Why does Legion look at their hands as a stun animation?

Wouldn't it make more sense for them to look out of breath after sprinting? Have them appear hunched over with their hands on their knees as they recover.

    Legion's background story alludes to using substances yes, but they don't have any add-on, animation, or description in their power that would indicate they're on crack. Also their hands are pretty steady holding their knife the entire game until their power is exhausted, so I don't think it's crack.

    The Legion is a group of teenagers and teenagers are known to have bad anxiety and stress. Going into a violent frenzy and trying to stab innocent people probably causes them to be out of breath and anxious after they calm down. It happens to a lot of people in real life.
