I'm not gonna do this. This is what people would call "toxic". You aren't helping your team and basically just throwing.

I don't think anyone who visits the forums are rank 20 on either side so we probably won't be meeting any new players.
-
It's not about the power of the perk it is rather the timing. To get the effects of adrenaline you need to complete all 5 generators, to use borrowed time you need to rescue someone from the hook. With decisive strike, you can use it instantly when you get picked up. If the killer chases a survivor after catching them, a good survivor can extend the chase extensively with the use of decisive strike. By using decisive strike the survivors teammates do not have to stop doing generators which leads to a massive time waste for the killer and can eventually lead to a loss.

This would make unbreakable useless so no.

The actual concern for the post is that some players deal with this on a daily basis. It may be a new legion or not. Either way, there are still some experiences where it is difficult to down anyone depending on the survivor, and if they have a very coordinated group. People don't "deserve to lose" if they simply can't down someone. I'm surprised if you even read the whole thing without jumping to conclusions. And the game is indeed losing a good amount of players, for a variety of reasons. It's not bait, it's an example that I wrote to be comedic, but I still provided an idea in the end of the games state.
In the last 6 months, dbd player count has averaged at around 20k players and it hasn't gone up or down significantly.

How I see the shop is that if you want to support BHVR and keep the game alive for longer, you can through the shop and get in-game skins as a bonus. Lets be honest here, they didn't make the skins to give them out for free.

It is more complicated than this, especially for solo survivors.Ruin is easy to do since you only need to find 1 totem and destroy it. Also, there is a notification system that allows you to know when and where the ruin got destroyed if one of your teammates destroyed it. Also you can see the icon on your screen whether you have the curse or not.
You most probably won't be able to find all 5 dull totems and destroy them. Somebody else will destroy 1 or 2 and the entire team will waste time trying to find 5 dull totems without knowing that somebody else destroyed them. Playing around NOED when it is activated is far more easier for solo survivors than breaking the totems. Also, survivors hope that the killer has no NOED, so they don't try to waste their time as well.
My suggestion for you is that you should monitor your teammates and if they can push through ruin, don't try to find the totem. For NOED, if you have time, check the areas that are near to the exit gates and destroy the dull totems. After that, if you find another dull totem, don't destroy it. If the other 2 or 3 dull totems got destroyed, NOED will be lit on that totem and you can always check it later. If the other 2 or 3 dull totems are well hidden, you will have a chance for a much easier NOED spawn. The reason why you should always destroy totems near exit gates is because the game will revolve around those areas and you may never get the chance to destroy the totem. This tactic is especially very useful for maps like the game, lery's and swamp maps.
Thanks for the tips!

By removing one of the only counters to ds those people who dribble will probably just slug you and you won't get to use your ds since you'll die on the floor.
-
I love how people say to just push through ruin and not find the totem but then people say ######### like just break 5 totems and NOED won't be a problem. I'd probably be fine with NOED if there only was a counter or a way to know how many totems my teammates have broken.

Once dedicated servers come I could definitely see this ingame. Only problem I have is that I sometimes by accident search for a match instead of joining my friends lobby when I am playing with other people and if I got stuck in a lobby it would suck.
Also like mentioned above, high ping. -

Hello @DinaqmaLet me reassure you, we do ban for communication abuse. We have a team of Associate Community Managers that are working to make this game a safer and nicer place.
If you consult the game rules you can find this clause covering Communication Abuse:
HARASSMENT: COMMUNICATION ABUSE
Insults, intimidation, hateful speech, repeated harassment
In-game report REQUIREDYour responsibility in the case of communication abuse is to report through the in-game report.
We have access to chat logs and when players are flagged, the cases are investigated.
The escalation process for that offence is 24h / 48h / 1 week / Permanent banNote that we do not give any public information on the outcome of the investigations.
Hey, Queen,
Wouldn't it be easier to write an alghorytm that bans people instantly? For example, someone is calling one person a "#########", alghorytm catches that and bans said person for 24h, then for 1 day, then 1 week and then permabans the user.It would make the mods life a lot easier.
On paper it sounds good but I still remember that in Rainbow Six Siege if you misstyped "frag" you could instantly get banned. They need to look at context when banning users. If it is used on purpose in an insulting manner of course they should get banned.

