DS is in a terrible state for solo que players, it's essentially mandatory to bring the perk because tunneling is so wide spread due to killers being oblivious to any other playstyle or even more likely good killers realizing it's the best strategy so they tunnel the same guy out of the match as they are powerless to loop them for more than a gen because that would require perfect movement and wall hugging while also memorizing every single loop on the map and how to run them perfectly, can't do that? You're getting downed. It's honestly sad to see some ######### noob get tunneled off hook and go straight back on it, I'm sure they're having a great time playing the side that's way more susceptible to bullying styles of play.

Well yes it's a smart idea to tunnel during certain situations to get the advantage I feel like people tend to forget that survivors are also a good chunk of the reason why tunnelling happens.

    Farming teammates off hooks

I've seen and and have been saved only to have the saviour completely cut and go stealth mode which means when the killer might come back to check I'm the easiest to track because of bloodstains and potential well noises so of course I going to come after me rather than spending time looking for the stealthy healthy person.

I have seen survivors who have gotten off hook running around like headless chickens and then get surprised when the killer bumps into them again and goes after them.

Tell that I have had survivors who have just gotten off the hook with borrowed time I'm running up in me trying to body block for their team made which only leads into me waiting and then Downing them after borrowed time is done and they complain that I tunneled

  • @thenegativone said:

I just think you should be able to unhook someone without losing your ds, otherwise its fine

No way that was one of the major problems of it is to begin with.

It left you with the ability to unhook somebody without any fear especially around endgame.

If the killer chose to chase the person who got off work they had to deal with a possible borrowed time and potentially another decisive however they chose to not tunnel and go after you instead they still got punished with decisive strike.

It made endgame saves way to save as you could basically just play play trade until decisive saved you both

I really like the design. Those hair with the mask look very good. I also like her jacket with that demon's face.

And the most important thing: in this skin Yui doesn't wear her motorcycle suit. We really need more casual skins for her.

Ok now you mention more casual I get you.

Hopefully a Yui skin wins this next cosmetic contest

  • It's safe to say most of the original survivors come from the same world.

There might be a few that might come from a slightly different timeline but it's most likely they all come from the same world for example the Haddie we're getting as a survivor is from a different timeline than the one from the tomes.

  • Like some of the other stated above he definitely comes across as the type that would have taken things way too far and I could 100% see him initially prefer into torture and experimental the survivors as opposed to sacrifice and partaking in the trials.

Which probably lead to The Entity giving him a little bit of "encouragement"

I don't get why everyone goes so crazy for that cosmetic don't get me wrong the cosmetic looks beautiful and all but aside from the skirt there's nothing really new.

Hey Behaviour, it's time to nerf legion (again) since you made him just as annoying and unplayable against as the Legion when it came out in the game.

Thought you guys would need a hint since you're always late to catch on with the state of your game.

Legion is fine the only difference is now they not so unbelievably easy to beat you actually have to use your head.

If you think that makes them unbeatable then I definitely question your playmaking.

    YOU WILL LOV3 THE RECOLORS.

The whole second outfit if you buy the DLC will never be a thing.

Be happy that Laurie,Quentin and Tapp got theirs for free and didn't cost 10 € like Leon and Jill.

The sad part is I'm pretty sure it used to be a thing survivors came with two outfits by default

Feng Min had her default lazer bear gaming uniform but she also had her day off outfit.

    Same with Laurie, Tapp, Ace

Ever since the store came out we pretty much only started getting one cosmetic piece mostly for a survivor and unless it was a solo killer then one piece for that for example ghost face ( and with some licence chapters it's just been a charm).

  • I already have my mains prestige 3 with all the perks Feng, Cheryl and Mikaela for the survivors

Piggy, Legion, Pyramid Head and Demo for the killer

So I don't have to worry about them they're all set.

