I am ok with it as long as we can agree on the OP is overcrowding the S+ and S tier.

The only S+ and S tier killers should be the two that nobody disagrees with being the overall strongest two and that is Nurse and Billy. If you wanted to add more to that I’d only personally add Myers and Huntress

    Nope S+ Nurse, S Billy, that's it.
    No one is beside them.
    Everyone else is below them.
And still I won't put Myers beside Huntress. ;)
But I am also the one that rates Doc higher than most other, so I am cool with that.^^

Well, you know we all got our own opinions, right? So I can agree you, and you don't need to agree me cuz it's your opinion ;)

Nah that’s cool. If he believe Doctor is top tier then it’s his own opinion and it’s valid. It’s just a personal preference. I look at what killers abilites help them in a chase, have the most map control, and are able to cut off loops easiest. The reason I rate Myers so high is that he has very good add-ons that can take out survivors without even having to hook them once. Another add-on is having a permanent one-hit down and he is only one of four killers who can have a permanent one-hit down, not to mention the increased lunge range in EW III is nice.

If I was choosing on who I preformed the best it would be Freddy because I can easily get a 4K with Freddy but he has some obvious flaws. I do best with Freddy and worse with Nurse but Nurse is obviously the better killer.

    B Wraith, Pig, Myers

    C Freddy, Leatherface, Trapper

OP pretty much overrates most killer.

The ONLY one on the A tier list that is on Myers level is Huntress. Doctor is pretty weak. His ability doesn’t really help him in a chase, Doctor is the most overrated killer in the game honestly. Other than that I’d switch Myers and Doctor but your list is pretty accurate.

It might be just my personal preference, because I perform pretty well with Doc. And the main reason for it is that he can actually affect multiple targets with his aura.

Something most other killer are lacking..

My main issue is always how can I get the other of the gens while I chase ONE?

Doc has a solution for that.

Doctor is good when it comes to map pressure if it is a smaller map (Game, Hospital, Yamaoka) and you pair it with Distressing and Unnerving. His ability just doesn’t cut it for me, he is just too weak at loops.

It’s also a preference when it comes to Myers with me. I love the extended lunge of EW III and his ability to sneak up on survivors in the beginning with his smaller terror radius. I’d take Myers, Spirit, and Pig over Doctor.

I even preform well with Freddy believe it or not.

I perform well with everyone but I like Michael because of the Mindgames.
The Doctor however actually can somewhat manipulate a Chase.
Well i agree he is pretty weak and the time it takes to switch modes should be decreased but he is not overrated.
That Title belongs to the Huntress

Doctor can’t cut off loops but the Huntress can and that is one thing she holds over Doctor. A good Huntress is not going to be looped. Not to mention she can have a one hit down with hatchets which cannot be countered while Doctor’s entire ability can be somewhat countered by Calm Spirit. I’ve run Calm Spirit and had very little issues with Doctor finding me. It’s not a perfect counter but it’s a strong counter.

Huntress isn’t very loopable and can have an insta-down. Her ability helps her in a chase. Doctor isn’t good in a chase and is easily loopable. A Huntress who doesn’t know how to effectively use hatchets or without hatchets however is going to be bullied which is the reason I don’t play her because I’m not good with long range attacks. I’m personally better with Doctor but Huntress has a higher potential.

Not for me. The first killer I played was Pig and I was teabagged by four Claudette players. I think I hooked maybe one person. It’s funny in retrospect because of how new I was. The Pig is one of the killers I play the most but she isn’t special to me.

  • I don’t like playing solo because I get stuck with 3 man SWF who either farm you or act like pricks and let you die on the hook. It’s mainly your teammates who get you killed no matter how good at surviving you may be. Most of the time I’ll only get camped if the killer doesn’t have a kill yet and the exit gates are powered, but a lot of survivors run Borrowed Time and bodyblock as the killer is chasing you to the exit gates so that’s not a very big deal.

    I'm tearing up from laughter.

You do know that not all survivor mains are entitled douches right? Some actually try and help others out.

That is true but all the duuuds out there are really loud and tend to speak over sensible survivour players so often survivour representation tends to be really bad. Killers have to be good at dealing with loss and stress to reach the top so it tends to humble killer players fast.

