blinded by a flashlight wouldn’t be the worst thing
-
That definitely is Meg in that original art. Also, if anything I bet Kate was going to be a licensed character, like the Jessica Beil version of Erin, and they couldn’t get licensing so kept her design and tweaked it until it could fit in the game.
Also, the possibility of her playing the theme is very high up there. There’s no proof from what I see at all, but story wise the idea of Kate boosting moral at the campfire to build up hope for the entity just simply makes sense from a story telling perspective, and from her personality description. Especially since the menu mechanics reflect the games story a bit.
Out of curiosity, where does it specify that Kate is allowed to keep her guitar by the entity? I didn’t notice that tidbit anywhere in the game.

I think it can be chalked up to the Survivors having heightened senses in the Realm. The heartbeat for instance, is not the Survivor heartbeat but rather the Killer's heartbeat that the Survivors have fine turned their hearing for. Benedict Baker explains this in his journal.
By extension, you could assume the Survivors are capable of know their entire surroundings due to increased survival instincts.
But why does the killers heartbeat need to sound like he is about to get caught doing something he shouldn't? It sounds like the heartbeat is the survivors hearing their own heart instead of the killers.
Couldnt answer that for ya buddy. I would chalk that up to gameplay mechanic, but I suppose maybe the survivor is just "hearing more beats." I'm just telling you what the canon says haha
If you watch some of the earlier videos on the DbD YouTube channel, they e plicitly state that the heartbeat is the survivors. I’m guessing that since the survivors have all these aura reading abilities that the entity has granted them some level of psychic ability that they all share with each other and the killers at different levels.
The heartbeat rising could be them just KNOWING the killer is getting closer and that thought is causing their heart to beat really fast
-
It would be kinda hilarious if they had to fix up the camp that the survivors go to every night. Like they get free range of murder in the field, but after they pitch the tents, collect the wood, etc. hahaha

Tapp just faps to some VHS Porn in The GameKate wouldn't want to be with an #########
I think she would initially dislike him, and eventually sleep with him when she realizes he is an ######### who still risks his life to save everyone. From what I understand, David is a jerk who still looks out for everyone. She would probably hook up because she is a live life by the moment person. But I don’t think she would ever ‘date’ him. She would go for a nice guy like Quinten or Dwight. But I think Quinten would be hung up on Nancy and not be interested in anyone.
Actually, Kate probably isn’t the relationship type. She doesn’t seem like someone to be held down by anyone, especially in a nightmare world where they survive and die over and over and over, etc.

I can see your frustration, and I would be too. But I’ve also been in a chase and escaped while by myself in a level and managed to get two generators and escape through a hatch.
Yeah it’s diffiuclt, but you can’t claim they would have died unless you literally have a video of them being in attack range ina corner and then they get sucked into that wall.
I’ve seen people pull some crazy stuff, and them getting two generators and then escaping through a hatch provides like 15k BP. So they potentially have lost out on a bunch of points because of that glitch.
So you didn’t exactly earn the win.
That being said, they are being selfish, because the didn’t find a glitch, the least they could do is let you have your points since they don’t stand to gain much currently. But reporting them isn’t fair. You should submit the glitch, or critique the game being faulty. And remember their user name and if they seem to be a player who regularly does unsportsmanlike stuff, then do your Report.
I know I nearly always thumbs up, leave vote purposefully blank because of server/glitches or flag people based on how they play.
I’m sorry you lost out on those points though, that does suck.
I hope you don’t run across it again as either a Survivor or a Killer.
-
I’ve found as a killer that the swamp is one of the easier places to kill people, and as a survivor one of my Keats favorite maps to make it to the end in. I think it’s more based on play style then anything. Some people ar better with different killers, and some killers are better suited for different maps.

Her and Kate’s hair do this weird spiral thing where sometimes it doubles in length and flies behind them like a cape! It’s so weird!