But ever since the announcement I've basically been making sure that I get everyone to at least prestige 3 for the Perk benefit and down the line I can level them up for the general perks if I see fit

  • The sad part is dead with the Red Riding Hood inspired Feng Set the cosmetic glitch prove to get that it can be mixed and matched without any issues. At least you could use different head pieces and different leg pieces without any issues using a different body pieces but still.

But even then as you said it clipping issues answer really that much of a problem hell especially with some of them of the sets clipping into each other

Well, it's not as though new players need those perks, they just could benefit from them. So, it helps for fans of those franchises who buy the DLC when they start playing, but people who aren't fans of that franchise still have plenty of tools available.

Well yes they don't need it goes perks in the being largely useless overall because players who are no longer newbies aren't going to use it because they don't need it anymore and they have better things.

This kind of leaves a problem with a decent amount of Perks that are just stagnating because they're quite an awkward space of just potentially being behind too many walls for newer players and not being good enough for the players who actually have gone past those walls

  • Like Vampirox, I'm a Feng Min main and I pretty much own all her cosmetics the only cosmetic I'm missing from her is literally the twitch shirt.

I have every cosmetic for Pig, Demo and Pyramid Head. Piggy is my main killer and the others are like sidepiece main Killers

I have every cosmetic for the Legion except the common recolors. They are my secondary main

I have every cosmetic Cheryl except James and that's just because I hate James with a passion. She's my secondary main when it comes to survivors

I also have every cosmetic except one for Mikaela. She is like my side piece main.

I have completed and bought every Rift pass however since you get full cells back I'm not going to really count that

And I have various cosmetics but other characters here and there

It's safe to say for my own personal dignity I am not going to disclose how much money I have probably spend on this game

  • @jesterkind said:

I think it's sometimes acceptable for them to be teachables- perks like Rookie Spirit are clearly designed for newer players, and it makes sense that they'd be attached to a character when that character is one that's obviously and unambiguously going to attract new players to the game because it's a gigantic license.

Otherwise, though, I still think it's only sometimes a bad idea. I think it's fine for perks that help new players to be on base game characters, like (again, hypothetically) Predator and Bloodhound on Wraith, since newer players are gonna start with those characters. It's mostly a problem when it's on DLC characters that aren't big licenses, imo.

The problem is looks like rookie spirit technician and all of that require people to buy the DLC or put in the time sink to earn it.

That comes a major problem when newer players either aren't bands of that particular franchise so they probably going to want to be more accustomed to the game before just buying DLC for it ( basically figure out if they even like the game) and at that point they don't need the Perk or once they put the time sink there's not much point in it's intended purpose has already been mastered.

  • The problem with circle of healing and the thing and makes it an issue is not the speed at which people can heal.

This is the main reason why nerf the healing speed isn't helping because that's not its main problem you would have to nerf the healing speed so hard into the ground that there's no point in using the Perk for it to actually impact it.

The problem is it gives incredibly easy access to healing for all the survivors regardless of what their build is. All you need is one person with the perk.

This is a massive hit to any killer who runs on a hit and run playstyle.

With a medkit the amount of healing you could do is limited.

With perks inner strength ( I refuse to call it by its new name), Second Wind or solidarity the healing you get from these are conditional

Self care only affects the person who brings it and eats up a perk slot

Circle of healing negates all of this.

It's unlimited you can heal as many times you as you want and even if it gets destroyed you can just replace it.

As long as you're in range you don't have to do anything specific meaning it's not anywhere near as conditional as the other healing perks.

And it affects all the survivors not just the person who has it it meaning you can have a completely chase orientated build and still benefit you can have a gen jockey build and still benefit without sacrificing a perk slot.

To be fair I can't tell you what the right thing to do about it is because that perk is probably a nightmare to balance probably not as bad as old mettle of man but still.

  • What is an Adam...

  • Here is a suggestion since unlike hex totems your boon is not automatically placed for you in a potentially terrible spot. So choose where you put your boon efficiently don't just place it on whatever random totem you come across.

For example if you know there's an area with a completed generator look for a totem they're the killer is less likely to look around that area because there's no longer an objective there.