Its also a society thing we feel bad for the underdog even though in this case their mass murdering monsters XD. When we see survivours complain its like watching the advantaged person complain they broke a nail. Often there problem can actually be serious and reasonable but we tend to veer to one side and stick in that camp because opening your mind to other opinions requires effort and empathy. I don't think dbd was designed to appeal to that demographic of people.

I guess I never feel bad for the killer because my friend group doesn’t BM the killer. I rarely if ever run into lobbies where the survivors are being entitled bullies. I run into more killers who get salty because a survivor actually knows how to use flashlights and pallets to their advantage. Then they wind up camping or coming back with NOED the proceed to call all the survivors trash. Just from my own experience. I never feel bad for killers, don’t have a reason to.

Not saying that survivors are always friendly because they certainly are not. I’ve run into my fair share of entitled survivors while playing killer.

  • I’m a Myers main simply because I love the Halloween movies. Not to mention he is a great killer. Although I’ve ventured off to Spirit since she was released because I love her cosmetics, power, and overall appearance. I WANT to main Nurse but I’m just not good enough to play her effectively. Huntress is another one I want to get good at playing as. For now I am a Myers/Spirit main

Jake has the best survivor cosmetics. Change my mind.

Claudette? Nea? Meg? Feng? They all have better cosmetics than Jake. However I’ll admit the long hair with sunglasses paired with the flannel bubble vest combo is a sick combo. Jake doesn’t have as many cosmetics as other survivors nor is it the best.

  • Wow...just had a round with an idiotic Jake player who was fixing gens when I was hooked RIGHT UNDERNEATH him. The killer was gone miles away and he continued to fix the same generator ignoring me on the hook. Red ranks need I remind you. People wonder why I have something against Jake players. DS is a one time use thing while SB or BL can be used more than once. DS is perfectly fine and in fact could use a buff because it’s hard to hit due to how fast the ticker turns, and is hard to hit especially with the doctor.

Here we go again gather round boys and girls its time for the ds talk. Ds is a fundamentally broken as it grants the survivor an additional chase. One use is still one additional chase which in DBD is ridiculously huge discounting the fact that it can occur up to 4 times if survivors are savvy on where they get downed. A skill check is a pathetically weak excuse for its power Like noed it gives way to much power for a perk and has incredibly awkward counter play as no other perk can compare to it.

Before you add hur dur run enduring or unnerving presence those are soft counters. 3 seconds is more then enough time to reach a pallet when you use the perk in a smart manner. Also unnerving presence is so bad in high ranks it actually speeds up games as you are giving survivors more skill checks which translates to more greats. Rank 1 survivors who are not boosted will hit that skill check and it will seriously mess up the killer. Deliverance is a great example of what ds should look like huge consequences with a requirement needed to be met. Ds should be a team ability that stuns the killer and opens up opportunities for body blocks and flashlight saves. losing a hook without admirable application of skill is pathetic. Skill checks don't demand skill they are a mediocre challenge that gets mastered within two months of play.

DS is extremely hard to hit with Doctor especially if he is running Unnerving Presence, that much I agree with what they were saying.

I’m not huge fan of the suggested change with DS where the killer is simply standing in place for two seconds.

Not EVERY perk needs a counter. DS does have counters in Unnerving Presence and Enduring but as you mentioned they are soft counters.

I believe the best bet for a DS is have it be like Deliverance were the survivor suffers from the broken effect for a certain amount of time. The ENTIRE rest of the round is overdoing it just a little bit.

I used to run DS but I switched it out simply because I wanted to change up my perk loadout a little bit. Honestly I don’t see A LOT of survivors at my killer rank (between 8-12) run DS. If I have Rancor on 80% of the time the obsession doesn’t even have DS.

Ds is far more common as you rank up on account of its power. Same reason you will see bad killers with noed at rank 1. It occurs more frequently and is frustrating to deal with as its hardest counter is slugging which is not fun for either side.

Doc as a killer gives ds a lot of trouble and unnerving has a place on his kit as he actually affects skill checks in a meaningful  way. However even then doc is a low tier killer on account of his stun being useless on many looping spots. So at that point your playong a weak killer to sort of counter ds.

