If you don’t like grinding, that’s perfectly fine and valid. If you think it takes a long time to achieve these lofty goals you have set yourself, yes. Yes it does take a long time. Stop pretending it’s mandatory though. Stop complaining like you’re forced to do it. No one perk, or any add on, or item is essential to either winning or increasing your skill in this game. You could keep a S38 comments 641 views last activity

First, to be 100% crystal clear, I’m not saying either of these perks are strong, OP, or weak. I’m still assessing that and giving them the time they need. I’m simply surprised by just how much they reduced both perks cool downs, and removed the basic attack requirement. We can all probably agree they were going to tweak and change some things with these perks, but to the degree that they act15 comments 241 views last activity

I’ve lodged a bug report, but until it’s fixed just know that Bite The Bullet isn’t muting the panting from after running, and will persist during the healing animation (panting won’t recover until healing has been stopped or finished). So if you want to be completely silent, don’t jump into the healing action immediately after running. This goes for healing a teammate too if they’ve been runnin3 comments 71 views last activity

On PS5 Bite The Bullet is not muting the heavy breathing a survivor does after running if jumping into the healing action on themselves or a teammate if either survivor was just running.0 comments 21 views last activity

I absolutely despise this add on. I always have. It’s now significantly worse to deal with now that Wraith can get much, much closer before seeing his shimmer both because of his base speed increase, and the distance at which he has total invisibility. Everything else with Wraith i’d say is balanced, but “All Seeing” - Blood is just awful, and unfair. Idea. What if it were changed to comp128 comments 2,281 views last activity

Everything is wonderful so far. Thank you. To those on the older consoles, I’m keeping my fingers crossed that your grievances are resolved quickly.14 comments 211 views last activity

I like to semi regularly run Open Handed with 3 aura perks. An all info build. Spawn into Lery’s against a Third Seal slugging Nurse. Pure! Hell!4 comments 81 views last activity

Is this a bug? Have others experienced this? She was entirely silent using her power. No vacuum. I know it’s not Prayer Beads Bracelet because that add on was changed ages ago.12 comments 121 views last activity

So I dropped to 5 and am back to reds again. I’ve mostly been sticking to Twins lately. The survivors I’ve been up against (rainbow ranks), have been ultra aggressive, but (to put it politely) have not been very smart at all. I carry someone to the hook, I hear footsteps right behind me. I turn around, whack. I hook someone, someone immediately takes them off the hook, whack. (Like this is0 comments 51 views last activity

So when hitting a healthy survivor with a basic attack to proc Hysteria, Oblivious is also applied to that survivor as well, right? Not just every other injured survivor, right?2 comments 41 views last activity

The only times I would ever take off Dead Hard with No Mither is when I’m doing an all stealth build paired with Iron Will. But after experimenting with Desperate Measures I’m feeling crazy enough to do: No Mither Counterforce Desperate Measures Resilience So at all times I’ll have varying degrees of speed boost to SUPER speed boost for pretty much every single survivor interaction in th4 comments 31 views last activity

Ok, fine. If you’re already basically right there and the killer is distracted, go for it. Revive me. But it’s such a complete waste of time when I’ve had the opportunity to crawl away because the killer hesitated for 2 or 3 seconds, and can no longer discern where the hell I went, and somebody (sometimes even 2) from the opposite end of the map get off their gen(s) to run all the way over to m23 comments 281 views last activity

No Mither + Desperate Measures + Resilience. Might sound meme to have a healing perk in this build, but it’s actually for really fast hook saves. Resilience is already a pretty self explanatory perk when paired with No Mither, but with Desperate Measures, with no other survivors injured other than myself and whoever is on the hook, I always have a 37% increase to unhook speeds at minimum. I see this as the survivor equivalent of Monstrous Shrine. It desperately needs a buff or entire rework. But what? It can’t be as simple as increasing bonus progression on successful greats. Even an additional 1% could potentially be broken (there’s a reason why they changed greats from 2% bonus to 1% bonus). It feels like a stuck perk. Is it doomed to stay the way it is until the death of the18 comments 311 views last activity

