When I don't play DBD, I keep my Gamma level around 1.00 - 1.05 using Nvidia control panel. But whenever I play DBD, I push my Gamma up to around 1.40. It definitely does make the game easier to see which is the reason why I use it. I also run it at low graphics quality since that increases the brightness in game, and also gives me a steady 120 fp12 comments 511 views last activity

I've been playing dead by daylight for ages and wonder why it can be that just nothing is done to it that the killer rank is so difficult to reach. As a survivor you get so ######### fast in the red area 1 is also easily accessible. but as a killer it always takes forever to reach the 1, even if you start at rank 5 on 13. Evil Dead: The Game, the 4v1 game has been delayed until next February because the devs are incorporating a single player mode so that new players aren't getting wrecked against players online while they learn how to play the game. It's simply amazing that we haven't received anything like that in DBD in over 5 years. Since this recent patch I have been getting Alot of crashes lately which results me with getting hit with a penalty that keeps stacking every other game,This is on the killer side btw, either i hook someone or kick a gen or even just using my power my game just stops in place and crash, i would take like 2 day breaks after i hit the 15 minute mark so the penalty can cooldown, Just wondering if it0 comments 21 views last activity

Playing only Survivor or only Killer will severely limit your potential on both roles. To play optimally against a Killer, you have to fully understand their mechanics and playstyle. You will not get enough from experience playing against them if you never play as them and vice versa with Survivors. Counterplay options are different on both sides as well as the experiences. Yep, not Ruin/Undying/Tinkerer, not Stridor-Spirit, Lightborn. I got a lobby of 4 flashlights and as I hate dealing with more than one at a time, I brought Lightborn, Starstruck, Infectious Fright, Agitation. They were stubbornly trying to blind me again and again, didn't take a hint that they were exposed, and the game didn't go too well for them, they died. What is this bs? I've played a game, where a guy was on deathhook with about 20 seconds left and his hook was literally camped by BOTH zombies with no other survivors around. While injured (but uninfected) I had to go for the save but instead of attacking me they attacked the person I unhooked 1 second before so he went down immidiately because of no bt and was tunneled out of the game. The balance of the game. The devs barely ever address the big issues of the game, and they barely do something to spice up the META. They never address camping, tunneling, slugging, gen speeds etc. Let's analyze stuff a bit. #1: Perks/addons/offerings/items that are never changed. Monstruous Shrine has been the same since release. Yeah you read the title correctly. Self care is in my eyes a good perk because of multiple reasons. Finding a survivor vs healing yourself: A killer hit you and is not chasing you. You could potentially search a teammate who is healing yourself but when this takes longer then 16 seconds you lose more time then when you just selfcare yourself right away. I was playing Outlast and in it they have people trying to kill you, but they're also naked which makes it even scarier because of how disturbing it is. They both have the same rating so it's not like they'd be out of their element. I keep forgetting that No Way Out still works after the killer closes the hatch. Because of its recent buff to length, and more specifically, only triggering when a switch is touched, it's such a spit in the face to the last survivor. I just can't get the hang of it, and it's incredibly frustrating to me. On PC here. Both with Oni and Blight, whom I really want to get into them, but I just can't figure out how to flick the hits. I miss most of my chases with this, leaving me an M1 killer much of the match. Oni just smacks whatever's in front of him, and Blight drifts before smacking. Seriously, it's ridiculous how this perk just gives survivors not one, not two, but several extra lives per game! It's a second chance perk, like DS, UB and BT, but if DS and UB only work once per trial, this "Press E to Win" nonsense can be used and abused basically every chase. Some killer perks reward tokens, but not all of them say what the tokens do. For example SAVE THE BEST FOR LAST (level 2) - Each token grants a stackable 5% decreased successful basic attack cooldown. However DYING LIGHT (level 2) also grants tokens every time you hook a survivor that isn't the obsession and the obsession is alive. However it doesn't say what the tokens do. I'm not posting this not to complain, but to bring an issue more to light. Straight to the point I encountered a hacker with a -boil over- thing going on. They had boil over buffed to the point where I could not even move forward after I picked him up. Luckily he was the first one I downed so I didnt spend any more time in that match than I needed to. I still prefer things that make me more powerful rather than stalling the game, but i do kinda like that such a Perk can do this chore for you. Probably why i have a bit of a bias towards Surge: Can be quite unreliable due to where you do the downing, but it's still neato. So reason why I asked this is because, I play solo and I loaded into a match were there was me and another PC player who was Nea. The other 2 was console megs, now it was against a legend and by what is name was I figured he probably was on PS4 or PS5 as he was crossplay and had also an underscore in is gamertag.