Boons pretty much hard counted pentimento because you had no reason to break it when you could just keep putting a boon on the same totem that gets snuffed out each time now you actually have to be careful and you're saying that it shouldn't be a thing really

  • Just count the number of deep wounds as a survivor if you receive three other people get hit with deep wounds realise that you're probably going to be the 4th and 5th hit.

As a killer just count the number of people you stab

but way to reveal david was gay not good

its like overwatch, users never found and cared any characters sexual preference

but suddenly company feed me like more important to know who is gay or lesbian more than their original lore

Oh my God I said this with overwatch and I'll say it again if you didn't care about the characters sexuality then it being revealed should mean nothing to you.

I remember one time informing someone of the sexuality reveal and their main response was "OK cool I guess" and that was it the conversation ended why because they didn't care.

If you have to go out of your way to make a big massive post about it you clearly cares about the characters sexuality and you're not happy with what it turned out to be.

The reason why I mentioned this specifically is because the second it was stated that David had an ex-girlfriend in a previous tome there was no backlash where was this post when that reveal happened.

( The same thing goes for tracer and soldier 76 from overwatch if it was revealed that they were straight. I bet you nobody would be complaining about the sexuality doesn't matter there's no point in revealing it.

As for those specific characters in general do you want to know the funny thing the community made it more important than their actual story not the creators or the people doing the lore. Those who spent hours whining about the soldier reveal made it more important.

Soldiers reveal was a very small vague blink and you would miss it three sentence reveal in a much bigger and more impactful story to had a point where it had to be clarified because it was vague.

In fact is so hilarious that you mention being made the most important thing about the character because the reveal wasn't even the main point of that section. It was that soldier was too obsessed with work to actually hold a proper relationship whether he was dating a guy or a girl literally meant nothing to that point. Instead of Vincent he could have been dating Vanessa and nothing would have been lost because the sexuality and the gender of the person he was dating wasn't the point.)

For the love of God get off your soapbox you have no clue what the hell you're talking about and you're just mouth breathing things you've heard before.

  • I'm going to stop you right there while you might have a point about it not being fun there is tons of counterplay.

The counter play that was there with pre-buffed Legion is still there now the only difference now is dead legion's power is actually we more useful so they are encourage to use it now whereas before they usually stopped using it because at most stages in the match there was no point.

  • Here's an idea don't just stand there and mend in front of legion.

When you are running the time it doesn't go down you do not have a massive rush to get rid of deep wounds just wait until you're sure they are out of frenzy.

Their power has become little bit more lethal so you have to take more caution. Gone are the days when you could just get hit by frenzy and immediately start mending on the spot

  • I don't have a problem with them using an existing character.

Because it doesn't really feel forced to me if the characters sexuality was never really explored to begin with expanding on the characters never a bad thing.

Now David is stated to have had a girlfriend previously but coming to terms with your sexuality while the is something people do some people have been in heterosexual relationships before they eventually realise it's just not them.

As long as as they write it well I'm all for it.

Personally I would have preferred if they had picked someone else Min, Yui, Jeff, Adam ( honestly these are some of the characters I would have picked if I made that choice) but honestly I can't really complain I'm excited to see what they write and I hope it's good

  • I'll give it in two categories.

    Favourite based on personal preference.

This award has to go to Saw.

I'm a massive saw fanboy and Amanda is my favourite character and pig has been my primary main since release.

Honestly I loved the old game map and it was really fun to play I was the only one in my friend group to actually liked it. ( the new game map I absolutely 8 gameplay wise but I really love it aesthetically)

Tapp is ok there's not much I can really say about him he's like pancakes without syrup or topping/fillings not terrible not amazing just ok

Least favourite - portrait of a murder.

This update was just terrible. The Artist is a meh at best which is a shame because I really like her design and I love her lore on paper ( it needs a bit of a shine up in a Tome like a trickster got because in execution currently it's kind of lacking)

Jonah has to be the worst survivor release. He's about as interesting as wet tissue paper, his lore is terrible and the only noteworthy thing about him is a Guy Fieri meme that got boring a day after it got started.

