[PC] Cannot untrap Survivor that is trapped on the edge of a T Wall Loop.

I was playing with @Fibijean the other day and she got trapped on the edge of a T Wall Loop. I tried to save her and untrap her, but as the video shows, my actions were not being registered.

Both our names are censored because I don't want to be identified in-game.

Perks played: Prove Thyself, Lithe, Alert, Spine Chill

Map: Coal Tower

Frequency: Possibly a one time thing

    That's right, share my failings with the world!

    In all seriousness, I suspect it might have to do with that particular trap placement (perhaps it was closer than it should have been to the wall) and/or the angle you were trying to untrap me from. Still a bug, obviously, just trying to provide helpful speculations.
