There is a lot of people saying he's good, even saw someone saying hes on the top 5 best killers (???), but he's just... bad. (I'm going to refer as a "him", because I play as Frank) Everyone says the right way to play this killer is to hit someone to apply the deep wound status effect, and then go to find other survivor and repeat, this way you're applying pressure. Freddy's block addons suck. Once you mastered the blink mindgames they hurt more than help, while the movement speed increase can help with them. Not to mention that the Dresses and Range Increasers help slow down the game.2 comments 111 views last activity

I want to start by saying I agree not all killers should be top tier. How ever the core concept of the killer is something that needs to be talked about. Fundamental each killer should be some were in the middle between the following: Kill potential ability to scare or surprise Fun for killer Now for me I dont often worry about kill potential I dont play top tier nurse billy ect. When you deliverance off the hook, you can't be healed so adrenaline doesn't and shouldn't work but the description of adrenaline states that if you can't receive adrenaline at the time, you'll receive it later. So, when your broken status is over, you should be able to get adrenaline. Im being legit here and am genuinely curious. If you saw today’s “play with the devs” stream, you probably would agree that they play like rank 20s. I mean the killer was missing so much of his hits, it was honestly hard NOT to laugh. Many bonehead plays by the survivors like saboing right next to the killer or vaulting when they’re right behind you; resulting in just getting grabbed and hooked. What does the killer do or what stats does it have? It has a speed of 110% (4.4ms) could be a problem but already being a killer of that speed, depends on its power. If you haven't seen the PTB, or new Survivor perks, one is Distortion: the survivor starts the match with 3 stacks, which prevent their aura being revealed to the killer for 6/8/10 seconds, and prevents scratch marks being left behind. The legion power is good in explanation but it has to many harsh downsides. The open wound effect is completely useless because survivors don't bleed in chase and mending stops the bleeding. The double stun of feral rush is way too long. The most viable strategy I've come up with that has won me my games as Legion is to do the following: Deep Wound a survivor Land a 2nd hit on them Purposely lose chase during power cooldown Moonwalk in their general direction and pick up their trail following scratch marks / blood The Survivor will either run from you or try to heal up, bleeding out or letting you catch up. Borrowed time - survivor cannot be detected by nc when mending(Edit) they also make no sound, mending yourself takes a lot less time then healing and about 4 times faster if killer has sloppy butcher, can loop the killer until he gets hit again. Basically, i would like to see offerings be more specific. Yesterday, i used 13 Coldwin map offerings. I was trying to get the Thompson House. That's because it's my favorite map for nostalgic reasons ( it was the very first map i ever played when i got the game). I didn't get the map once. But i did get Rotten fields 6 times.
