Minor Devour Hope perk description mistake

The text "The hex effects persist..." and the flavour text for the perk both appear as bullet points, when I don't think they're meant to.

Really stupid thing I know but I don't know where else to post this, and also it bugs me a bit.

    It clearly states the condition in the full description o.O

    I put an ellipsis because I didn't want to type the entire thing, that wasn't my point though.
