I feel like this community is never going to be satisified with any future killers as well. Happens everytime a Killer is released. I feel bad for BHVR.Everyone is more then happy with spirit
Only took three rounds of buffs that were called for within two hours of the release on the PTB. Buffs that killers were mocked for by calling them so soon, btw.

Nothing proves that the Legion is a Survivors' Killer like Survivors losing their damn minds the second Killers find a way to make Legion's power more than a hindrance. L M F A O

How would it not be intended? Your aura is revealed to him while you are in the Dream World. Distortion spends a token when your arua would be revealed.
-
Go full on aura reading. BBQ, Bitter Murmur, Nurse's Calling.
If there are Survivors in the exit games when the match is over, stand way far back and see if any of them will stick around for you to do pot-shots. -
But then no one would be left.
-
Run Plunderer's Instinct, Ace in the Hole, and Bond. Loot all the chests and find other Survivors to give the presents too.
Christmas in the Entity's Realm. -
If you Prestiged Claudette, then you should have picked up the Teachables along the way. You don't need to find the orange Teachables in her web again after prestiging. They will still show up at random.
-
Only if you find jumbo jets sneaky. No TR means they are getting the full effect of your phasing sound if you don't have Prayer Beads.powerbats said:Tinkerer on Spirit with M&A is pure evil for the jumpscares because you can phase even without Prayer Beads and sneak up for the scare.

It was a "Bug."

The have also nerfed ToTH a good bit since then as well. Because the Entity forbid that Survivors should cleanse a few dull totems to weaken ToTH before rushing at lit totemsWolf74 said:@ChesterTheMolester said:

I guess that turned into Hex: Haunted Grounds.
Sadly I think the same.
The Devs did not dare to be "so harsh" on survivor and touch their precious meta perks.
Survivor would cry havoc when killer would be able to shut down their perks.
Of course the idea of shutting down the other sides perk is perfectly fine if it comes to Hex perks, right? :sarcastic:
Nah, because that'd be just another bandaid.
Fix totems or rework the concept of removable perks from scratch.I only have 4 perk slots, its idiotic to waste a 2nd perk slot to protect another perk from broken mechanics and call that some kind of fix.
When Hexes came out, everyone protected Ruin by running Toth, but soon they realized it isn't worth it.

Exactly. It's the reason I don't play a whole lot of Hag or Huntress. If the Survivors don't step in traps or are half decent at dodging Hatchets, getting looped at 110% is the ultimate feelsbadman. Spirit has other tools outside of actually phasing, and phasing itself is powerful enough to make up for 110% as well.Boss said:@Tzeentchling9 said:

@Master said: I dont have fun losing, achieving nothing towards my objective of the game.
But thats just my opinion and there are probably some people out there that love to troll around with killers like that.
Just a shame that the devs keep adding to the unviable killers instead of increasing the variety of viable killers...... they say it themselves, wanna play competitive? Then play billy and nurse....... wheres my lul button btw?
I literally tried to get people to not bring up the fun aspect of winning/losing.
He is fun when you use your power, sense nearby survivors, ignore pallets and windows, run like a maniac. After that period, with 110% ms, he is a pain in the ass, get looped to oblivion and the fun you get just gets lost.
He is a frustrating killer and unlike what devs claim him to be, not fun at all. Imagine the fun you would have if you played huntress with no hatchets.
This. He'll be like the Huntress in that it'll be kind of fun using your power and then be absolute aids once your power is used up.
The difference is that Huntress's power is actually a threat, while the Legion's power is an inconvenience for Survivors and he needs to chase as if he was a Huntress out of Hatchets to actually down people.
Ahh, i see.
It starts feeling like a chore compared to what's normally just the second part of the chase. (Which is the Survivor going from Injured to Dying.)

