I've just played Trickster for a daily. I planned to do the strict minimum and then let the survivor do whatever they wanted. Anyone else having trouble getting into a match? If I press play as survivor/killer on the main menu I get the twirling icon and then in stops and enables me to press it again, rinse and repeat. Title, if I want to play in a way I enjoy and hope to have a game which lasts multiple minutes this perk is a must. I dunno if its MMR, SWF or just plain unlucky but without a doubt I every survivor will jump on a gen instantly and no matter the pressure or speed I down I loose most of my gen progress. Unsafe hooks without taking a body block, literally farming my for points when 3 of them are nearby and no one takes a hit and let's me get downed again. Fine. I get tunneled by a bad killer. Fine. But I'll still go in for a save and body block even if it means I don't escape and get downed. 3 of then then around Watching me die on hook and none can take a hit no hooks and full health. Dont think the vast majority of the playerbase likes going againts a Spirit or a Bubba. A good Nurse is a pain to deal with but it feels so good when you juke her. For Spirit or Bubba it never feels good no matter what happens. Blight is also a high skill killer that has a lot of counters still. How many games do you think I should play to get a decent, or at least semi decent, sample? 10 per killer? 15? 20? More? Recently was given a personal challenge to not use any perks/addons for a match, since I considered myself decent enough, I felt comfortable enough to give it a try. Needless to say I got stomped pretty hard. I've been "losing" my 20 recent Matches as Killer by going for a 8 Hook Trials or just making sure everyone escape. I've been rotating my Killers but still at least I have 3 Matches each on 8 Killers (Pyramid Head, Xenobyte, Pig, Nemesis, Clown, Billy, Demo and Freddy). Every single game I was paired with new players, doesnt matter how well I played there is no way of even Escaping. You're putting me against meta build killers (dont have a problem with perks) who also have some decent game knowledge (not the best like I'm use to) with a team of noobs... I'm currently in the middle of a test/experiment where I play only Bubba and I try to at least tie every game (a tie being 2 kills). I'm at 10 ties/wins so far and it seems practically impossible to lose if I get a somewhat early down, camp it out, and then squeeze out 1 more down possibly with NOED. As we all know, the grind has become insane with the amount of perks we have gotten in the game. For example, I just got Leon to prestige 3 level 50, and I got all the perks on him. Getting him to prestige 3 level 50 was not the hard part, the hard part was getting all the perks which took a few weeks to do.