Also to call the map puke on a plate would be way too much of a insult to puke on a plate

Ok now preference aside time to be critical.

    Best

Silent Hill - pretty much an amazing chapter all around it really was in really into love letter to the Silent Hill franchise. Incorporating elements from the first three games amazingly.

Survivor- Cheryl/Heather Mason I love her to pieces and she is still to this day in my opinion the best Silent Hill protagonist hands down no contest (Come at me James Simps)

Killer - Pyramid Head whether for better or worse he's pretty much become the mascot for Silent Hill so it's glad to see him along for the Ride. ( he did need some balance tweaking to stop some very frustrating mechanics but outside of them brilliant killer)

Map - Midwich Elementary - I'm going to be honest the map is probably the weakest part of this chapter but even then it's not terrible and people have grown to love it from a gameplay standpoint

Perks - honestly on both the killer and the survivors and we got some really fun perks I have got it even better with tweaking they're definitely not meta but really nice if you like shaking things up

( Outside of some balancing issues which did get fixed I can't really think of anything extremely negative to say about this with the one exception of for the love of God Konami please let us have mix and match cosmetics please or at least give Cheryl some bloody pants and a different hairstyle I like to mix and match something other than different shirt into bloody or not bloody skirt)

    Worst - Darkness Among Us

I am a Legion fanboy and they are probably my secondary main and have been since release but even I have to admit oh dear god their release was terrible.

Killer- old Legion was a problematic killer with no counterplay. The sad part was they weren't even overpowered in fact they were weak they were just problematic because of the lack of counter play. Trying to build them up as a secondary main during the release period was terrible with the DC epidemic that was happening with them how frustrating they were to go against.

Survivor- Jeff may not be one of my mains but I really do like him and think he's an amazing character from a lore perspective and design one but Jeez is he a poor neglected being bean. He lives in Adam in that void of I think the developers forget they exist sometimes.

Map - Old Mount Ormond was terrible and filled with annoying visual problems it was one of the few mobs that had to be taken down on release because of that.

It probably was the worst map for killers because for some reason it was able to chain so many really safe looping structures together that it wasn't funny even a baby Meg head loop you for a hot minute because of it let alone someone who actually knew what they were doing.

New Mount Ormond still sucks but at least you can see auras and it's not so obnoxiously loop change but otherwise I love it visually yet gameplay wise it will still remain the worst map in my opinion.

( guys give some love to Jeff and give him some cosmetics, maybe at least tome or something he exist too I says this is a well fed Feng Main still eagerly waiting for more food also when you give cosmetics to the Legion please remember Julie and Joey also exists not everything has to be Susie)

  • @Akumakaji said:

And while we are at it, make the different characters more then just like skins, once their teachables are unlocked.

Either make everyones first perk slot be automatically using one of their original perks (just throwing around ideas, and I know that this is pretty harsh) or give everyone a passive that either strengthens their core perk or is in line with their lore and character, thereby maybe even encourage to break out of the 6 perks meta.

The problem with that is that it would introduce a survivor meta which would be fine if that happened during the early stages of the game but right now where how many survivors deep that is not a good idea.

Let me give you an example say you've been a Quentin main since his release he's prestige 3 level 50 with all the perks every other character you have just leveled up and have to get their teachables and that's about it.

Now the change you suggested happens and Quentin is given a passive that is either really bad or possibly even detrimental to your playstyle well now you're put in a position where you kind of have to play a new character and get a new main that fits your playstyle more if you want to play efficiently.

However you've only levels of the other survivors in just enough to get there teachables for Quentin and that's about it but it turns out Jane's passive fits your playstyle old better well congratulations now you have to spend all the time leveling up and chain to get all the perks on her so you could effectively playing Jane the same way you did Quentin.

