This won't go the way you are thinking.
If there is a Survivor with increased repair speeds, that is the only one you will ever see.
If there is no Survivor with increased repair speeds, everyone will pick the one with increased movement speed.
If there are no Survivor's with increased repair speed or movement speed, no one will care about passives and just pick the Survivor they like most (meaning nothing has changed).

The overheat changes made him unfun to play.

Keep in mind that it took BHVR 5+ years to come out with colorblind settings, I wouldn't get my hopes up for them to actually do much good for their game.
Also keep in mind, they only did the colorblind settings because of a controversy.
Don't believe their lies about "working on it for months". They weren't.
The sound bugs are staying.
-
You seem to be missing something important.
The reason why some killers have reduced movement speed, is because this is used as a counterbalance for a very strong power.
The Huntress can potentially damage survivors from across the map, and takes free health states when the survivor is locked in animation (vaulting a window, dropping a pallet, etc.)
The Deathslinger doesn't have the range of Huntress, but his ranged ability is almost instantaneous. After getting shot by the Deathslinger, your chance of getting away without losing a health state is very slim. Also locked animations (window, pallet, etc.)
Spirit is essentially the Wraith if you didn't get to see where he is. The movement speed penalty she has when not cloaked, along with the inability to see survivors when cloaked, is supposed to balance her improved invisibility.
The Hag has the ability to travel across the entire map in an instant. If you have distance add-ons, you could even go across Red Forest in less then a second. The movement speed penalty she has makes her weak in chase if she is not properly utilizing her ability.
Nurse has her movement speed even lower then these people, because Nurse.
The Trickster ######### sucks, and BHVR should be disappointed in themselves. Being animation locked (window, pallet) barely has an effect on the survivor. The only time animation lock is bad against him is if it happens multiple times per health state. He does not have the ability to take advantage of this the same way the Huntress, Deathslinger, Spirit, Nurse, or even the Hag can.
The Huntress only needs to hit the survivor 2 times, while the Trickster needs to use 16 knives minimum. And in the range that the Trickster is most effective, you are better off using melee. A killer that is effective only in melee with no movement ability is doomed to fail.
The Trickster simply isn't powerful enough to warrant a movement speed penalty.

Borrowed Time and Soul Guard.
There is also Mettle of Man, and I think there is no more perk.
MoM doesn't cause the Deep Wounds effect, the hit is completely nullified.

depends... 2 extra boxes is very efficient if you wanna pop heads
If you want to pop heads you need Tampered Timer.
-
They stack, boxes go from 4 to 6.
This isn't efficient, though. You are better off combining a box addon with a gear addon. (The ones that increase search speed)

"The killer does not want me to have fun"
That is a really presumptuous and detrimental mindset to have based solely on the killer choice.
I'm assuming they directed that at the Killer itself and not the player.
The moment I see Spirit I know with 100% certainty it will not be a fun match.
-
For a short amount of time just after unhooking, the unhooked survivor cannot be healed. This is the reason why you begin sabo'ing instead of healing the survivor. If you wait for the prompt at the bottom of the screen to change from "Sabotage" to "Heal" you won't waste Saboteur.
Not a bug.
-
BHVR is unwilling to change their game unless there is mass complaints or a controversy.
After being here long enough, you realize that the game will not improve. We are really just here to argue with each other.

I don't find it ridiculous at all. Overwatch has similar que times and the games last 10-15m as well (competitive). I play red rank survivor r1/2 and I always just alt tab to do something while I wait, on average I wait 3-6m for my ques. WoW arenas at high rating take a good 5-8m for que to pop and the matches last 3-5m w/o dampening kicking in (sorry if you arent familiar to WoW but the point still stands). I'm also very patient, I guess. I just find it funny when someone complains about something like this. It could be so so sooooo much worse.
Something having the potential to be worse doesn't make it good.

My favorite idea so far has been to swap attributes between Hex: Undying and Hex: Thrill of the Hunt.
Hex: Undying
When another Hex Totem is cleansed, that Hex transfers to an available Dull Totem, losing any Tokens in the process.
While Hex: Undying is active, Survivors' cleansing speed is reduced by 20/25/30%.
Hex: Thrill of the Hunt
For each Dull Totem and Hex Totem remaining on the Map gain a Token.
- Gain 10% more Bloodpoints for actions in the Hunter Category for each Token.
- Gain a notification when someone starts working on a Hex Totem.
- Survivors within 2 meters of any Totem have their Aura revealed for 4/5/6 seconds.
This would make it so that Hex: Undying only works to lengthen the lifespan of totems, while Hex: Thrill of the Hunt is a Totem-based locational tool. They both protect totems, but in ways that are unique to them.