Perks with a power level so high you need hard counters. Its the nature of balance. There should be consequnces and weaknesses to ds. Breaking the killer grasp is way too huge an advantage for a broken effect if you ds you should be moriable.

Able to be moried? That’s harsh. Especially since the person who used DS will more than likely get downed instantly again especially if the killer runs Enduring. Not to mention that there is a perk to punish survivors with a mori who use DS, Rancor. More than half the time when I do run Rancor and mori somebody they didn’t even have DS, they were just the unlucky ones to be named the obsession.

DS is broken yes but it doesn’t need to be punished as harshly as people say it should. It’s been in the game for about two years now and I’ve learned to deal with it. Not every game has a DS you know. I mean if people reeeeally wanted to nerf DS then a suggestion would be to increase wiggling speed by a certain percentage rather than a skill check to escape automatically. However I think the increased wiggling speed would be better suited for Boil Over.

Surprised this post wasn't raided with the "KiLLeR mAiN BtW" image yet, especially with the "less skill" and "more relaxing" comments. But yeah, just sounds like you enjoy killer more. I enjoy survivor more because I like being chased. People enjoy playing their preferred roles for their own reasons. Nothing wrong with that.

Depends on my mood which one I prefer. I like being chased as survivor rather than doing the chasing because surviving is my strong suit not killing. I loooove going against a Myers though, gotta love that chase music.

Some killers just give me a headache and I despise going again them. I got so sick of screaming from Doctor that I put Calm Spirit as one of my perks. Doctor, Spirit, and Bing Bong are my top three most annoying killers to go against. Doctor for obvious reasons, Spirit because of that irritating “HEEEE” she makes every time she swings her weapon, and Bing Bing just because I’ve got the worst luck against him especially if he has the bell clapper add-on. I swear I don’t think I’ve run into a Bing Bong at Rank 1 that DIDN’T have NOED.

The Pig is also up there too.

  • @Kilmeran said:
@MegMain98 In my opinion, it's because like the OP said: We have a hell of a lot more to keep track of as a Survivor. I mean, I come from Overwatch and a little Paladins. I've also played Heroes of the Storm a bit. And playing Survivor is just a lot of mental gymnastics. More so than when I play those games and have to coordinate with four or five other players against five or six other players, watch map routes, calculate Ult charge (OW), et cetera.

Off topic a little: Last night I'm playing Bubba. Now, keep in mind, I am Rank 20 with like 24 hours in the game. But, as I did for Overwatch, I have watched a ton of guides, info-videos, and Streamers to learn DBD. So, A Laurie wants to Flashlight me every chance she gets. She runs to the combine (this was the cornfield map), and stays on top that hay-bail where they obviously knew I could not swipe or lunge them. Apparently, she didn't know I could chainsaw her there (I did, I saw the Billy guide that showed it, and figured Bubba could too). So, I down her.

Before I can leave, my chase music plays. I spin and there is a Jake. He's also got a Twitch name (I looked him up after the match and he is ultra-small). So, now he's on the hay-bail. He points at me, tbags at me, then tries to heal her. I down him, too.

I can't pick them up from the bail, so I climb the combine to see if I can step onto the bail to do so. As I'm doing that, they crawl down the combine. I hook them both. At this stage, between the constant flashlighting and his tbagging, they've pissed ol' Bubba off. So, I patrol the two hooks with the reving chainsaw until they are dead.

They DC just as the Entity is in the final Sacrifice animation. I laughed so hard.

The other two have three gens left to do. I find one, slug them, find the other, hook him, go back and hook the first.

The salt was real in after match chat. I laughed.

Another match, I couldn't do crap. The gens got done and the doors open with no hooks. I downed two at the open exit gates with the chainsaw, and the other two escaped. I picked them up and carried them to the barrier. What the hell, they outplayed me all Trial, they can live.

But even being a new player, I can see the severe lack of map-pressure Leatherface has. I might just give Billy a shot, instead. If Leatherface didn't slow down when charging the chainsaw, it would make a huge difference for him.

You seem to be extremely knowledgeable of the game for somebody who doesn’t have many hours. It is a learning curve especially if you’re used to different controls. I came from F13 where you could actually fight the killer and you run faster than the killer. DBD is a whole different playstyle, I had to adjust.