Now it's not news to anyone who's played this game but the Grind innit to get all teachables on a character is excessive especially if you want to prestige 3 that character as well dropping that on someone is not a good idea

Cheryl/Heather Mason ( I still prefer calling her Heather because I'm used to it even though I know she did canonically go back to Cheryl)

    Mikaela Reid

That is about it as I said I have more outfits that I tend to chip and change for these characters but that's a lot of pictures also two of them you just can't mix and match

  • I mean it depends on a lot of factors usually I would try but I'm not going to make it a guarantee.

It's not really my job to do damage control because someone decided to be an arse and disconnect the same way I don't expect another killer too to make nice because I got a disconnection when I'm playing Survivor.

It usually often comes down to three factors

    1. Do I feel like it - if I'm just not in the mood to play nice I'm not in the mood to play nice.

    2. If the game was already going super well in the survivors favor then I'm not really going to count the disconnection as much ( I've had instances where someone has disconnected with only one gen left and 4 survivors alive let's be honest at that stage you don't really need me to take it easy)

    3. If whatever survivor left has been in arse or not.

With the last survivor if you've been a toxic clicky clicky Claudette who's teabagged me at every opportunity yeah I'm not letting you live. If you've just been playing the game normally, doing what you need to do to survive and win then sure if I'm in the mood take the hatch or the exit gate

  • Honestly I really hope they don't nerf Legion and I hope they take away that stupid mechanic which reduces the power gauge if you use a basic attack yeah I have no clue to this day why that is still a thing

  • Removed the comment because yeah discussing this is probably not the best thing if you really want to still look it up I'm pretty sure if you look on Twitter or Reddit for the new Rift news you should be able to find it

  • Look I'm not saying camping and tunneling don't happen but we got to stop seriously acting like survivors only disconnect because they getting camped or tunneled.

Because you know that's a load of bull and I know that's a load of bull. Survivors disconnected for whatever they want to whether it be because they're the first person down, because they don't like a specific map or killer, they were trying to be toxic and got punished, they didn't agree with the way they got downed.

There are tons of reasons camping and tunneling only make up a fraction of it stop acting like it's the only reason why it happens.

No this is not Survivor exclusive problem before someone brings it up Killers do it too for their own BS reasons.

Like it or not disconnection penalties are there to stop people from ruining the game for others if you don't want to play against specific things get a group of friends or a group of like-minded individuals and just play kill your friends matches

  • This is going to sound bad but it's business.

From a business standpoint characters that are more popular and get more cosmetic sales are just going to get more skins in general.

When it comes to survivors Nea, Feng and Meg are just the most popular survivors this is why you tend to see them more frequently in the store or on rifts. It's more profitable to put resources into a Meg or Legion skin because those skins would sell like hotcakes in comparison to a Plague or Jeff skin.

It doesn't just happen with dead by daylight look at games like League of legends hey you're a fan of Lux, Kaisa or Leona congratulations you're going to get showered with skins you're a fan of Ornn well congratulations you get one skin every four years and you better damn be happy about it

  • Blindness stops you from seeing any aura that is not killer power related for example the Jigsaw boxes

  • @Epitome said:

    Seriously think about it.

The perk was garbage before the nerf (people would just tunnel through it anyway) but now it's even more garbage cause it deactivates if you sneeze.

I'm here for the totem and gen deactivation but healing? Seriously? It should deactivate when you finish healing.

Those opinions aside, they should alter it since it's still trash.

    Make it actually decisive.

    (it's not called Lucky Strike)

Rather than a sad one-shot skill check, it should be switched to Active Ability key/button, and you should be able to decide when to use it. (Still with one use of course) It's meant to discourage tunneling, no? Well, what's more discouraging than walking to a hook laughing to yourself about how easy that tunnel was only to get stabbed before you get your hook?

I play both sides and I've never had a problem with Decisive Strike as a killer.

I think the only people who complained about it were those who actively want to and like to tunnel.