i would certainly be up for the whole mms increase. i think her crouching should be at least at 100%, so she can keep up with survivors.
however, i dont really like the idea of her ambush getting refilled after hitting someone. that way she could simply charge at you and when she hits you, contiue the charge and down you asap.I think it would be interesting if she could hit multiple survivors during the dash. If you ambush a gen and there are 2 survivors you could chain dash both of them.
that would certainly be a good idea, however i believe we would have the same problem legion has now:
what if the pig decides to just use her remaining charge to insta down the person she hit first?
is she not going to deal damage to him?
is he going to get the deep wound effect?
or is he just going to be insta down?
and di dont think i would like to see the 3rd one...Just make it so that you can't hit the same person in the same dash and to prevent the pig from just dashing after the same person, she could stop the dash early by letting go of m1 and get a shorter attack cooldown. The longer she dashes for (without hitting a player) the longer her attack cooldown is.
-
The nurse moves slower than survivors so she has to blink, use it to your advantage. Make it difficult for them to predict your movement. Block line of sight with her, move unpredictably. You can even jump in lockers to avoid being hit since she will get stunned before she can search the locker.
-
I would like to see the clown's and huntress' exhaustion addons reworked. Why does huntress still have an addon that inflicts exhaustion for 90 seconds. A bit ridiculous if you ask me.
-
They should just turn the injured music off while using no mither.

Just slug. If you are using bbq you can most of the time see where the slug is when you hook the 4th guy. You could also use whispers. It can help you find the slug easier and it also helps during the game.

Dailies are pretty worthless atm they should make them way harder and give more bloodpoints. I've never had trouble getting killer dailies done (except maybe pig dash attack).

brokedownpalace said:The devs suggest adding Kindred to the "base kit" and now every other day there's a new topic about making some perk, like friggin NOED, part of it. No, it's not necessary. Just earn your Moris like intended.
Actually one of the main points the OP stated was getting them off the bloodweb. I don't want to earn them, because I don't want them AT ALL. They're worthless as an offering because there is zero prediction about whether or not you'll be in a situation to mori the last survivor. So either just remove the offeringoffering entirely so I stop having to waste it buying through my blood points or make the mechanic base. Literally not earning them is the whole point because nobody wants them.
Then it would make more sense to simply remove them from the game, not give killers a completely unnecessary buff.
The way i see it, its not a buff, at best QoL.
The chances of them getting away is very slim, the hook is virtually inevitable, and even if he gets really lucky they most likely do not know where the hatch is and pallets are going to be exhausted. They will not be able to get far. That or the rare instance they intentionally run towards one of those places where its impossible to hook and waits to bleed out in spite.
Only instance I can think of is that the survivor has decisive strike, but that as well is unlikely since it's at the end of the trial so they probably already have used it.
-
Mori offerings and keys shouldn't exist. There is no reason for either of them to be in the game. The Shape's addons tombstone piece and judith's tombstone are also powerful but since you can go into a locker to avoid being killed on the spot I don't mind them so much. If The Shape has been stalking a lot it usually means they are using one of those addons.
-
Rancor doesn't show auras of the survivor. Only reveals the location. Also while using Yamaoka's haunting, survivors are invisible so you couldn't see their aura.

For those wondering, you do still get slightly better bloodwebs when prestiging. It's not significant. Prestiging is meant to be optional for people who play the game a lot, not necessary to get good stuff. So is it the same slightly as Salt Pouch? Is it so insignificant that it really couldn't be tested in practice?
-
Just remove moris and keys. I don't see a reason why either should still be in the game. If removing moris makes it too difficult to complete the mori daily then maybe there could be general mori perks. Someone suggested adding cypress mori as baseline, that could also work.
-
Before they add rewards they should rework the entire ranking system. Maybe then consider adding some reward but definitely not 5 mil for rank 1.
-
Don't see why anyone (except people who are throwing) would not want to recover automatically. I'd support this change.
-
This would help in situations where the last survivor is at the corner of the map and knows that you can't carry them to a hook. Would end the game faster if you could just mori them. This would also add a way of completing the mori daily without having mori offerings.
-
I feel you. There is nothing you can do except rotate around the map and check every nook and cranny (even lockers). Shame you haven't got whispers, it helps a ton with these kinds of situations.

Huntress is top tier imo. You can stop some loops with hatchets and even stop people working on gens if there is line of sight to throw hatchets. But at the same time... You can get looped way too much for her to be top tier. I think she's amazing but a smart survivor does well against a Huntress. I'm a potato but back when I was good at survivor, I could get a ton of loops in against her. It's all about baiting her windup.
I agree that she still gets looped a lot but if it's a good map like MacMillan Estate, at some loops you can just hold your hatchet and if the survivors are crouching they cannot go around the loop and with correct timing you can hit them.
-
They nerfed exhaustion to not go down while sprinting for a reason. Not a good idea to add it back, even in the form of a perk.

Assuming you're the last survivor and you got hooked, you probably blew through DS already and either hit or missed it, so I'd rule that out.As far as DH goes, that's good for one swing. You're still by no means safe, you're only about a meter away. Any half decent killer is going to know you have DH if they've already hooked you, so they can easily bait it out.
So ultimately the killer can just down you immediately and there's still next to no chance you're getting away anyway, unless a brand new killer somehow killed everyone else and then caught you, hooks you, and then fumbles around cluelessly. That's just not something that happens.
in this match the killer went to damage a generator and could have escaped through hatch
Probably went to damage a generator since they knew you were dead. If there was a change that didn't make you die instantly they would probably have stayed to wait.
-
I believe you can report someone if they intentionally reveal your location to the killer.