I had very little hours as killer as well before the beginning of August when I started playing killer more frequently. I was Rank 20 and I’ve worked my way up to Rank 8. Although I watched many videos such as Monto and Hybrid Panda’s video so I knew exactly what I was doing even though I rarely played killer. I don’t like being a higher ranked killer, I like being within Ranks 8-15.

Leatherface isn’t a very great killer to start off with, he is one of the weaker killers with VERY little map pressure. I’d suggest trying out Billy or Huntress (if you are good at range attacks) starting out. Nurse is a huge learning curve. Any other killer is decent to try out, Leatherface is just so weak compared to other killers. Freddy depends all on if the survivors are potatoes or not. At my rank I can get a 4K with Freddy easily despite him being dubbed the weaker killer.

Despite what killer you play you’ll have rounds where you get gen-rushed and there isn’t a way around that unless you have Hex: Ruin which depending on the map will probably get broken in the first minute. I don’t have Hag leveled up so a bunch of my games are gen rushed, but I also run end game perks so it balances out.

  • @Kilmeran said:
@MegMain98 I'm new to the game with under 30 hours played so far, and I agree with him. I'm much more relaxed as Killer. Patrol gens, seek the hiders, chase but don't fall for a long loop, whack people.

As a Survivor, I experience same as he said. I walk out of a Survivor game tense and with a minor headache.

Then again, coming from Overwatch and Paladins, I absolutely loathe the Killer movement controls, even with my mouse sensitively changed both in-game and through Razer (I spent several hours messing around with them to get them as right as I could). There is just something about it that feels off, and turning to hit someone is a pain in the ass to get right. Same for strafe movement. And I loathe that my four opponents have both smaller hitboxes for tighter turns around objects, as well as a third-person camera spin option to see around walls and crap.

To be honest, I'm not entirely sure I'm sticking with the game.

I don’t know my amount of hours since I play on PS4 but I’ve been playing DBD since the end of March. Just got the platinum on the game a week ago. I honestly didn’t think I’d get addicted to it because I was firmly on the Friday the 13th bandwagon. However due to AWFUL devs for that game and lawsuits it has turned into a train wreck.

The killer controls, camera angles, and movements are different to balance the game to some degree. Can you imagine what the game would be like of the killer was in third person? It would be easy mode for killers, especially killers like Nurse and Billy. It is asymmetrical PVP, one side will be stronger but you can’t have the side be incredibly OP or the survivors would stand no chance at all. Unless you want 4 wall licking Claudettes, the killer should always be in first person.

I still don’t understand why people complain about survivors having smaller hitboxes than the killer. They are SMALLER than the killer. Why would little Feng have the same hitbox as Leatherface’s lumbering self? Doesn’t make sense.

By the way I thought I was the only one to walk out of a survivor game tense and with headaches. Must be why I’m so bitter toward certain killers. Playing survivor can be mind numbing and headache inducing.

  • Wow...people really must be running into a lot of people with Adrenaline. I barely run into it. What kinda OP games are people getting into? It’s whatever to me honestly. I don’t care, there are crutch perks on both sides and who really gives a damn? I play to have fun not to complain and evalute if every perk in the game is a crutch or not. Don’t take video games so seriously people.

  • It doesn’t seem like it is SWF you don’t like...but playing survivor in general. You like playing killer, stick to that. If you don’t wanna play survivor then don’t. Some people like playing with friends and evading and escaping the killer. People like different things. There isn’t really anymore to say about it.

You are one of the first people I’ve heard say being a survivor is harder than killer. Most people would disagree with that.

  • Replace Hag with Myers and I pretty much agree. Hag is GOOD but she is not above Myers or Huntress IMO. If we are talking the potential of the killers then no doubt Myers and Huntress have more potential at being ruthless killers than Hag is.

Myers and Huntress I’d put at 3 and 4 respectively. Love the analysis of the characters by the way

    1. Nurse
    2. Hillbilly
    3. Myers
    4. Huntress
    5. Spirit
    6. Hag
    7. Pig
    8. Clown
    9. Doctor
    10. Wraith
    11. Trapper
    12. Leatherface
    13. Freddy

Not all psychopaths or sociopaths are killers, doesn't mean I'll hand one a weapon and turn my back. In the same way, I wouldn't trust a Survivor main to be objective about Killers.