(Which I do on occasion as well, like anyone playing Killer does. But never once have I gotten stabbed and said "I didn't deserve that")

EDIT: For those who don't read the comments, I agree, the deciding when to use it is a bit much and abusable so scratch that bit, but aside from that, the rest of my opinion still stands. It's my opinion and you don't have to agree. :]

Ok if you're going to pretend like the only people who complain about decisive strike being a pain was tunnellers you're being willfully ignorant.

The amount of videos out there showing people not tunneling and still getting decisive striked or having survivors go out of their way of force the killer to trigger decisive strike is proof that it was not overpowered it was just annoying.

The problem with pre nerf decisive strike was that it gave way too much of a freedom bubble.

Don't worry you have 60 seconds of immunity so you could pop a Jen the killer's face they tried to pull you off it they get punished.

Go for a stupid save don't worry if the killer decides not to tunnel the person who just got off hook and pick you up instead they get punished

The problem was not how strong the Perk wise no problem was that because of the safety bubbling provided in allowed people to play in a way that became very aggravating for the Killer if you don't have a problem with it congratulations other people did.

And once again saying the only people who had a problem with it was tunnelers is you choosing to ignore the evidence of how much of a problem it was.

OK but it makes it a little bit better since they get five seconds extra to try and save themselves instead of getting chased then pig crouching and chasing you so either way you die

Not saying all pigs would do this just saying if you're up against one of those pigs were determined to make you die no matter what there's really not much you can do.

I'm going to also be honest if they really really want you to die rbt wise they're also going to bring specific add-ons and a map offering as well just to help bolster that. Also they would know enough about how to pressure a box without triggering pause of the timer.

However doing this is also practically guaranteed throwing the game away it pretty much ensure that the other survivors are going to escape unless they are legitimately potatoes.

  • It's kind of sad that currently Legion is the only killer that is punished for using a basic Attack by losing part of their power.

Which is really annoying especially when you consider some Killers with Lethal or more deadly powers can use it right after recovering from a basic attack hell making them combo greatly with things like a Save The Best For Last Killers like Demo ( I know deathslinger used to be part of that list before the nerfs I don't know how he works of it now)

  • You know that doesn't solve the problem of pigs purposely trying to get you killed right because they could just follow you through scratch marks and sound.

  • Honestly I feel like the killer could actually work decently well against solo survivors however any survivors of communication will immediately to make this fail.

Legitimately a swf but honestly just have to ping their location when they see another Survivor.

Cheryl : Hey Min I'm about to head into killer shack and I see you coming in the distance are you safe

Min: No I'm at the barn with Kate

Kate: Yeah second that. That's the Killer get out of there Cheryl

That's also not factoring in perks.

Bonds ( if they don't program it so the killer will appear with bonds then any survivor you see not highlighted but in range is automatically the Killer)

Aftercare ( a little less consistent with works the same way because they killer can't positively interact with you if you do manage to get the other three survivors highlighted with aftercare you immediately now though anybody who is not highlighted is the Killer)

There is also one key add-on that lets you see the obsession this gives you a guaranteed safety blanket as you know there's one survival you could always run to without fear of them being killer.

So far this type of killer will be most effective against a solo players who don't really have any perks to give them other player information outside of that not so much

  • It's not always in the hands of the Legion whether they can change it or not when you hit a survivor if you get No killer instinct notifications leaving at survivor to blindly run around the map in a very limited power is stupid.

If survivors stay separated which is what you're meant to do against the legion. The Legion cannot chain hits so usually what they have to do is just cancel the power and try to down the survivor they first hit.

It's not really a two types of legion thing

  • 1) Legion

    2) Pyramid Head

    3) Demo

    4) Trickster

    5) Chinese New year

Needs downsides. Most Clowns bring extra bottles and hope for the best. Needs to be brought in line with Iri Head

Iri head will down you on contact the Clowns bottles will not.

If you get hit with the bottle directly if you have objects in your way you could still outlast the exposed effect not saying it doesn't need something but comparing it to iridescent head is woefully inaccurate

I do not understand this and I really want.