Also, what are your thoughts when you first saw the trailer?
"Legion pretending to be a fellow Survivor? Damn, that's way more fun and interesting than he really is in game."
In all seriousness though, it is a very well done trailer. -
I get your point about messing with muscle memory, but I'd argue that a Survivor staring paranoid for the silent skill check isn't a Survivor looking to see which direction the Killer is coming from.
-
Wait, wait, wait. So don't camp to counter BT, but it's the Killer's fault when he doesn't camp?tt_ivi_99 said:
Dude if they are in the middle/outer range of your TR Its your fault. You cant just leave the hook if you know someone is gonna go agressive on unhooking.Raccoon said:@Khalednazari said:
Raccoon said:They both take 2 hits to down immediately after unhooking and they're both an equal distance from the killer at the time of unhooking.
I get that. But where's the effort in camping or tunneling? The first hit is basically a free hit.
Yeah, it's always free, especially if they're in the middle/outer range of your terror radius and rocking DH/SB.
Makes sense ;3
This is why no one takes Survivors seriously. -
My problem is that they didn't actually try to fix any of the Legion's problems. They just did a bunch of bug fixes.
-
Indeed. At this rate, this will be the first DLC I actually don't buy.itsDorkMagic said:Casual reminder that not buying the DLC is the most effective way to let the devs know how you feel about this weak killer. These changes are not enough, guys, try again.
-
It's needed because for every Survivor that would try for the 4%, there are 20 more who would wait out the whole two minutes just to spite the killer.
-
I wouldn't even go so far as to call them QoL fixes. They all are pretty much bugfixes.Blueberry said:Man those are some trash changes just like where they decided to leave the new killer..in the trash. Those changes are QoL at best, definitely not the buff he needed.
-
Nice bugfixes. When can we expect the changes, please?
-
"The game isn't competitive." = "We don't have to balance the game properly."
As soon as the objective requires you to beat another player, the game is competitive. -
I don't think the injured Survivor was close enough.
-
How would that even work though? Without being nearly pointless(Hi, Legion), and available for all killers to use? Something like:
"Attacks against healthy Survivors put them into the DWE. Exposed Trump's DWE." -
I'll just leave this here:
https://youtu.be/-c3kz80t-Cc
It's an older video, when the cowshed was much more rediculous, but the points on camping still stand. -
I wouldn't go as far as saying it's an exploit, but it does show how poorly thought out the Legion's power is.
They did this same nonsense with the Spirit. They made a 110% M1 Killer with a power not worthy of making her 110%. Now Spirit is good despite her speed because her power is good enough.
People claiming that Legion is fine need to play more hatchetless Huntress, because that ######### ######### sucks. That is the primary reason I don't play Huntress and hardly any Hag. 110% chase is the pits. -
OP is confused how the streamer's game can be so much brighter than he is used to. The streamer is probably using Nvidia Freestyle. You'll see a lot of much brighter games than normal on YouTube compilation videos as well.Crow said:I don't understand the pic.

I don't think Balanced Landing needs more buffs, it does it's job well.
It would be cool to see Calm Spirit get that though. It would allow the perk to do more than just counter Doc(let's be honest, crows mean jack ######### these days). -
Watching YouTube/Twitch/Anime while waiting for the match to load.
-
Doesn't Distortion only work for 10 seconds per used up token? It seems to me that a Survivor in the Dreamworld would run out of token pretty quick.
-
This. I have no problem respecting a Survivor that legitimately lost me with a baffling turn or some quick, tricky thinking. However, for every one of those actually good Survivors, there is 20 clicky teabaggers with SB, DS, and Adrenaline on coms just looking to be an attention seeking #########.friendlykillermain said:@altruistic said:

Feel free to stop playing, maybe my Killer queues will be faster.
really not helpful man could you maybe lease just treat s as eqauls and respect our chosen paths i have no problem respecting a survivor

Iron Maiden doesn't effect your ability to be good at the game though.
-
Not sure how the Doctor's original release compares with DW. Original Doctor's problem was that madness didn't actually do anything without add-ons and switching modes was too punishing.

Killers: "New killer is garbage."
Survivors mains: "GiT gUd! Like Zubat."
Zubat: "New killer is garbage."

That is correct. I just wanted to confirm our intention. It is very easy to get a hit with him but harder to down survivor.

nice one

When the suggested solution is to not play optimally. SMHIhatelife said:Ooh maybe otherwise: As long as you don't camp and don't tunnel, there is no problem with BT. Chase the rescuer instead.

The ring is better than you think it would be. The scratch marks don't just vanish like blood does. You can still see the scratch marks that the Survivor made while you were charging your power and the speed boost is enough that you can make use of them.
-
Meanwhile, 70% of Survivors have to use Cheat With Friends.

It was stream 43 if you want to get technical about it.

If you ignore the dev stream where they did state that and even went so far as to compare the killer and survivor capsules, sure.Chi said:@Tzeentchling9 said:

Eh, I don't know. Demigorgon seems kind of lame as a Killer. Not much else to choose from as a Killer yet.
I would 100% become a Sheriff Hopper main though. -
I thought you said the results would surprise us. Reported for misleading title.

I feel Myer's stalking is in a pretty good spot ATM. The only things I'd look at changing would be the inability to stalk people right up close to you and how much corn/reeds hard counters it.
