I believe that was discussed during the last dev stream and perhaps @Orion could give you the specific timestamp and or when they most recently discussed this.
It might also have been @Peanits that commented on it since the question had been asked or @not_Queen posted about it. But it was addressed that it was in fact coming they were just ironing out the kinks.
So I'll refer to my previous comment.
Bans will happen, but hourly bans, minute bans....no perma-bans unless you've been caught hacking (not exploiting), maybe we'll get some people in the forums that will be banned for a day, but no long-term bans.I guarantee it.
(For PlayStation, I know Microsoft is more ban-friendly) -

Out of all the matches last night, and this is the only one that people "quit" on.
I don't think so, and on top of that the only way to prevent spawning is to quit the game, and the odds of that happening are very slim. -

Solo survivor is dead....proof is when you're on hook and either everyone rescues you or no one does.

I think TotH is a blessing when playing as a survivor, it summons the killer in a matter of seconds while the other ones can repair gens peacefully.I don't know why...after a survivor is unhooked because I caught them near a totem they're so fixated they don't care being healed and continue to try and cleanse the totem.
On their second down, they DC. -

I was about to compare the toxicity here to Call of Duty but in Call of Duty you can just turn the Mic on instead of messaging.

As much as I hate the "bubble" myself it is here to stay, the devs confirmed it a couple of livestreams ago. It was a design choice and it will not be removed as it gives an indication where the survivor is hooked and which gen is done.
What? U know that the hook aura can been seen right? And u know that the gen area turns yellow if done right? There is no benefit for each side for that bubblr

The funny part is that this could actually WOULD be a valid strategy IF the 90% version was implemented because then you'd have to be ready at the start of the animation and not at the near end.
It's hard to fake it when you have the fake the first half of your pick-up animation before they would be required to do something xd
