Decisive Strike is balanced.
A free off with the counter play wasting your own time (which works 10% of the time) or to waste two perk slots to make it less powerful but still effective is definteley balanced.Just get on my decisive level.
But tbh. 3 gen strat or nurse is equal to decisive strike, if we talk about the fun factor.

My bloodwebs are nothing to write home about. Did you prestige her? I didn't prestige any of my killers, instead going for the full perk arsenal. Maybe I'm getting shafted because of that, now.
I Prestiged her about 3 months ago, I regretted it because I lost a God-like build I had with her, I leveled her gradually to 50 and I'm thankful for this new bloodweb.
I wish prestige would lower the Bloodpoint cost for the Bloodweb (at the very least for add-ons/offerings) because you lose a LOT of progress built up and yeah you get the cosmetics and the perceived notion of getting better add-ons, but I've seen enough evidence that makes it so minimally if even at all...that I won't prestige a character except for the Trophies
I don't know if it makes a difference, it has on my Spirit but with my Pig, I've been getting great add-ons and I'll never Prestige her.

Make the penalty harsher for early disconnects. Something like unable to be matched for xxxx amount of time could work. As it stands, there's no real penalty to discourage people from DCing.
Whenever they announced Dedicated Servers they mentioned that punishing DC's would be possible. So i'm assuming they aren't possible atm or something but will be when Dedicated Servers come out.
Bans are given out on PC.
On Console, currently all they can do us log the reports and maybe one day ban them when the dedicated servers are up.
Won't happen.

The new patch has made some games unbearable. I haven't had the need to mess with the color options on my TV with other games or before this patch but holy Christ.
Basement sucks, can't see anything on the lower levels on Haddonfield.
It's just darker. -
Survivors already have a Heartbeat to listen to.
Killer doesn't heal, Dark sense is cool but only when generators are finished. OOO can backfire. -

The thing about Console vs PC is that PC you rely on the gaming company to monitor the abuses (see what I did there) and PSN you have two ways, if the report function doesn't work Playstation Monitors and bans the abusers.

To be honest, I don't think they'll come up with Console bans.
Banning people on console would just make them stop playing.
Call of Duty did it for ONE game, either Black Ops 1 or Modern Warfare 3, I don't remember.
But after that one, they stopped doing it.The last thing you want someone on console to do is put in another game and forget about the one they played before.

My guys plays pretty intense. He moves from survivor to survivor. The last thing you want as Legion is a Shroud that makes all players spawn separately. You want to herd them together.

Actually the problem with your post is that you are telling the OP to simply DC. If he/she does that then they will negatively affect everyone on their team. Disconnecting should have had a punishment ages ago because this is the sad and sorry excuse people are coming up with to "justify" such an action.
Then die on hook.
Trying to dehook the survivor leads to camping getting encouraged further.If a killer gains because of this action he'll continue doing it.
D/C and move on to the next game.Or die on hook. My point is, move on to the next game a quickly as possible.