Cenobite chaining people pause the timer because a killer disabling your ability to mend is dumb. Even Deathslinger spearing people pause the timer because again, dumb.

So why can Doc just T3 someone and the survivor have to worry about bleeding out? From what I've learned, this is also intentional and I don't understand why. Can someone explain this to me?

I think the difference there is that snapping out of it is a passive effect of the doctor's snap not the active effect.

Being hit by death slingers gun or pinheads chains is something that the killer would have actively done to you.

Snapping out of it is just a result of you entering tier 3

  • Legion isn't weak it's just that they're power is pretty pointless.

Their power is super hardcore countered by survivors playing the game the most efficient way possible aka splitting up and doing different gens around the map.

Survivors doing this not only add more places that the killer has to pressure because they're all fan out so It reduces the chance of them all cramping on one side of the map and giving the killer a three gen strat unintentionally.

if they play like that the Legion can't chain their power so they literally become a M1 killer with no power

That's not even restricted to strong killers. Trapper, Trickster and Clown all have meme addons as well. They probably just forgot about it.

Edit: Huntress also didn't get one in her addon pass, which made me sadge.

I think it might be a huntress' case that they can't think of that would make sense to be memey bloodpoint add-ons.

Unless they literally made it so that her hatchets don't do damage which I really don't see them doing. Because even with something like padded Jaws you can still grab people from those traps

  • No simply because there is like no killer they can actually drop that would bring horror to dead by daylight.

The way the game is just played optimally by the survivors does not allow that to be the case. So you can have some giddy fun with your friends or by yourself getting jumpscared by Myers but actual horror no.

The fact that playing optimally encourages you to to get chased to waste The Killer's time or take hits and aggro if your teammates need it just means that the killer is not really a threat in the way of Horror at least

  • Well usually one of the few things that could annoy people is.

    1) Having the fact that you lost rubbed in your face is probably not fun for people. Especially when more than 2 people escape.

    2) Not every single Survivor gives the killer last hit some of them legitimately only stay there so the killer can see the bm and them walking out. ( don't assume that every survivors going to give you a free hit)

    3) Sometimes the killer wants to get into another game rather quickly they don't want to have to sit around and wait for Claud and Nea to treat the match like the Boston Harbour and start throwing tea bags. ( keep in mind especially if you're not in the mood to actually go over there some survivors will wait until the last possible second to leave)

Is bm at the exit gates of massive problem ? No. There are way bigger problems than that

Do I personally find it annoying ? No. you want to waste your time bming you could do that whilst I'll head to the basement then make myself a sandwich.

Can I at least very much understand why it does annoy the hell out of people ? Yes. And those people were completely valid in being annoyed by it ( I know there are some survivors who get annoyed if the Killer nods after downing them or give them one smack on hook before continuing with the game)

  • Did you really just say that Felix was an old man lol at most the dude looks like he's in his early 30s what are you talking about.

  • While I agree that people should actually try to have some fun and enjoy the event voicing criticism with a flaw of the event is not a bad thing.

While not a massive amount can be done about the event currently but at least for the next event or any other events that come up it's good to have this type of feedback so you know not to do similar problems again or the least tweak it so stuff like this doesn't happen.

So yes try your best to enjoy the event but if you see a problem or a clear flaw with an element of the design of it fo vocalise it.To the people who are enjoying the event yes I'm glad that you are but if people are having a problem stop acting like you're on some type of smug high horse. Let those people vent their frustrations and give some actual feedback seriously get over yourselves

The effect is much stronger and it doesn’t take 14 seconds to activate.

It also requires survivors to break the totem in the first place if everyone goes about blessing it that perk is useless.

If 4 people bring in boons and they bless the totems instead of breaking them you basically can't do anything with that hex

You don't need any specific conditions to activate a boon perk as long as there is a totem available whether it's a hex totem or a dull totem you can bless it

  • I mean so does Dying Light it's really good when you're winning and barely has much of an effect when you're losing
