I'm not sure why everyone hates that he no longer has bloodhound built into his power. Every other killer tracks just fine without it and it isn't hard to do the same with Wraith.

Surveillance just needs to have no time limit, the 16 seconds is bad. The skillcheck thing can be weird since everyone has skill check chance and skill check collideSomeone made a good point in regards to this perk. Have it have no time limit however to avoid the situation where you could potentially see every generator as white and get a sudo-BBQ effect make it have a range of X amount past your terror radius so that you won't instantly know where everyone is. If survivors were unfortunate enough to let 3 gens get to close by endgame then that's there own problem.

I don't want him buffed. I want the devs to rework his power. He has so much potential, and is a classic killer. His power lowers so much of his point potential as well. Killers can outmatch him easily.
Rework his power, make him fun! Don't buff a boring killer when you could fix a boring killer instead
Much like Wraith I think his power should have been looked at before his kit was changed. Now if they change his power we may suddenly get an unexpected power surge because they tinkered with a kit that was ok in the past.
I too hope Freddy gets a power rework before they buff his kit.
I mostly play killer and Wraith was one of my favorite to play (lacking in power because of his POWER not his kit).

But the Wraith can't immediately uncloak like the Spirit. Wait, that's all she has on him. Wraith for the win!Her passive "phasing" can actually make some smaller pallets much easier to mind-game...so I mean...she has that too?
Until they fix her by removing the "whoosh" (technical term there) noise she will be just a sad Wraith + Nurse hybrid with a face-based light burn. Her power is a crappy slow blink that reveals her location via sound.
I'm not talking about her power, but her actual phasing when running around. It is better than I though when on smaller loop mind-game spots. Useless in most other cases but still a little something extra.

Really guys, none of you can take a couple minutes with google translate?Middle one that says 175% is literally "Saved from the hook". He likely did a lot of saves
However, the -85% is very telling. Translation is a bit messed up, but it's unsafe rescues
If I were to guess, all his unhooks were downed in less than 10 seconds after unhooking. As the system works, you lose TWO ranks of benevolence when this happens, so you end up losing a rank every unsafe unhook you do. He did it so much, the value ended up less than zero, so the system for figuring percentages freaked out and gave us these messed up values.
Anotherwords, this is a guy you don't want on your team because he doesn't take responsibility for the people he rescues.
You can't make a post asking for us to answer and then get mad when you didn't provide an English translation. Its not our job to do your work so we can answer your question.
It would be different if you asked anyone who spoke German to answer this but you posted it in a mostly English speaking forum section and got upset when no one wished to translate your post.
EDIT: Keeping it up here to remind me to read more carefully before I post. I see now Roach was not the OP. Either way my point still stands even if its no longer directed at the OP.

Not only have frames gone to ######### but anytime I try to pick survivors off generators, windows, pallets or hook my character freezes in the pickup animation but the survivors can still move about freely and do stuff. This freeze will last for about 20 or so seconds before I gain control again by which point I'm watching survivors confusingly t-bagging me or simply poping gens.
This 2X BP event is nearly unplayable as killer on console right now simply because of this issue. I don't really want to play survivor but its the only way I can get BP, and its highly unlikely BHVR will offer console a "do over" on this event.
They said they are looking to get console a optimization patch by December but we need at least a fix on our current FPS downgrade that this chapter release has caused.

I PLAY ON PS4, sorry let me correct that, I'm trying to play on PS4 THATS WHY I"M STILL HERE!
-
Why not make it so each time a item (only items brought into the match) is left behind (killing the survivor or match ends with it still in the map) it is converted into a killer add-on.
Sure you would need to balance out how many items = how many killer add-ons and rarity and stuff, but it would give the killer something to shoot for.
Possibly to avoid "item hook camping" once you hook that survivor you need more survivor items to increase the rarity of what add-on you get? I don't know what balance could be done.

That residence where Rin got killed is probably the place where people could get sucked in to fog world.I believe the entity chooses its victims based of strong emotional connections before death/disappearance. Its about feeding off hope and strengthening dread. From survivors who died saving people to survivors simply running away from their problems each has some sort of strong emotion that draws then entity to them.
Killers seem to be much the same (only counting original not licensed) where some form of tragedy has cause a huge emotional/mental breakdown and the entity can easily influence a broken mind.

