I don't see why it can't be.
If you get unhooked by someone running BT and get hit by...
*Normal M1 attack = normal BT
*Frenzy attack = deep would

    Yeah doesn't really make sense, getting unhooked in the killer's terror radius makes the killer's attack apply a deep wound? Why?

    I feel like either they should be different mechanics or deep wounds should tick down during chases like old BT. Imo this is gonna get more people farmed due to the fake sense of security now that it doesnt tick during chases.