This feels like it's directed more at Dead Hard than any other exhaustion perk tbh. The reliability of Dead Hard is often up for debate but yeah, it can let people get to a clutch safe zone and prolong a chase. Isn't that what all exhaustion perks tend to do in one way or another?
Exhaustion perks give survivors speed in some way or another (Or stun with Head On). I don't run exhaustion perks sometimes mostly because I don't have all of them yet and the only ones I'm really comfortable using are Balanced Landing and Lithe anyhow but I notice that without exhaustion perks I get caught just faster. I'm not a god at looping but exhaustion helps me delay the inevitable so to speak. Calling all exhaustion perks crutches is kind of harsh though because is there really anything wrong with perks that make your life a bit easier?
Am I wrong for using Windows of Opportunity so I know where to go?
Like, first people complain and want DS, Unbreakable and Borrowed Time nerfed/removed from the game and now people want exhaustion perks to receive the same treatment? I don't get it. What are survivors left with if you take away meta perks and exhaustion perks?
And this coming from someone who has no meta perks and runs exhaustion perks every other match when I'm not doing some kind of dedicated build like idk, killers have meta perks shouldn't it be okay for survivors to have perks they can trust? I'm all for certain problem perks such as DS being looked at and changed so they can't be abused but you people are literally asking for things to be straight up removed and or nerfed into oblivion and I really don't think it's that deep tbh
I still don't understand the whole deal with deadhard and why people are hating it so much lately. My friends almost always end up exhausted on the ground with it or it just delays the inevitable down. There are only so many palettes in each map and when you go through almost all of them it's impossible to loop killers and not go down lol
No one is doing any of what you are talking about, just saying that exhaustion perks are overused.

Reverse Iron Will;
You breathe 100% louder and grunts of pain are 200% louder and can be heard at 36 extra meters away,
However the sounds produced by survivors are omnidirectional similar to the huntress' lullaby sound, so the killer will be able to hear the obnoxiously loud survivors but never be able to pinpoint an exact location
essentially Elodie on Switch as perk
Loud Spirit.
You scream twice as loud, and have a 100% chance to cause nearby crows to become aggressive.

Unpopular opinion; new buffed mindbreaker is actually pretty good, especially combined with stealth killers or stealth perks
Use Huntress' 120 second exhaustion add-on with it.
The only time survivors have Dead Hard is after being unhooked.
90 seconds, remembered wrong. Very strong with Mindbreaker though.

Honestly, 4k'ing as a killer is easy, even without Ruin+Undying+Tinkerer.
The way I see it is:
When you first start playing the game, it's extremely killer sided. Then when you start getting decent (around first time you hit red ranks and play with people who know what they're doing), it's survivor sided. But when you get extremely good at both roles, it's very killer sided because 9/10 you are versing solo players or duo SWFs (maybe a trio) and even full stacked SWFs are never all good or super sweat squads.
Maybe that's just my experience, but you can get a 4k (or 3k) very easily if you sweat as a killer. And by sweating, I mean playing to get at least 3 killers (which may include things like proxy camping, etc.).
I feel like that's due entirely to the game's bad matchmaking.
Solo survivor has rank 1 players who very obviously shouldn't be there. If DbD had a ranking system that actually worked I'm pretty sure the game would be survivor sided.
-
The easiest way to fix this would be to incentivize playing both sides.
There's a number of ways you can do this, but this is how I would do it:
- Separate Killer and Survivor daily rituals. 1 Killer + 1 Survivor ritual every day, and rerolling a ritual doesn't cause it to change sides.
- Fix the bugs. Survivor queue is currently years long because playing Killer right now is suffering.

I. Said. Fast. Locker. Exits. Should. Be. Automatic. Hits. And. Not. Grabs. (Or maybe only grabs when the survivor is injured, like vaults. Some consistency would be nice)
I understand the ######### complaint, it's just funny how grabs are only a problem when they negatively affect killers but of course nobody wants to mention how unfair locker grabs, and sometimes even vault grabs, are for survivors.
"We should remove the only grabs that killers can get!
Why are killers complaining about the game not working properly?"
I'm not sure how to tell you why you are wrong without just straight up insulting you.

The survivor with 5 hours clearly knows better, and avoids this dumpster fire.

You could try using Hoarde-
Oh wait.
-
Hillbilly used to be one of the best killers in the game. His power enabled you to do two things:
- Run across the map to where the survivors are.
- Use the chainsaw to down the survivor.
Now that overheat is in the game, it feels like you need to choose between one of the two instead of doing both.
Bubba doesn't have to worry about overheat around loops though, so he is more fun to play.