To answer your question of:Why Do People Get Angry
I shall turn to an artical written by Ryan Martin Ph. D
-In the past, I've written that people become angry in fairly predictable circumstances. Specifically, that people become angry when they perceive something as unpleasant, unfair, blameworthy, etc. That's prompted some questions, though, as to why some people get angry more intensely or more often than others.
As a way of answering that, I'm going to turn to Dr. Jerry Deffenbacher's 1996 model of anger where he outlines how anger results from a combination of the trigger event, the qualities of the individual, and the individual's appraisal of the situation.
Trigger event
To start, let's look at the simplest part of this formula: the trigger event. There is always some sort of event that happens right before someone gets angry that serves as the trigger (e.g., being cut off in traffic, being insulted by a coworker). Typically, people think that their anger is caused by these situations and they say things like, "I got mad because I got cut off by the driver in front of me" or "that guy made me so mad." The implication here is that those events caused their anger directly, and there were no other mitigating factors. Of course, we know that can't be true. If it were, everyone would respond the same way to such situations. In other words, we would all react the same when we were cut off in traffic or when we were insulted.
Individual characteristics
What, then, are the other elements that cause our anger? First, there are the characteristics of the individual--in this case, the person who was cut off or insulted. Here, there are actually two things that matter: personality traits and the pre-anger state. Starting with the personality traits, we know that there are certain characteristics that make people more likely to experience anger (e.g., narcissism, competitiveness, low-frustration tolerance). While an exhaustive review of these personality traits is well beyond the scope of this post, it's perfectly intuitive that a highly competitive person would get angry when cut off in traffic since, to them, driving may be more of a competition with the others on the road. Likewise, a narcissistic person may think of himself or herself as the most important person on the road and be irritated by the other driver for that reason.
The second part of this, the preanger state, includes how the person was feeling physiologically and psychologically right before the situation. When people are tired, anxious, or already angry, they are more likely to respond with anger. Some of this has to do with simple physiological arousal. A nervous person already has an elevated heart rate so doesn't have as far to go to become angry.
Appraisal of the situation
Ultimately, though, whether or not we get angry in response to a particular situation has to do with how we appraise or evaluate the situation. To illustrate this, let me give you an example. About ten years ago, I was seeing a movie with some friends and, even though my friend was well over 17-years-old, he was carded when buying his ticket. The interaction looked like this:
My friend as he handed over his ID: "Are you serious?"
Guy at the counter as he looked at the ID and handed him his ticket: "Sorry, but we are told to ask whenever we are unsure."
That's it. It seemed pretty straightforward to me and, though I recognized that asking for the ID was probably unnecessary, it wasn't much of an inconvenience and it was remedied pretty easily. I thought it was over until we got into the theater and my friend said, "I can't believe that guy! Can you believe he thought I was under 17?!"
That wasn't the end of it either. For the rest of the evening, my friend kept bringing it up, talking about how this guy had tried to embarrass him, how he should be fired, and so on. When I mentioned that it seemed like a simple mistake, he got angry with me, saying, "No one should make a mistake like that!"
I can't tell you why my friend felt so strongly about it. Maybe looking young was personal to him for some reason. Maybe there was something about how the guy asked for his ID that felt rude to him. What I can tell you is that our appraisals of the event were very different and his appraisal led to him getting very angry.
This is what psychologists refer to as cognitive appraisal and it's the cornerstone of Dr. Deffenbacher's model of anger. He argues that we get angry when we appraise a situation as blameworthy, unjustified, punishable, etc. In this instance, my friend had decided that this request was unjustified ("no one should make a mistake like that") and punishable ("he should be fired"). If he'd interpreted the situation a little differently (e.g., "that's a foolish request but it isn't a big deal"), he wouldn't have become so angry.
The important thing to remember about cognitive appraisal is that a person's anger-inducing interpretation or appraisal of a situation isn't necessarily inaccurate. This was an extreme example where my friend and I interpreted the situation in very different ways, and I would never go so far as to suggest that his interpretation was wrong and mine was right. In fact, as I've argued in previous posts, sometimes people are absolutely correct in their appraisal that they have been treated unfairly and, in those cases, anger is a perfectly reasonable emotion to feel.
**Hopefully this has been as helpful of an answer anyone can give.
Cheers!

Honestly. If you need to depend on both of these so called "techniques" to win a game, you aren't a good killer and you aren't giving both sides a good game, instead a boring and enraging game. You don't suck at the game but you suck individually in the game, if you feel like you have to do so. Why DS? The killers are doing their objective, and they can't do much about it. No I'm not a killer main and no do I use DS.I use Plunderers Instinct, Balance Landing, SC and Ace in the hole. Let me say, you can do this if you want, but it is incredibly annoying, and you should maybe think in the survivors shoes and also the killers.
I may not like people who use particular perks or who implement specific tactics but they are in the game and they are trying to win. Like it or not I'll deal with it like an adult and move on.

Of course. She's almost completely perfectly designed. High skill floor, high skill ceiling. Good map pressure, good chase potential. The result of a game with the Nurse is always a matter of skill from both sides - whoever has the most skill wins.
I might need to try her more after I hit rank one for trophy and depip so.i can get practice in
Biggest tip to offer is never use her add-ons because this will mess up your blink memory and make things difficult while you are still practicing her.
