A Great Streamer and Good Killer -> Review New Killer "The Legion"
So that the developers do not say anything about it and that some streamers say that the new killer is in a bad state, there is a problem with it.
Opinion Of Zubat -> https://clips.twitch.tv/PlainSpinelessPeanutNinjaGrumpy
From my point of view with almost 2.3k of hours and being a main killer, you can not give a power to a Killer that ""slows the game"" and is not able to shoot down the survivors, only based on "stabbing" to hurt them.
Of course, it can jump pallets, windows and has a great mobility, but ... ability to leave dying state to the survivors? 0. That's a killer that is not worth anything, it's a Freddy 2.0.
