  • I don’t have a problem with the stun time being increased now that DS is more situational.

You don’t need to be a high mobility killer to apply pressure.

When I play killer(purple ranks) I play hillbilly and leatherface, I 4K more with leatherface than hillbilly.

IMO the only killers that need touched are Freddy, legion and plague.

True, My best killer is the Hag(Red Rank) and everyone knows how slow she is, but when she’s got traps spread out on the map it’s like reverse whack-a-mole. I tend to get 4ks quicker with her than I do with the Nurse.

  • What’s keeping you from cleansing totems?

  • I wanna know what was going through the dev’s heads when they thought of increasing the already long matchmaking time.

  • I mean seeing as L4D is playable on Xbox I don’t see why not.

  • Running Shoes - Ultra Rare Item

    *100 charge

*Increases base movement speed by 2.4%

*Exhaustion Perk cooldowns reduced by 10% while Running Shoes are equipped.

    New Shoes - Rare Item

    *90 Charge

*Increases base movement speed by 1%

1 charge consumed every 1.2 seconds when running.

The fact that so many people DC on sight is proof they need a rework
While were on that topic, they need to add a penalty for when players DC.

I get that. What you suggested is that a hex totem shouldn't light up/be attached, before it starts taking effect, similar to noed.

This would mean that lullaby becomes a hex upon your first hook + first appearing skillcheck.

Devour hope would only become a hex once survivors made a sort of safe unhook.

Hex ruin wouldnt be visible up until the 1st generator skillcheck appears, etc.

With the underlying consistency that a hex perk should only become a hex ONCE it has started to take effect, which is a great idea.

It doesn't matter if you only meant it for token hex perks. It works for all hex perks as it did for NOED.
Imagine that one burning from the start.

Nah ruin is lit from the start of a match, there is no killer/survivor action to activate it. Pointless to have it the way you described anyway, hex ruin would light up a totem within 5 seconds of a match every game as 1 of the 4 survivors touch a gen. Devour and Lullaby activate a totem once a token is obtained. Killers can be hesitant to run any hex's with ruin, since it puts at least half the survivors into "search and destroy" mode for the hex's. So if it was this way and the killer is having a hard time finding survivors, the killer will only lose ruin, and not their other hex totem that has 0 tokens towards it.

This also further incentivizes cleaning dull totems, as now NOED is not the only hex than can activate a totem after the start of a match

    Exactly.
  • @Star99er

Yeah, either that or Lullaby and Devour Hope shouldn’t become hex totems until you get your first token for it.

That's a funny suggestion actually. If normal hex perks would work like NOED and only turn on (or not at all if all dull totems are gone) when the power has started to take effect.

Your suggestion would mean that in the beginning of the match, the Hex: Ruin totem wouldn't even have to burn, meaning you can't spawn right next to it.

I never mentioned Ruin or Normal Hex Totems. I only mentioned hex totems that require the killer to get tokens.

Lullaby doesn’t activate until after the killers first hook, but it’s an active hex totem at the start of the game. The difference between that and Ruin is that ruin is in effect the moment everyone spawns in.

Oh yes, keep talking about this Perk.
This Perk is so bad that it just gets forgotten.

It’s basically become a meme for how forgettable it is. “Monstrous Shrine? What’s that?”

It’s long overdue for balance changes.
  • I made a post regarding Lullaby a week ago. I agree, I don’t think Survivors should receive a notification for it the second they first touch a generator. It makes more sense for the notification to pop up once it actually starts affecting them.
  • Deliverance escape chance is reduced from 100% to 85% In this situation as well.

I feel like they should remove the escape penalties on Monstrous Shrine and just make it effect all hooks on the map.

Notice how Leatherface isn’t on this list.😂😂

No one likes the King of Hook camping.
  • Yes! My God. It should. Happens with devour hope. And if the problem is that the hex is already active then lullaby will activate on a dull totem when the tokens start.
Yeah, either that or Lullaby and Devour Hope shouldn’t become hex totems until you get your first token for it.
  • I think Mystery Boxes and Presents don't consider wether or not you own a killer. Your probably seeing it more as you get lots more Ultra-Rares during the current event.
But I’m not talking about the mystery boxes, this has been a thing for since 2017.
  • 1. Perk buffs(Resilience, surveillance, Monstrous Shrine, Pharmacy)

    2. Freddy Rework

    3. Bug fixes
  • Pig and Michael are the most fun to play imo.
Cannibal has the best perks but he’s weak and has a bad playstyle imo.

Ps: Legion is definitely not worth it.
  • For the love of god almighty please tell me this is bait.

Well she is D tier apparantly.
She’s definitely not D-Tier, don’t listen to certain YouTubers who won’t be mentioned.

She’s definitely A-Tier right below Nurse and Billy.

Because survivors would block good killers, because they got outplayed.
    System would be heavily abused.
Not if they limited how many people you can block. If they made it to where you could block 4 people per season and it resets at the same time rank resets, it wouldn’t be an issue.

This is what Overwatch does and it works perfectly fine.
  • Posting stuff like this is what makes the devs notice and patch it, just sushh! 🤫😂
  • It really doesn’t change my play style as killer, the only time I camp is when Survivors give me a reason to, like hook blocking or just constantly t-bagging.

I would like to answer but I'll need to actualy play against him to really judge him and I literaly haven't faced a SINGLE clown since his release

    Seriously? You never faced Clown?

    Yes, I'm not exagerating
The only clown experience I had was me giving him a shot on the ptb

Most people don’t find him very fun the play as(I’m one of those people) which encourages players not to play or buy him. I don’t even like to play him for his daily rituals which are pretty easy to do.
  • Everyone is learning how to use the new perks and killer. So it’s to be expected, give it a week.

