I haven't unlocked all of the lore in Tome 3 yet, so maybe I just haven't come across the answer yet. im not sure because this is a PTB or the PH patch, it seems there are a lot of bugs that i never see before ( unlimited rite of judgement, ppl fly on top of hooks, last survivor in cage doesnt die immediately, etc) the devs gonna clean these up before the hatch goes live .....RIGHT? The matchmaking is busted and after about 3 games in a row as a rank 12 killer getting paired with red ranks I decided that playing killer isnt worth it. I'm not learning anything by losing within the first 5 minutes of the game. I'm not improving. If anything this busted system is making me dislike the game. Survivor mains, have you ever considered running a game off meta to try different perk synergies or play styles? Wouldn't it be interesting if they added Yagami Light (Kira) from Death Note as a killer? Idk what the power would be, something related to the book? But the survivor could be L which would be dope. I see this quite often these days and just started to report every survivor in harassment. Does not matter if im killer or survivor. I personally (as killer) always get a bit scared for getting false banned, but i also just can not deal with the fact, that ppl just can say "you are a cheater!" and nothing happens. I always feel like people don't like them and I'm the only one that uses them. I kinda just figure in my mind as survivor,if you get the gen on and the killer isnt in a chase,he's coming that way. As killer the one gaurantee is they will get at least a gen on in a decent match. I had a match earlier as Demo on Torment Creek, had a nice draw (2 kills 2 survive), one hook off a perfect 32K BP and a pip at the end the Laurie in the match (one who escaped) said "Demo is kinda weak but you're pretty good" at the time I said "he's not weak he just needs practice" (which rings true for every killer) but now i'm questioning whether that's a insult to Demogorgons everywhere14 comments 91 views last activity

Hello, I am a console player. I have been playing dbd since late 2017. I took a 4 month hiatus and came back a month ago. After rank reset, I climbed up to rank 8. I have found that I am stuck at this rank because of the gen rush, DS, deliverance, 99% exit gates and borrowed time. Do you find rank 8 to represent me as a bad killer? I believe this was a question option in a recent feedback questionnaire. I personally would like more gore, with the violence being more akin to that displayed in Friday 13th The Game. Decapitations, limbs everywhere, characters getting more blood drenched with every blow, splurting, dripping blood as the survivor is hooked...I would personally welcome that. So last night I was playing a game as Pig at Lery's. I had a Yui with 'No Mither' and a flashlight. I was chasing her and she ran into a wall and suddenly dissappears and she was running the opposite direction behind me (had good ping). At first I see how much work and time the devs invest for the game and they try to find the best balance for survivor and killer. It seems they can do what they want, the player will always cry for nerfs and buffs and changes because they think there are balance issues. A good example : I'm all ears - a great perk, crippled by a very long cooldown thats designed to prevent it's use multiple times in a chase The solution? One of the things that I simply don't understand is why so many survivors (even red ranks) knowingly perform unsafe hook removals while the killer is standing in plain sight. It's even more confusing when it happens almost immediately after someone has been hooked. Me and my friends have been really struggling with it since the archive came out! Ive been trying to scum it with empathy, urban evasion and a blood amber but so far no luck. Any advice besides get lucky with an afk killer? Edit: i did get it! Playing urban + iron on yamoka with dark clothing is deff the best bet. Hey, i just hate the struggle phase right now, all i have to do is mashing a button for one minute, it's not that hard, i'm just breaking my keyboard so i started using a macro. My idea is, instead of mashing a button, we should get skillchecks when we are in the struggle phase on a hook, it seems more challanging to me and more interactive.
