Survivors have no idea what is coming until they get hit with first down with no DS available. The DS "Nerf" is not going to go the way people think.
How many moris you got?
Now that you can not take the killer on a second expedition through the map you will have that time dedicated to camping you out of the game. Or you can be Mori'd as you lie there snickering that you have DS. NOED will be there waiting for the final 2-3 as the gens pops.
i don't run DS and i rarely worry about NOED
My advice? Work on your suffering tolerance as it is going to get painful and raw. Have a nice day.

I run BBQ on every killer i'm a points #########. The rest of my perks depend on the killer.

You should hope they don't make Freddy worse than he is as oppose to "cosmetics/bonus content" Maybe they save that as a separate DLC you can buy for $25.

it was much better the other way with you knowing who had it and the others needed to struggle. They could have just made it so the obsession had it and no one else if you have 2,3,or 4 in one game it is luck of the draw who has it and the other 3 are playing minus a perk.

makes it harder to secure midgame kills in an already fast meta, while setting up guaranteed endgame escapes if the killer is already doing poorly/survivors are coordinated enough to save their DS to compliment their endgame BT saves, all the while denying killer access to knowing whether DS is in play and neutering most Obsession perks on both sides

You say that but how many threads do you see here about Camping and Tunneling. So many killers do it right or wrong. So many killers will now have to adapt their play style. Wait a week or two when this goes live and you will see a bunch of threads complaining how much worse the new ds is.

@Eveline I don't respect the 4% because of how the perks changed that but if you are the last one left and you drop your item i will let you go or if you had a group of quitters i will let you go. I have given killers hooks as a survivor during events if they were struggling. It is just a game no leader boards or anything that really matters.

Remember Me could either reset stacks when the obsession switches or lets say you killed the original obsession but now the new one can open the door with no penalty. The dying light one is a mess.

Bhvr won't do that. They know the killers dodge now. It is why they are going to have everyone load in at the same time. Soon tm. If those players that just play swf leave they take their chapter and cosmetic money with them and this game suffers a major financial loss. Those SWF hit squads everyone talks about, well this might make more of them. I also think this will hurt weaker killers(the Character not the actual player) who have to tunnel with certain killers to have some success because they can't apply map pressure.

It isn't really. Here is why. Every killer who tunnels now has to worry about getting hit with DS. They will have to wait 60's to pick them up or waste a perk slot for Enduring. Killers can't even guess anymore by having an obsession. Lots can be done in 60's in this game. Generators, healing up, hook breaking that area, getting in position for flashlight saves, assembling to body block etc... Survivors constantly adapt to changes. Everyone is celebrating on here just like they did for the exhaustion and self-care nerf . Most considered this to be the next step to nerf survivors and get 4k's every match. This just made every killer that tunnels and a large amount(not all do) much weaker as they will have to decide if they want to pick that survivor up or wait. @not_Queen @Patricia @Giddawid I really hope that your team considered the counter play to this.

I haven't used Decisive Strike in forever so I don't really care. I face it a ton when playing killer and usually more than 1. I really feel BHVR is creating more toxic behavior(pun intended) with this change the way it is. Killers will slug and wait the timer to run out. Survivors won't get to use their situational perk and DC. It happens now when people miss the DS or get juggled and can't use it. Wait for those killers who don't get hit with it often anymore and suddenly do. Guess what DC. You know what else survivors hate among getting camped and tunneled being slugged and waiting forever for killers to pick them up. The counter-play is going to be more survivors running instant heals,unbreakable and tenacity. You could have made Enduring suffer no stun penalty and no drop, could have made it so ONLY the obsession had the option for DS, could have made it so they have to use it for their first hook and are in the broken state the rest of the game.

I'm all for cross platform play. I would love to play with friends and against friends that have this on xbox including several of my coworkers. Since Sony doesn't support KM i'm not a big fan of playing against PC but i could adapt. I would also cross my fingers that they could weed out the hackers that manipulate their game files for an advantage.

If i get totally wrecked by a killer or had a good random teammate i will say GG. As a killer if i play a real good survivor i will send GG. Otherwise i don't send any other messages.

I downed the obsession in 60's no generators done. As soon as i go to hook them Quentin breaks a hook and goes to the next one and breaks it(they were 99%). The obsession wiggles off. I go after him and get him within 45s. Wiggles and hits me with ds since no hooks nearby. I down him again and someone tries to flashlight save. I get him to the hook and just start shocking like crazy all 3 are at the hook. I do this for a bit. Hey no generators being worked on why not. he does get off i try to tunnel but the obsession gets in my way i get them hook them and shock the ground over and over as they try to unhook(laughing my ass of the whole time) They die. I get Quentin again he dies on the hook. I get another 1 with 1 generator left and the hatch on the hill near the generator and the survivor. I get the last person everyone dead. I got 27k plus 25% modifier in all categories and 4 stack of BBQ plus a 30k daily.

LOL I totally camped a swf crew last night!!!! 3 Ds, 2 breaking hooks and tried flashlight saves. I beat them and proceeded to go back and forth with them in messages.
