You're right, but good speed is also necessary for good matches. I had the same issue as OP. But after I switched to a better ISP with a better speed plan, and connected my system through a wired connection, it resolved the issue for me.Orion said:Hundreds of kbps is fine for most online games. It's definitely your internet. When you play killer, your upload speed also matters, you say just have 1.5Mbps, so your upload will be like in kbps. Switch to a better connection plan and go for a wired connection only.

That's a good idea. But in the end, it wouldn't feel as rewarding as it does now. There are both pros and cons of WGLF & BBQ. I've also seen good implementation of these perks. For example, after someone unhooks the person you hooked, instead of tunnelling, the perk also encourages you to go after the healthy unhook for my stack. And as for WGLF, it pushes you to be more altruistic. Only bad and selfish players use it to farm. I've been at the receiving end of both good and bad plays.

I don't think the developers want to replace the actual dream world. They've said that they plan to reduce the dream world effects for both Freddy and survivors. Right now, their major point of focus is tweaking Freddy's power, his addons and how the survivors get in and out of the dream world.

There was an engine update on 13th February 2017 which drastically changed the lightings of all maps and affected the graphics (for better). The patch version was 1.4.0.
If you compare before and after Coldwind farm, it almost feels like afternoon in the farm now.

With a lot of hardwork, and 5379 skillchecks later, finally my gen is at 97%.
Here is when, out of nowhere, a wild Default Dwight appears. He starts to work on the gen with me. In the first milisecond, he misses a skillcheck.

Generator is at 50% now.

Anyway, do you mean when you equip items as a survivor in the lobby, the killer leaves the lobby? I do not see that as a problem, but if it happens often with you, equip the item on the character you wish to play and switch to some other character when you join the lobby. When the lobby timer is about to end, switch back to your main survivor character and ready up. -

It's usually just one game to complete a survivor daily or a killer daily. Assuming you don't play survivor, your survivor will be very low rank, so it even easier to complete the 'escape as xyz survivor' daily. You can just delete them, if you don't wanna complete a specific one. So saying that the game forces you, its incorrect.

It's so vast that players at the extremes (who just started and who are at very high level) will find no matches. They're coming up with a new matchmaking system soon. Let's wait and see how it works.

I wish to comment on the disconnections and rage quitting, but I'll reserve my opinion till console bans come. I am pretty optimistic about it. There are also other issues like killer-survivor duo farming, killer or survivor body-blocking and holding the game hostage, etc. I hope they're well-addressed and make the gaming experience better for everyone

I guess, you do not understand how the hatch spawns work.
The hatch spawns when the number of generators completed is equal to the number of alive survivors + 1.
For example, if 4 survivors are alive, the hatch will spawn when (4+1=5) Generators are done.
if 3 Survivors, the hatch will appear when (3+1=4) Gens are done.
if 2 survive, the hatch will appear when (2+1=3) Gens are complete.
And, if you are the last one remaining, (1+1=2) Gens need to be done.
The hatch also spawns when just 1 gen is done. But for that you need to die.
(0+1=1) Gen. LOL -

Why is my post assumed to be anti-dedicated server stance? I have no problem with dedicated servers and I have mentioned this multiple times in this thread. I'm in for everything that makes the gaming experience better for everyone. Just as how a healthy discussion works, I listed out to cons. Conclusion
Other companies have managed to change their P2P system to dedicated systems (of even a hybrid system). So could BHVR. It only depends on them being willing to do so.

I have to agree. The only thing I would like them to change for future events is that survivors should still be able to farm points even when they have completed event objectives by using the special offerings. I have mentioned the same in the review.Tsulan said:This was by far their best event. -