It’s more on the judgment of the person rather than if they are a “survivor main” or not. I play both, however I play more survivor but I’m objective on killers without letting my personal experience (such as certain killers being notorious campers) get in the way of what killers need changes and which ones do not. Killer mains do more conplaining like “this perk is too OP” while survivor mains do more complaining why they died during the match.

As someone who mostly plays Min (and yes, Min IS her first name, she's Chinese), I can tell you that she is extremely exposed. Bright blue clothing is not ideal for hiding, so we actually have to try.

Also, I suck at Survivor. So, that might be affecting my willingness to hide.

It’s not the only clothing she has though. I’m not good at hiding with any character NOT named Claudette. I’m pretty good with a “ninja Claudette” type of build.

Anybody else I just don’t care enough to hide, I wear bright clothes on most of my characters and I survive and die as much as a normally do. On Feng I wear the purple ponytail with the green Sci-Fi shirt and black pants. I can probably make her a little better at hiding if I didn’t rock the purple hair but again...I don’t care enough to change it if I’m not playing Claudette.

Yeah, I know. Generally I wear Min's cloth coat thing, but even that is somewhat bright. I am trying to get her green t-shirt though. That should blend in a little better. I don't play enough to get the actual cool cosmetics, so I'm just trying to get green everything.

I'm just simply bad at surviving.

I can loop the killer around for a while if I have a spot to do so...it’s not hard, it’s so simple anybody can do it. I’m bad at losing the killer, once I’m in a chase the killer either has to turn their attention to another survivor or catch me. I rarely am able to break line of sight...I get tunneled, farmed, and facecamped. Which is why I normally die. I don’t think the clothing has any bearing on whether I survive or not. The killer can spot you if they have eyes regardless if you are wearing blue, green, black, red, or rainbow. The only survivor I TRY hiding with is Claudette and even then it barely works.

  • A strong defensive killer but other than that no he isn’t OP. It’s just that a lot of players play to his strong stat which is defense, so they’ll camp. Which them he gets gen rushed and gets 0-1K.

I actually really like playing against most high tier killers such as Nurse and Hillbilly. The Spirit, Myers, and Pig really spice things up gameplay wise, and always keep me on my toes. My least favorite to play against would be Trapper and Hag just because I hate jumpscares and their traps are ridiculously loud. Also, is it just me or do Wraiths and Leatherfaces have awful attitudes? The ones I play against always have something negative to say in the end game chat.

A lot of Wraith and Leatherface players play like FOREHEADS. Insidious is their best friend and the only way they can get a kill. I dunno, they’re just my least favorites to go against because the players typically have bad attitudes due to their poor gameplay....

  • I’m on PS4 and honestly it is a mixed bag. It is a good mix of all of them but the top 3 I see is Myers, Doctor, and Billy. I’d go out on a limb and say the killer I run into the most is Myers.

  • Nurse has a high skill cap because it takes A LOT of practice for most people to understand her mechanics. You have to have map knowledge and know where you can and can’t blink. Not to mention that one mistake will make you lose line of sight of a survivor and her painfully slow movement speed forces her to use the blink and if you can’t make a precise blink then it is pure torture trying to catch a survivor. Although if you are good with Nurse and know her mechanics then it is a cakewalk. She ignores loops and can catch survivors easily if you know where to blink.

If you already can maser Nurse on console then that is great...just that most people are awful with her at first especially on console.

    It’s better than Farmer David

Honestly a lot of Meg players have an IQ of about 2000 because they get you off the hook RIGHT in front of the killer. It’s been mainly Meg and Claudette that I pull off of a person when they are trying to unhook.

I’d rather them wait until the killer is gone to pull me off of a hook. The bravest survivor I normally see is surely Claudette. A lot of Claudette players will sacrifice themselves for their teammates.

Haha. Claudette's are suicidal. Only survivor I play (Since I feel like putting blood points into multiple survivors past 40 is a waste.) I sac myself all the time for my teammates. Don't know if it's intentional or I'm just not smart enough to realize that I'm being suicidal. It's one of those things where the play looks great in your head. But when you go to pull it off you realize it wasn't the best idea you've come up with.