If you HAD to stick with a characters 3 teachable perks, and were restricted to using only one of the generic perks as your fourth, which survivor or killer would you pick, and what would your fourth perk be? I am sick to death of every single Billy, Nurse, Hag, Spirit, Demo, Oni, and Blight that use their power to immediately rush back to a hook when a rescue occurs. Its driving me crazy. I never do anything that I think could be perceived as toxic. I’m not even good at timing pallet stuns. Yet I’m treated like dirt after first hook. Hook suicides probably wouldn’t be so prolific in this game if20 comments 191 views last activity

I’m probably late to the party, but has anybody else tried this, and seen how ridiculous it is with a fully kitted out toolbox? It’s bloody good.12 comments 501 views last activity

This perk by far is one of the most underrated killer perks, and is probably the least suspected perk by survivors. Stridor is not the only counter to Iron Will. Bloodhound is also an excellent counter to this popular survivor perk. I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve gone to leave a hook, only to notice a bright red pool by a rock/tree/obstruction out of the corner of my field of view,20 comments 311 views last activity

I’m torn between throwing my bank into either Leon or Nemesis. I want everyone’s perks unlocked ASAP, but I’m particularly looking forward to experimenting with Eruption, Hysteria, Bite The Bullet, and Rookie Spirit on other characters, and different builds.76 comments 782 views last activity

I mean... it is really, really funny when you do this. I laugh every single time this occurs in my Twins games. Which unfortunately occurs almost every one of my Twins games. So Survivors, don’t do this. It is NOT safe to get into a locker against Victor, especially against a player that WON’T be silly enough to have Charlotte and Victor at opposite ends of the map from each other. Even if you21 comments 382 views last activity

I can’t find this info anywhere. What is the base range of Victor’s Shriek when idle or latched? I.e. the range at which other survivors can be revealed by Killer Instinct? Also, by exactly how much does Soured Milk and Madeleine’s Gloves extend the Shriek range?12 comments 161 views last activity

It’s also exposed (to me anyway) a lot of survivors that have exploited the current existing matchmaking to heavily depip with the intent of (previously) stomping on newer/noob players (which they’re now NOT being matched with during the test). I just went up against a Dwight that was one of the best loopers I have ever been up against while I was Doc. He was fully kitted out with T3 Adrenaline,40 comments 761 views last activity

M&A is becoming infuriating on this killer, simply because of the range of The Redeemer, and getting speared before even hearing him coming. Yes, I have eyes, yes I use them. But maps are becoming more cluttered, and if my teammates leave the only gens to be worked on are the ones tucked away that don’t allow for situational awareness, what are Survivors supposed to do without Spinechill. You just can’t beat coordinated SWF on this map with most of the killers. They’re too aggressive taking control of the centre. Once they’ve managed to achieve that and subdivide the map, it’s game over. This map always infuriates me.23 comments 373 views last activity

So Doc’s Calm, Discipline, Electrodes, and Order add ons can be stacked, but stacking Restraint doesn’t do anything. Would stacking Carters Notes & Class 3 for 5 seconds of aura reveal be that OP? Just can’t see why Restraint can’t stack.5 comments 91 views last activity

Then make it chest/item “Tinkerer”. Survivors reveal their location when they interact with a chest or when they pick up an item within 64m of your location, and you gain the Undetectable Status Effect for 12 seconds.14 comments 161 views last activity

Does Built To Last restore 50% of the base charges of an item? Or does it include 50% of the charges of any add ons that provide more charges to a item?6 comments 81 views last activity

Like why?! Seriously, this perk needs a buff. It should help against more status effects than it currently does. It doesn’t need to be meta. Just better than it currently is.16 comments 181 views last activity

Started using this perk more again lately just freshen to things up. I’ve been using it with Fixated so I can keep track of how long scratch marks remain. And I was reminded at how effective Lightweight can be in juking the killer. Provided the killer isn’t right on top of you, have some distance, and some LoS blockers, Lightweight can help a great deal in shaking off the killer. Or any perk that gives Undetectable?!?! Was just up against a Legion running Discordance, Tinkerer, Ruin, Undying. Poor Legion, Ruin & Undying went within 40 seconds. Discordance was pretty easy to figure out, and then it became obvious they were also running Tinkerer. Why? Do people have brains?! How annoying would it be for Tinkerer to activate mid Feral Frenzy! ...so I can know WHO is actually pulling their weight while Ruin is still up, or who’s just a spiteful troll leading the killer to my gen and getting me chased off of it, or if they’re actually paying attention during their gEnUiNe MiStAkE and actually jump on to stop regression while I’m chased/hooked. Once Boons are introduced, this could actually be the buff that Retribution needs: that it not only applies Oblivious to survivors cleansing dull totems, but applies oblivious to a survivor for ANY interaction with a dull totem, such as activating their boon.5 comments 81 views last activity

