Like come on. I have never seen anyone in a while complain about the servers and the hitboxes of this game. I have been playing this game for quite a while and i get so often dedicated or get hit where i am not supposed to. Literally the hitboxes of this game are bs. Is there anything I can do about survivors that are lag switching? I just came across a group of 4 that were using something so that every time I hit them, tried to pick them up, or try to hook them my game would lock up. I got around some of it by just spamming buttons but it's not fun at all playing with people like that. Long ranty post Tl:dr stop filling the premium track with annoying filler/clutter charms and actually give us some more Unique charms each Rift for example Dolls, perk charm etc. We are on our 4th Rift at this moment. Keep in mind I'm only talking about a specific set of charms here. Enough of the selfishness. Why do people open the gates and just immediately leave. Dont even attempt to help to make sure the rest get to safety. Im tired of running into NOED every game just for people to act like they cant search for the Totem. Like is it that hard to take the few seconds to destroy the Totems before trying to gen rush. Smh. I don't know if it's related to the tome lv 2 opening today and people not getting their way to complete the challenges, but it's unreal the amount of dcs tonight. I played about 10 games and every game had a DC. Or you may I say, a rage quit. One game had 2 at the same time. The pig has detective tapp as her own survivor from the same movie, why not give leatherface his own survivor. Charlie Hewitt would be a perfect survivor to add and a lot of people would want to play as him considering the fact that he was played by the well known R. Lee Ermey. So my most recent game was awful. For starters they sent me to Ormond despite my map offering for Midwich. Then they gen rush me so I patrol 3 gens close by. Then I get a hook and the exit gates are open so I stand near the hook. They are still able to get the save however and use a key to get in the hatch before I can hook another one. Removing rank that isn’t tied to MMR won’t work. What’s determined to be playing well is subjective. Perhaps expanding the ranking system would work better? Keep Ranks 20-1. I was in a match with a live streamer and at first i thought they was a nice person and so i added them as a friend and they accepted however i decided to watch the live stream for myself and I discovered that they was in fact toxic. They was calling my girlfriend (The david king) every name in the book and just flat out was toxic towards the whole team when they died. When I first got this game, I hated every second of it. It was fun, but I hated getting matched with random people who were "every man for himself" instead of people that genuinely wanted to help their teammates survive. It makes it impossible to rank up in unless you swf. So this is the 2nd time this week I’ve been stuck in that same spot on 2 different maps. This map was Crotus Penn. I believe the other was Auto Wreckers. It’s that spot on side rock wall right next to the entrance to the hill. I was unable to move unless killer downs me & picks me up. I’ve tried to give this some decent thought that would be fair for both sides. 1) Remove keys and moris as they currently stand 2) Create a black and white Mori and Key 3) Keys can not be saved in survivors inventories 4) Mori works either only during EGC or only after 2 hooks, or both. Now me and my friends dont have to feel bad every game. We each have a few hundred hours in the game. In total, me and two of my friends have ~2.6k hours between us. And... we might be a bunch of boosted apes... but we can still easily bully a rank 20 with 5 hours in the game.... The MMR system game us rank 20 new players pretty much every 5-10 games. I know that springtrap is a common and controversial topic but he could have some really cool powersyes, I know. another fnaf thread. the possibility of bots coming to the PC version of dbd gives springtrap some very interesting powers when it comes to his band of phantasms, perhaps he could control them in some way or have them help him chase and hinder survivors. Title, basically. As much as I love seeing the reworks and such, the biggest thing I was excited for was the improvements to the servers, and was greatly saddened to see them delayed. Just now I was in a match, I went to go around a hill and stopped moving. I was stuck in...something! I kept spinning and trying to get away, but couldn't. I started getting crows..😢 A wounded Meg came for help but I couldn't reach her. Killer mains tend to complain about survivor meta when they are the ones that cause it to happen in the first place. This also applies to some survivors, but mostly it is just killers that do this. Since the developers have openly stated rank does not matter why not go back to the Bloodpoint system then why not redesign it and add in the camping penalty which was why everyone hated the system because it lacked that and most people can honestly say thats why they slightly liked the Emblem System was the camping penalty. In the past the Devs got so much heat for their rank based matchmaking. Yes there were valid concerns but as you all know the player feedback is often times so insulting and brute. Then they took that and tried to introduce something to improve the game we love. Unfortunately, it failed. Now they were forced to revert the change to matchmaking. Feelsbadman. What is the bloodpoint ranking system? It was the first ranking system in dead by daylight. Why bring it back what does it have to offer? In my opinion it had a lot to offer it actually made survivors and killers have to reach a certain amount of points in order to rank up and double pipping was harder to do under the system. As stated, some players who likes using low settings on both killer and survivor somehow are losing fps mid chase or random walking then around 10-30 seconds later , the game will be normal only for the next lag to happen anytime soon in random intervals. Hey guys, So "gen rushing" seems to be a problem for red rank games. And I think it could be solved with ease just by tewaking the system a bit without making the game an m1 simulator...(more then it already is) So heres the current "Gen rush" strat: you spawn in as survivor, everyone goes on a different gen. Not like you can change your Killer and pretty much already have your perks and add-ons equipped so I usually take a quick peek at the profiles to see if I'm dealing with SWF or a streamer since they're usually in SWF teams anyways.