I actually can’t really play Claudette at the moment since I just prestiged her and am only at Level 4 prestige 2. I’m going onr at a time prestiging all the characters simply becasue I want to. Gonna probably do all the girls first. I’m also working on Myers and Spirit. I mainly play Meg, Claudette, and Nea but I’ll more than likely prestige them all someday.

Sorry about the off topic rant I just noticed the comment about putting bloodpoints into survivors after Level 40 and wanting to say something about that.

Players always tend to tunnel the RBT victims and I never understand why.

Because it's fun. :) (Edit: And we know where you're going to be.)

I don't hook someone while they're trying to get an RBT off, but if I'm feeling mean (looking at you Jake, or someone who's been trying to blind me all game)

Why the [BAD WORD] do people hate my precious Korean thicc boi™ so much

Maybe if he’d stop SABOTAGING my hooks and had the most annoying injured cry of any survivor he wouldn’t be as bad.

I have bad blood against Jake’s but they tend to play like potatos. It’s Claudette that I have the real beef with. She’s a wall-licker, a farmer, a flashlight saver, and a teabagger.

what happened to rank 1 survivors? everyone there is so boosted when i am playing survivor. just finished my 5th game in a row of all of the survivors getting destroyed because no one wants to do a generator. please survivors if you are seeing this. do gens im so tired of dying and everyone just crouching and doing nothing.

ps: when im playing killer survivors always gen rush and pallet loop perfectly but when im playing survivor everyone is ######### and cant do anything for themselves

Those aren't potato teammates. Those are.. baked potato teammates xD fully cooked, Bud xD

A LOT of people are potatos at Rank 1. Yet when I am a killer at Rank 8 survivors are the gold standard and know how to loop and gen rush like no other.

By the way your name sounds familiar...I’m pretty sure I farmed points with you before when you were playing Leatherface because you had a daily with him on PS4

  • Obviously Myers is the best one...but if I had to pick another one I’d say Closing In. It fits Trapper the best.

  • I was pure evil by using her two ultra rare add-ons and putting the map on The Game. Perks I normally use are Save The Best For Last, Nurses Calling, Rancor, and BBQ.

  • I also don’t encounter Nurse players as often at red ranks. I see a good rotation of all the killers except Nurse and Clown. The ones I see most often at red ranks are Myers, Billy, and Leatherface. All the other ones I see pretty frequently as well except Nurse. She’s hard to use on console.

  • The Nurse’s baby lunge after a blink isn’t long ENOUGH. Unless you’re a God tier Nurse and know how to blink correctly then more than likely you’ll be looking at the ground 70% of the round anyways. Her lunge is fine how it is and doesn’t need a nerf.

  • I have three separate builds for my main three survivors

    Meg:
    Sprint Burst
    Self Care
    Adrenaline
    Empathy

    Claudette:
    Self Care
    Iron Will
    Calm Spirit
    Quick and Quiet

    Nea:
    Self Care
    Urban Evasion
    Balanced Landing
    Dark Sense

Self Care is kind of a must have...

  • Depends...if the killer was really bullied that round and is playing a killer that is hard to grasp (Nurse, Hag, etc...) I’ll let them kill me. I’ll point to a hook and sacrifice myself. One time I was farming points with a team and I was playing Nurse and this Feng player was feeling particularly nice and let me kill her.

i spawn, look around and find a survivor (2 gens done). i hook that survivor (exit gates open, 3 already left.)

    when i play survivor:
    i spawn --> 3DCs
    WHY?

    Yep...happens to me as well.

    spawns and looks for survivors
checks EVERY generator but one and it is popped
chases that survivor while 3 more gens are done
hooks survivor, exit gates are powered

    Meanwhile as survivor
gets the game map, gets 3 disconnects in the first two minutes

  • If I wind up farming BP I’ll hook every survivor twice and just let them all escape unless somebody is crouching near the hook and pointing to it telling me to kill them. Some survivors will do that if they are feeling nice.

However I have only farmed BP like three times. It either has to be a double BP event or I ask the survivors because I’m going for a trophy.

Very sad that achievement hunters like me can't use the perk and get the ''Unhook yourself 50 times'' achievement :(

Still not as bad as the “Skilled Huntress” trophy.