I’m really tired of this perk. The only reason it was originally implemented was because it was clear how strong Bubba’s power works for hook camping, so let’s give him a more attractive incentive to leave it. The whole “but BBQ prevents hook camping” is moot at best. The very idea that we would see more hook camping without BBQ is laughable. A killer is either going to camp, or they won’t. Sigh... if you have a Sabotage challenge, or just want the BP, PLEASE USE PROTECTIVE GLOVES!!!!!!!!!Oh! My! God! I’m losing count of: match starts. We’re all grouped together. Someone immediately sabotages the first hook near us. Killer comes straight away and I’m the one screwed over by another survivors selfishness. Please grow a brain, and do not do this while team mates are nearby. Or use the Protective Glove add ons.32 comments 391 views last activity

I use Sole Survivor a lot. No. I do NOT want team mates to die. So why do I use it? Amongst other reasons, the biggest reason is I hate, hate, HATE Myers, Wraith, and Pig’s wall hack add ons. I know they’re rare. I experience them in matches only occasionally. But when I am in a match without using some sort of aura blocking, these add ons drive me CRAZY 🥴 Sole Survivor isn’t a magic ticket41 comments 411 views last activity

Dying 5 to 9, what a way to keep repeating. Barely getting by, this killer keeps on killing. They use Infectious Fright, and keep tunnelling Claudette. It’s enough to drive you crazy if you let it. Competent Freddy’s back then were rare, but when finding yourself actually up against a genuinely competent Freddy, it could actually be quite scary and panic inducing. Suddenly hearing the lullaby, not being able to see him due to his (then) total invisibility, keeping a careful eye on the crows or grass to try and get an idea of exactly where he is. “Where is he?” ”Has he already seen me?”5 comments 81 views last activity

Killer kicks gen. Gets stunned and blinded. Wait till killer moves a little away from gen. Get in locker. Laugh at how confused the killer is returning to the same gen thinking “What the...?!”, looking for survivors that aren’t even there.9 comments 131 views last activity

I’ve never tested this because the conditions would be moderately rare. I know We’ll Make It cannot stack on top of itself (more than 1 unhook before 90 seconds elapses), but if a survivor running We’ll Make It unhooks someone, also happens to be running WGLF and another survivor needs assistance in the dying state while We’ll Make It is still active, is it 200% bonus speed increase to heal tha3 comments 51 views last activity

At first I was really irritated by the fact that Sole Survivor tokens reduce the effectiveness of OoO. I couldn’t understand why it worked this way. However after playing around with new OoO for a few weeks, one thing I’ve noticed is how much more dangerous it is to have OoO as more team mates are sacrificed. Being one of 2 remaining survivors, the last thing you need is to have OoO activate5 comments 181 views last activity

Those really short, abrupt screams that survivors do (usually against Doc or Clown, you know what I’m talking about) tend to almost make me laugh and giggle. Particularly Claudette’s one. It’s hilarious every single time I hear it.18 comments 302 views last activity

So current MoM’s protection hits requirement makes the perk pretty unpopular. And yeah, original MoM was definitely a game breaking problem because of stacking with Dead Hard, BT, and DS. However... What if MoM were reverted back to its original conditions, making it easier/more accessible to use, BUT a survivor equipping MoM is afflicted with Exhaustion and Blindness for the duration of the19 comments 191 views last activity

Eruption is a hint at things to come for future gen defence/regression perks. It has a massive cool down, and future killer perks that are centred around gens are likely to have just as long cool downs as well. Why? Stacking. In theory I can already visualise how frustrating it could potentially be for survivors going against a killer stacking Pop, Eruption, Surge, and Oppression.