If there is 1 person not using it it will suck for them since they are the only ones suffering, couple it with sloppy butcher and that person will probably never recover to full health during the game.Fact is that everyone will switch to the "strictly better" SC because you can heal yourself significantly faster. Additionally healing others is slowed down so everyone will only be healing themselves which promotes even more spreading/genrushing
I never said I liked the change. I very much dislike this being a perk as is. They need to figure out another drawback to even consider adding this to the game.

The trick to countering legion is to press ESC, navigate to the bottom right and click the "LEAVE GAME" button and confirm.

On release the Legion was considered horrible and weak.People weren't even healing against him man. Now they've fixed this. He's strong and you need to heal.
People need to think... before they type things.
The Legion is another high end, top tier killer people. Adapt.
Yes people, adapt to something that has no counterplay.
Forehead.
Nope.
Those same people couldn't adapt to Freddy when he came out. Or Spirit.
Now they are both considered "fine" by most biased Survivor standards.
Same thing here "almost".... he could use a tweak... like I've mentioned in other threads.
Freddy had TONS or counterplay and the community whined so badly dude.
Get real.
I didn't play when freddy was released but I've heard that he got ######### on at release, I can't comment on that. There is no need to buff a killer that has no counterplay. Only "counter" I've heard is "genrushing" and spreading away from other players. None of these are counters. If the buff goes through you need to group up with other survivors to heal. Genrushing isn't a counter and doesn't work against a mediocre Legion players who know how to apply pressure.
Before Legion gets changed there is no reason to buff him/her.

Are you saying you haven't even received the shop yet? Are the new killers at least in Asia?

Fixed.
That's actually a very good idea. I think.
As for the complaints about "Legion not having a counter": he clearly does, like others said above. @PolarBear , you may argue that "genrushing" is not a valid term, but whatever you call it, staying separated and continuosly working on faraway generators works incredibly well against him. Her. Them, whatever.Even if you keep working on far away generators you will eventually have to move closer to the middle or you will 3 gen yourself. Staying separated isn't always easy either. If the patch goes through you need to heal against Legion and unless you are using SC you need to regroup with other survivors.
Secondly, I would say Legion should additionally to losing some of his/her power gauge on missed attacks, also lose some while vaulting. Currently Legion's power gauge completely stops while vaulting which makes vaulting windows in fact bad for the survivors and beneficial to Legion. -

Legion has a counter, its called spreading and genrushing.
Sure its not fun, but its actually pretty easy to executeThat's not a counter, "genrushing" isn't a thing. "Genrushing" is just survivors doing the objective if the killer can't keep pressure on the survivors. Also with them buffing legion means you need to heal but since you can't be near teammates, you need to run self-care which means there is less choice for perks.
SC was buffed btw
It wasn't a buff, it was a change. If killers are using sloppy butcher and you are using SC, you can just give up at that point.
That's why I use BK
So that would mean I should use both SC and BK and limit my choice of perks some more? I don't see the point in limiting player choice. Do you really have 4 perk slots when 2 of those always have to be SC and BK?
Survivors are not tired of pointing at all the killer perks the killre can use to counter stuff. For example you can "counter" DS easily by using unnerving presence and Enduring
Idk what you are trying to say in your first sentence. Using 2 perks to counter 1 isn't really good for the killers side either, but thankfully you can dribble or just slug the obsession if you don't want to deal with ds at that moment in the game.
YOu can only dribble if you are near a hook and even if you are within range, the DS user can simply tell his mate that you are dribbling and thanks to the absurdly long drop/pickup animation can bodyblock the hook easily, triggering DS.
Slugging has been nerfed significantly, the survivor can heal themselves even up to 95% now which makes the pickup time from the ground THREE TIMES FASTER than it used to. Also slugging (even with knock out) doesnt work against SWF
Tbh I haven't been bodyblocked many times when I've gone against ds users. If you see them come under the hook to take a hit I'll just drop the ds user when I am next to the hook and their friend runs away and then I just move slightly forward (enough to be under the hook) and hook them.
If I can't pick the ds user under the hook I just go after their friend. They still need to heal the ds user to pick them up from dying state which still wastes some time.Well the survivor can run immediately back if you go back to the slugged DS user. In the meantime the slugged survivor will crawl away from the hook and thus deny the juggle progress you made so far.
You cant hit him while carrying the DS either since the DS will escape then.Good you instantly drop the DS user and follow his saviour through the loops. By the time he goes down, the original DS user has been healed with ease, probably a gen has been done and you can deal with the next DS user. What are you going to do? Drop him again?

If they aren't the obsession I can usually get them to a hook unless they run to the corner and force it. I don't like DS either, I'm just telling you what I do to deal with it.