For me it was quite do-able, was maining Huntress when I just started playing the game and within 100 hours I got the achievement. I think there are only like 10 left i have to do, i dont like the ''Land a Blink Attack/Interrupt 500 times'' and ''Level up Evil Within 300 times'' achievements which is why they're one of the last I still have to get

Well also they are different on PC vs console because you only have to do 100 blink attacks and 100 Evil Within level ups on consoles. While I think on PC it is only 20/25 hatchet throws from farther than 24 meters and on console it is 100. I do not main The Huntress and I’m bad with her hatchet throws so that will take me a while. Also I think the PC achievement is cleansing 100 hex totems and console it is only 10, so it is for sure different numbers.

  • Well...I was at Rank 20 when I got it and it put me on The Game map so it was pretty easy. It is going to depend on your skill as The Nurse and how good or potato the survivors are. It won’t be easy, but if the map is The Game it’ll be slightly easier.

People just don't like certain killers because they find it difficult to adjust to whatever part of the game they break. I, for example, hate having to deal with handling rescues the "Right" way when facing a hag, which is why I hate facing her.

People who prefer stealth hate the Doctor

People who prefer looping hate the Nurse

People who like to swarm the hook hate Leatherface

People who rely on their eyes more than their ears are going to hate Freddy

It's not that there's anything particularly wrong with these killers, let's be honest. The truth is there are just some things some of you can't adjust to - and there's nothing wrong with that. Everybody should have at least one killer that yanks them out of their comfort zone and keeps them humble.

The Doctor is not hard to go against...I hate going against him because he is an annoyance. I do have Claudette as my so called ninja with Calm Spirit, Iron Will, Quick and Quiet, and Self Care. It is a little easier going against the Doctor because you’re not screaming your head off. He is all round super annoying to go against, not that he is particualry a great killer.

You would need to add some weaknesses as well. Maybe limit Claudettes vision in some fashion (auras or whatever), Meg might be bad at skill checks with a reduced arc, etc etc. Would need to be balanced in some fashion just like the Killers are with different movement speeds to make up for their abilities. I really can't see them revisiting every Survivor and giving them a buff/malus that is lore friendly and in character for them. Would be a tremendous amount of work for limited gain imo.

Most people would play anyone who had a boosted running speed in any event because of looping. Who would care about healing when you aren't getting caught? You might have some SWFs who specialize with X person being a Medic and Y person being the taunter/runner, but most solo queue'ers would just pick the one who could survive easiest unless they were doing something similar to RP'ing.

Claudette has an aura reading perk called Empathy...it doesn’t make much sense to have a downfall be she has limited aura reading abilities but I do see where you are coming from with downsides.

I mean when they say “slightly boosted” running speed there are talking about having a 150% running speed Meg running across the map. If she DID have a slightly faster running speed it would be like always having the Hope perk equipped with a (I think) 107/108% running speed. However that would be slightly OP so I don’t see the devs revisiting survivors abilites anytime soon.

  • Three reasons Jason Voorhees will not be in DBD. First is because he already has his own game which is in direct competition with DBD. Second is that there is a well known lawsuit which is the reason Gun Media can no longer release content for F13: The Game. Third is because he doesn’t offer anything new. He would be a mix of Trapper and Myers with a stalk/trapping ability. He wears a mask and has a machete, Trapper was loosely based off of Jason. There is no reason have Jason in DBD except for aesthetic purposes. He would be a Trapper/Myers combo.

However if the impossible does happen I am hoping for either Tommy, Trish, or Chris Higgins to be the survivor with Part 4 or 6 Jason.

    • Leatherface (addons and base stats)
    • Myers (tombstone addons)
    • Clown (addons)
    • Nurse (achievements and purple addons aside from Campbell's last breath).

Now if anybody needs an “achievement” rework it is The Huntress...downing survivors with hatchets 100 times from farther than 24 meters is a ridiculous feat. It should be 30 MAX. Yet for Trapper you only need to catch 10 survivors in traps.

But it is the other way around... Huntress 20 hits from 24 meters and Trapper 100 times grab someone from a trap.

    Not on PS4 it isn’t :/
