Killer with less than 115% ms usually have something to counter loops effectively.
Billy kinda has curving, but imagine catching up first to the point curving would be possible = easily 5+ loops around he same pallet. Not even mentioning to miss or early pallet drops.
Billy is fine and current the most balanced killer, everyone who wants to touch and change billy in any way shows to me he hasn't understand he basics of DbD.
I know he's balanced, I wasn't asking for nerfs.

I like her blue shirt and skirt outfit! All of her cosmetics are amazing!
As for Plague, I might get her red dress outfit or just the helmet because it looks cool.

I mean I wouldn't mind if healing speed got reverted, it does get a bit boring waiting for another survivor to heal you.

I really hope In The Dark and Last Standing Makes it in the game. Some of them could've been reworked into perks already though.

I think we should get 25(or 50) x your devotion level bonus shards per level up. For example, if you are devotion 2, you would get 50 shards extra everytime you level up.

Last free DLC was almost two years ago. I get the feeling the devs either decided to stop the practice, or they realized they were losing money because of it.
I meant that we could buy chapters with shards (thus being "free")

I only need to hit rank 1 as Survivor and then I'm done. It's funny because I have 1800 hours yet I've never been Rank 1 as Survivor.

I think something is up with the game. I did not play the PTB but i keep getting survivors in my lobbies from Asia. Japan, Korea, etc. A few weeks ago i kept getting Europeans and people from Africa. Its absolutely broke because the ping is so high. I am in the US so i usually get other Americans and Canadians.
I keep getting them too, mainly it's people from the US but I've been getting a lot of people from Europe.

It sounds like The Entity's language. When she has Corrupt Purge it sounds very similar to it's language.

Nope, she is the first Killer that actual talks in game. I'm happy about that but her voice seems a bit dull.

I like her mori a lot but I think The Plague's speech should have more emotion in it. It seems kinda dull.

It's really not that hard to hook survivors, the only issue is body blocking but you have perks for that. Survivors still have the right to struggle and escape. If you are really complaining about a 2% increase than that's sad.

Nea is good perk wise but other than that, any female character with dark clothing can be stealthy.

I liked her old voice because it sounded realistic. Even if it was a bit screechy, it did sound like she was getting hooked.

I'm gonna guess that maybe the killer can use the lantern to blur Survivors' view and certain objects and maybe he/she will be able to turn into smoke and travel the map?

It's funny because for it to block the basement's hooks, the killer literally needs to be on top of the stairs. It definitely needs an increase in range. However, I don't think that a small % to wiggle speed (2 or 3) would hurt.

It needs one, it's really useless since the range and struggle effects really do nothing.
