I can hear everyone saying "wow, you entitled killer main" while yes, i am a killer main, but I am not entitled (just stating the facts, it's your choice to believe it) I think most of the problems in this game go back to SWFs. Solo and killer experiences will improve if they just nerf SWF groups. Every part of the game has some sort of downside gameplay wise, but not SWFs. There is a recent popular thread discussing the light burn mechanic and how it mostly punishes wraith and hag. While lightburning a nurse is possible, you basically need the stars to align and be a flashlight sniper god to make it happen. I’m rlly proud of myself. I have wanted this game for years and I was finally allowed to get it at the beginning of April, with all of the quarantine going on. Hey, everyone. I wanted to ask the community what their thoughts are on the topic of grind in DBD. It's no secret that the grind is real in this game, whether it's to get enough shards for a skin you want or leveling up characters for perks and builds. Sometimes I'm forced out of the game for a reason I don't know, but I don't lose my items. So the game detects when I don't DC intentionally, it lets me keep my items, but still bans me? I'd think it would be positive for some people of the community if we didn't get banned because of this. I do realize that his shock needs proper timing and skill. But is it actually that useful? I can see it being effectively used in certain loops but doesn't kinda too situational? You need certain distance, certain location, certain prediction, etc.. I see people putting him in A-tier but does he really deserve being there? I'm quitting the game. This game has so much potencial but there are so many bugs and game features that made me quit. if a survivor manages to climb to a spot the killer cant reach is it cheating to stay there? I think survivors should be guaranteed a safety pip if they finish a game by escaping the trial. Some games there's literally nothing you can do about a killer who camps a teammate other than finish the gens and escape; but quick game means 9/10 times at red ranks I de-pip. I am new, so I don't have a lot of bloodpoints. My plan was to skip a few teachables I don't want right away, such as skipping "Left Behind" while I go to "Borrowed Time" , this would lower the amount of unwanted perks while leveling other survivors. Recently I had a match where I was the last survivor standing (well technically the last survivor on the ground lol, hadn’t been hooked yet). The killer decided to give me the hatch, but wanted me to complete gens first as a ‘challenge’ presumably I’d miss a skill check and would instead be killed like the rest. Personally, I see hooked survivors as noisy blood pinatas. If I have maxed out STBFL or am playing a killer that can multi-hit I'll occasionally smack a hooked survivor for the sheer fun of it. But some people really don't like that, even though it gives their team mates extra time, and they somehow think that me hitting them means I'm angry or something. I was playing a bit a Wraith today when I noticed that he had a bug. If you start to uncloak but cancel it the uncloaking audio will play out in full, even if you canceled it straight away. You stay invisible too, so survivors can only hear the sound.
