Dead by Daylight has always been a game that is proud to offer choices to their player.
The choice of the role a player wants to take on, the choice of the loadout they want to play. That said, we are trying to encourage players to try other roles and challenge themselves through daily rituals or events for example. Introducing something like you are suggesting would force unwanting players in a role / loadout, which isn't something we want to do. -

I can understand the frustration you experienced but we will not delete NOED. As a matter of fact, we recently changed all tiers of NOED to be consistant with the perk's main power (as we did for Self Care). If you have issues with NOED, there are lots of ways to go around it as a survivor. Good tricks have been shared to you on this post on how to fight this perk! -

There isn't a way currently for the players to see individual stats.
It is on the wishlist but we are not working on it right now. -

I am very sorry with everything you are experiencing on our game on XBOX.
We are getting the bans on console, it is in the roadmap.
Sadly I do not have the confirmed ETA to announce today.WHAT TO DO NOW
- Use the XBOX report system
- Keep using the in-game report in DBD - We do not have the means to process a ban on console at the moment but we are still gathering the data from the reports, when we implement our tool, we will be investigating the backlog.
- Please contact your local authorities if you are receiving threats on your life
IN THE FUTURE - WHEN DBD CONSOLE BANS ARE IMPLEMENTED
This is PC only for now but will be the same process on console when we implement the feature
- Use the in-game report system
- Our Associate Community Manager team investigates the report
- If the player is guilty : we remove their access to the game permanently (permanent ban)
- Please contact your local authorities if you are receiving threats on your life
Again, I really want to say I am sorry of what you are experiencing but be sure we are trying to make this game a better place to be for every player.
EDIT as @only1biggs said, if you receive DDOS threats, you can contact your ISP as well as local authorities in certain areas.

@Master We know the Community is eager to see the end game / DS changes. You say the ideas sound solid? We thought that too! That's why we went ahead and tested them. After testing, we realized the outcome wasn't what we were aiming for. What does that mean? Back to the drawing boad!
These specific ideas might not have made it on the live game but many more ideas directly crafted by our Designers or inspired by Community feedback made it to the game.
Think about Wraith changes, flashlight effect changes, pallet changes, HEX spawn modfications, vault changes, etc. Without the work we put in game balance, we wouldn't be where we are today.

Sorry you had a bad experience with the game and it left you frustrated.
As much as toxicity in the Community goes, we do punish harrassment, exploits, greifing, leavers, hacks, cheats (etc.) in game. Our Terms of Services and game rules are very strict on this.
We do not consider the choice of character, the choice of perks or the choice of strategies as toxic behavior. While it might be annoying to you, it is part of the game and isn't considered toxic behavior.
The game is a survival game and sometimes, the best defense is to get the attention on someone else, that's what the other player was trying to do. Again, might be a frustrating strategy from your point of view because you were the one that was targeted, it's still within the intended gameplay.
That said, if that player targets you multiple games in a row or specifically ruins your experience when you play with them, you can report them and claim harrassment / griefing.
For the next time, if you felt you were wronged in-game, please fill in a player report at the end of the game, our team will then proceed to investigate the issue. If you wish to provide more information to add to the in-game player report, you can contact our Customer Support and fill in a player report at support.deadbydaylight.com

The way we see it is that you can earn a full outfit of your choice or 3 separate cosmetics in the new collection. This is more than what was offered in the previous events.

I am not sure it is what you are experiencing but the window vaulting mechanic for survivors was changed in the Mid-Chapter Update. @Kevvie mentionned the exact patch note line related to this change. Now you need to have clearance and the right angle to get a running vault.However, there is also a bug going around involving depleting a medkit and being stuck in very slow animations.

We still don't have an internal repro of this issue. Our team is still trying to isolate what causes the problem for PS4 users. We know this isn't a fix but some users reported that if you are restarting the APP, it helps. They also reported that it was happening more often if your console was in sleep mode for a long time.

We are not getting in detail on HOW we are setting our ban rules for the simple fact that we do not want players to abuse the system. Be sure that we thought about details like you are mentionning.
Players who are being punished right now deserved it.

In the meantime, we are logging every report / disconnects / leaves on our side which is why I encourage players to still use the in-game report system.If you are facing a reprehensible behavior, you can report directly to Sony / Microsoft.

I can confirm that we are working on getting the ban system to consoles. Sadly, I cannot give an ETA as to when it will be activated.
As for leaves, players do not have to use the report system to report them. Our system is logging every information linked to leaves and disconnects. We are already gathering the data and information. All we need is the ban system to be implemented on both console.

We ban for DC
Yes, we are punishing players who are leaving games.
They are ruining the experience of 4 other players and that's unacceptable, whatever the reason behind it.Yes, there are fair reasons to leave games
Personal emergency? Hardware issue? Power surge? Game crash?
These are examples that are OUT OF THE PLAYER'S HANDS, they do not occur regularly and will not cause the player to show up on our list.Leaving games as an habit
We are punishing the HABIT of leaving games, the habit of ruining other player's experience.
The % we apply to the player's profile (game leaves / game played) is high enough for us to be confident in our processes and to know we are punishing the right players, the ones that made an habit of leaving.We are taking responsibility
You are mentionning that People play games to have fun , we agree with that statement. We are not saying our game is perfect, far from it, but most players are able to play without leaving and enjoy the challenge
We want these players to have a great experience, and for that, the leavers need to go. -
