Yes. Yes they do exist. On ranks 15-10 you'll see a lot less DS users.
And on 10-5 you will see a a DS ALMOST every game. Rare occasionss do accur

Cause all 3 level perks are either Very rare (purple) or Rare (Green) -
I don't like this OoO but i do like the Sole Survivor.

Yup. There's a super slight chance of this perk being useful on Lery's, otherwise pretty much useless.
Sole survivor is too situational
It's like Distortion.
But with OoO its really good when your team sucks -

8 is actually good. Many players can't get to that rank. Single digits are where you start to get survivors that know what they are doing.

1) Momento mori deprives you of a chance.
2) I can go after the survivor and wait only 40/50/60 seconds for a new strike
3) Camper Killer - deprives you of a second chance.
4) Killer Tunneler - deprives you of a second chance
5) Not experienced survivors who will not take you off the hook - deprive you of a chance.
6) Increased reaction check area. (it is not needed). This is a chance and what would it be you should be able to learn and learn to play.
You can not make survivors lazy.^ Why do you think DS was changed? Would you think it would retain it's full power?
ALSO one of those minuses "4) Killer Tunneler - deprives you of a second chance" is actually false
New DS is an anti tunneller perk that punishes a killer that goes for you -

oops, sorry about that, I meant to take out the aura reading part.
I intend for it to be a body blocking perk, instead of a completely useless aura reading block perk that hardly functions.I get that. But the fact it also exhausts you make it kinda pointless.
And also as twistedmonkey said this perk should help Laurie when she is starting to be alone. -