All you have to do is 99% the gate, and you have the audacity to question other peoples intelligence?
-
Reverse Bear Traps are activated by generators being repaired.
If a RBT isn't active, the survivor can leave without dying.
-
BHVR couldn't code a working version of this to save their lives.

Was the portal activated?

If they deleted the DBD we have now and replaced it with the mobile version, we would have a superior product.
Auto-aim:
Base DBD
- Well ackchyually it's technically called Aim Dressing and we aren't changing anything and...
Mobile DBD
- Can be disabled.
Game Optimization
Base DBD
- PC players have been waiting for graphics settings for years, and are required to change engine files instead. Last gen console gamers are being left behind after being promised fps fixes.
Mobile DBD
- Can be run on a phone.
-
They don't want you to get everything too quickly.
If you don't grind away for several weeks you aren't having fun.
-
They could just have a little notification pop up saying "<someone> gave you props!" before disappearing after a few seconds.
It wouldn't be difficult or time consuming to add, and it would make the game a little more positive.
-
The way things are currently, you are required to run 1 of 2 perk builds:
- Multiple slowdown perks to stop the survivors from leaving in 5 minutes.
- Multiple chase and tracking perks to kill all the survivors in 5 minutes.
Games are ending faster and faster every day.
-
I'm honestly not sure how to feel about this map.
From my perspective, getting this map as killer is a guaranteed win no matter who I picked or what perks the survivors bring. But at the same time, survivors use an offering for this more often then Ormand.
It feels like this map is very heavily killer sided, but the sheer amount of times the noose is burned is making me confused.

Yes I agree. Sometimes u need to slug 1 or 2 in circumstances. But im talking about slugging everyone for the win. A killer can make mistakes and get outplayed and not play well but can still slug for the win.
If all the survivors are slugged, it wasn't the killer who made the mistake.

For everyone not having any reading comprehension apparently:
We are talking about situations where it is NOT possible to scram and scatter.
So you are saying that the sole counterplay against bubba... is not to play.
Because the issue is common situations: unhooking, healing.
By your justification for this nonsense, again, the only counterplay bubba has is not to play.
It is always possible to scatter.
Unless this is a skill issue?

Swimsuit Huntress would have to be extremely hairy.
She doesn't know what shaving is!
-
Most do that to be nice and give you extra bloodpoints.
-
That was done on purpose to fix the challenge, you are not getting banned.
-
I used this build as a joke, but it's surprisingly effective and became my normal build.
- Brutal Strength
- Fire Up
- Bamboozle
- Anything (I use BBQ for bp)
One of the things Clown is best known for is his ability to shorten chases.
Because his bottles force survivors to throw pallets early, BS + FU is very useful in breaking them quickly to get back into the chase.
Throwing a bottle near pallets, then vaulting a window with Bamboozle + FU can get you free hits just from vault speed alone. This can also be used to force shack pallet extremely early into the game.
I recommend a gen regression perk for the 4th slot though, but I need the bp.

They follow the trends of hating BHVR because its the energy everyone has right now and they’re too intimidated to have their own voice and stop following the trends. Its the embodiment of “NYA NYA”. Then when someone like me who isn’t afraid to speak my mind and have a different echo, I’m *insert lame insult here*, *insert boot-licking reference here*, *insert disrespect here*. The thread was about speed, not charges per second. Selfcare does not consume any charges.
And I said nothing wrong, the table states this as well.
- I said, 1 stack of DM takes Selfcare 28 seconds -> Line 1 right most column
- I said, 4 stacks of DM takes Selfcare 20.5 seconds -> Line 4 last column
- I said, you need 4 stacks + Botany + Selfcare, meaning 3 perks and rare conditions, to get to full speed (which isn't even true, it still takes 0,93 seconds longer than team healing -> last line, right column)
So in case you wanted to correct anything I said, what did you mean? Also, my point was, that the title said only DM + SC, which does not increase SC speed that much. You need Botany as well to make it worth it. As the title and OP doesn't talk about Botany (also in OP "It even increases the efficiency of Self Care so much that it's practically the speed of someone else healing you") I simply disagreed with the mentioned massive speed bonus of DM alone.
Speed = Charges / Second
Base heal time is 16 seconds because you heal at 1 charge / sec for 16 seconds.

yeah that's true, is it worth it to run though? I feel like id perform better in so many situations with agitation but i dont know if its worth a perk slot.
The best killers for Agitation are Trapper and Hag. If the worst case scenario happens and you down the survivors outside your web, Agitation can help you bring them closer to your territory.
Outside of that and basement meme builds I don't use it.
