People who use Low Settings somehow start frame pacing terribly at random moments

As stated, some players who likes using low settings on both killer and survivor somehow are losing fps mid chase or random walking then around 10-30 seconds later , the game will be normal only for the next lag to happen anytime soon in random intervals. It also happens at Lobby or Main Menu but very rarely. ~

    I haven't noticed. I use low settings as killer, since it brightens things up a tad and removes some clutter, making maps like Sanctum and Yamaoka playable for me.