She WAS bad, it wasn’t until they gave her multiple buffs after her release that she became one of the better killers. Just like Hag
  • Master said:

I will save my shards for the next killer

And I assume that its harder to play him on console (similarly to spirit and nurse)

Spirit is actually pretty easy to play on console, and I find nurse easier to play than Billy or Huntress. 🤷‍♂️

This is really getting much boring .. buff legion buff legion buff legion
New killer is fine.. not op and not weak

Also same for Freddy and Wraith .. they're not weak
They're good in the right hands
The fact that you say Freddy “is good in the right hands” proves you have no idea what you’re talking about. Freddy isn’t good period, which is why the devs are giving him a rework, and yes, the Legion IS WEAK. Quite a pushover(especially at high ranks).
  • Raccoon said:

They should delete Monstrous Shrine and add its effects to Territorial Imperative.

    Drool

Nah, that would encourage camping, it’d be better to just make Monstrous Shrine effect all hooks on the map and take away the hook escape effects.
  • I wonder if Jeff could get me his sisters autograph. She’s in a lot of good movies.
  • I use to play her for the camouflage advantage, but even at rank 1 you don’t really need it. I’ve been maining Kate since she released and she sticks out like a sore thumb but it’s never been an issue because I always run Urban Evasion which is imo the best stealth perk to use when hiding. Just crouch walk out of the killers Line-of-Sight and it will usually work, unless they hear your footsteps lol.

If someone can't play against legion it's their fault

I play solo and still see people (myself included) bullying him since he won't really h me without his power and with frenzy won't hurt me

Idk why trying to cheese the chase mechanic has no counterplay since itself needs to not charge bloodlust or see you, movie ng at 110%ms

Please can we go into a KYF and show me how to counterplay me chasing you backwards while you bleed out.

If you want to. I don't mind

It's called stealth play and described what happens when you apply that

If she moonwalks I can just hide wherever I want especially using ironwill (stealth perk in case you don't know it)

You actually can't if he has bloodhound. He is new so not everybody has bloodhound but people are gonna get that perk.

OP is right, although legion is very weak overall, there are no counterplays against him. He is really unfun for both sides for the most part.

Even with bloodhound won't change much, he would still stuck at 110% Ms. The time he waste trying to cheese like that is huge. By the time he cheesed you down 4gens are popped

Mend takes like 15s, not much and to chase you just by the blood with that speed is an auto lose

You don't understand. I am sure that no legion has done this thing to you.

It doesn't take too long to chase people with moonwalk. Also the legion's normal speed could be 100% instead of 110%, it doesn't affect it.

He hits you twice, you are at 70% deep wound state, the chase stops and he starts to moonwalk, bum 10 seconds later you are at 30% deep wound state. He again activates his power and downs you, there is nothing a survivor could do.

The whole process takes like less than 40 seconds, I would say 25-35 seconds and tbh, I don't know the counter to that. If you know please let me know and this is really not sarcastic.

I’ve encountered moonwalking legions a few times, majority of the time I lose them in a chase because Urban Evasion is a perk I run 90% of the time.
  • I mean Dlc perks appear in the shrine within a couple weeks after release so I don’t think that’s really forcing you to get it. They did the same thing with Rancor countering Decisive.

8/10 games are like this on console

Instead of blaming themselves for mistakes it's easier blame others
That’s really just a thing on all platforms, it’s only worse on console because you’ll have that one guy spamming you with notification pop-ups because he wants to b**** at you in voice chat.🙄🙄🤦‍♂️
  • Please! Talk about mid-chapter patch perk changes! Monstrous Shrine is overdue, and  Surveillance is arguably the worst killer perk.
  • They should have seasonal rewards for players that have have a low dc rate. It’ll encourage players not to ragequit and reward those who don’t.
  • He’s been on the PTB for a full week, so chances are he’ll come out sometime next week.
  •  Borrowed Time is getting a nice buff to help against the killers who camp and tunnel. So hopefully this will encourage killers not to focus one person.

I would not switch out NC and Overcharge for that.

Why run NC on doctor, he’s really doesn’t need it considering how much tracking he has.
  • Distressing, Unnerving Presence, Iron Maiden, and Ruin. 😨
  • I rarely ever get a clown in my games, even more rare a clown that does good. I think he’s fine, though some bug fixes for his tonics would be nice.

It's so useless that no one even acknowledges it exists.

Sounds a lot like Bastion from Overwatch.
  • They need to either reduce the amount of hits it takes to down someone from 4 to 3 or reduce the fatigue state after using his/her ability.
  • Monstrous Shrine should be reworked so that it applies to every hook on the map.

    My thoughts exactly.

No they aren’t and no they won’t, these perks are some of the worst in game. Go troll somewhere else 😂
  • Hag is a top tier killer right behind Nurse and Billy. Most people just aren’t familiar with her playstyle.

    Resilience
    TINH

    Surveillance
    Monstrous Shrine
    Fire Up
    Insidious
    SFTS
    Hex Third Seal
    Territorial Imperative

I strongly disagree. The discrepancy between survivor and killer bloodpoint gains is one of the biggest issues I have with playing survivor. I hate feeling like I could easily earn twice the bloodpoints with less effort playing as a killer.

No... There are few enough ppl playing killer as is, if survivors and killers made the same amount of bloodpoints, majority of the people who play killer would switch to survivor, and then we’d end up with average 30 minute wait times for lobbies. Lobby wait time is long enough as is, especially when you SWF.

Besides, If playing survivor is more enjoyable (which almost everyone think) then it’s only fair killers get slightly more bloodpoints.
