Balrog recently identified it as a potential bug, but I could see this as a legitimate reason.
I've seen posts/people dismissed because their low post count suggested inexperience with the game. On the flip side, I'm sure there are people that look at frequent posters and assume "you play too much, you're out of touch with the average player."To be fair, a lot of 1 post-complainers are most likely Alt Accounts. And then their opinions are questionable, because they either have been banned before or are just trying to bring a certain narrative.

The new survivor perks had 0 impact, didnt saw any of her perks since like 50 games.
It is even a bit worse. Her best Perk (Salvations Cry) just hurts your team if you are against a Judgment with Deerstalker.

I have to wonder if this is still the case.
Apparently there are certain regions with currencies that are so wildly different from western ones, that it makes the game very cheap by our standards.
So… all you’d need to do is pretend you’re over there, buy copies/accounts in bulk, and sell at a profit.
Even without taking Regions into account, the game is very cheap with Steam Keys for under 3 Bucks for the game. Considering that it can take months until a Cheater is banned, pretty good deal if you want to ruin some games. (And you really only need the Basegame, since you cheat in everything else)

I mean what you say here is just not true. No matter how good the Judgment, there is always a chance to dodge the beam at the moment. You just have to predict the aim trajectory of the beam properly and then you can dodge the beam. If however the Judgment aims well and predicts your movement properly, they will get a hit against you. That's how both sides have counterplay against each other.
But yes, the beam can always be dodged if you as the survivor make the right read.
Also, saying that the Judgment doesn't have any counterplay unless the player is completely new is also such an exaggeration on top of being false, since it undermines the skill that Judgment takes. Not saying Judgment is the hardest thing to ever grace a pvp game, certainly not, but playing Judgment is not easy either.
I can still see an argument for her being a tad op at the moment, due to her low power cooldown and/or aura reading potential. But to say she is completely unfair to go against because she has no counterplay is just not true. She still has to predict survivors movements in order to get a hit, which means survivors can also make the right predictions and dodge the beam.
Edit: I also haven't had many survivors give up in my matches yet at all. Most of them do realise there is counterplay I believe.
That's how both sides have counterplay against each other.
Would not call it counterplay. This is a guessing game, nothing more.
since it undermines the skill that Judgment takes
The skill Judgment takes is way lower than expected with Aura Reading. On the PTB I also thought that Judgment will be a very skill-demanding Killer, but her skill requirement is really low if you slap on Aura Read. (Which does not even come as such a high cost, considering that Hook-related Perks dont work on her, so it is not like you have to make that big of a choice)
Not saying that the skill is 0, but it is certainly not much.
@Topic:
The Devs wanted the "Community Chapter" to be a strong Killer. Obviously only for the Killer side, the Survivor is unpopular with bad Perks. But the Killer is very strong and not that hard to play.
IMO the Devs knew exactly what they were doing and it is 100% intentional. They also buffed A Nurses Calling to work on slugs again, and it works perfectly with Judgment.
-
Great idea! With this Survivors will be incentivised to not work together on Gens, meaning you have 4 Survivors on 4 different Gens instead of them being suboptimal and grouping together.
-
Honestly, it you would bring back Exhaustion recovery while running, it would probably be so slow that a Killer who manages to see the Surivor get their Exhaustion Perk back during the chase has way bigger problems. I dont think it is worth any time thinking about it, because it would either be too good or would not matter at all.
-
You must be on Super Weenie Hut Jr-MMR. According to the best players in the world (Forum Killer Mains who play on special Servers with only good players), the game is heavily survivor-sided. And always the most survivor-sided it has ever been.

- The downside is Jason only gets 1 spear to shoot which also has a very small hitbox, huntress has 7 (with a much bigger hitbox) and springtrap as well has 1 but he becomes 4.6 and he can recall it without losing distance, Jason will need to waste time to gain another spear.
- His tp is limited to pallet/window locations and survivor can simply stay away from those and he will still need to chase after the tp, everyone knows when he is using the tp and able to counter it.
- Blocks the pallet/window only for 4 seconds to the one he teleports to, I don't think the survivor will exactly be using that pallet/window and instead will be running away and even if the survivor will use that pallet/window then it's definitely after 4 seconds. To counter the scream and the killer instinct you simply crouch...
- You forgot about the very simple counterplay against the tp (crouching), the amount of time Jason wastes to get the spear back and dodging the spear which has a very small hitbox.
he just has bunch of OP perks all put into one.
Name at least one perk he has base kit, op perks on killer are slowdown perks btw.
He is only low A tier, there's many killers stronger than him which deserve a nerf much more.
- That he only gets 1 spear is completely irrelevant. He has far more access to his ranged ability compared to Huntress. If you run out of Hatchets as Huntress, you have to abandon chase and reload. With Jason, you just reload on the fly without losing distance since there are plenty of Hooks and Crates around. All this while being 4,6 m/s instead of 4,4 m/s.
- Jason has so many teleport spots. They even added more than only the existing Pallets and Windows.
- Fair, but what it does is blocking the vault/pallet or destroying the Pallet.
- As I said before, there is barely any time loss, if any, if Jason reloads.

they should buff vigil to 40% only for exhaustion
And buff ghost notes to 15-25%
So now you get the option of, better exhaustion recovery and affects teammates in a range, or a slightly more aggressive stealth option with a slightly weaker solo exhaust recovery. And because of diminishing returns you dont run into the stacking problem.
Vigil now isn’t dead in a ditch and ghost notes can actually compete with it.
With your idea I dont see any reason to bring Vigil over Ghost Notes. I mean, both are not great and would not be considered for many Survivors (including myself), but I would rather have less Exhaustion Recovery and instead the scratchmarks disappearing a bit quicker.
Simply because Vigil for Exhaustion only does not matter. There are only rare instances where the Killer leaves a Chase and then you can recover Exhaustion. Aside from that, this will just not happen, since when you are downed (and hooked), your Exhaustion will be gone anyway.

I feel like a dinosaur killer could be really cool, maybe a Dilophosaurus that shoots acid or something along those lines.
A Dinosaur Killer in general would be possible, since there are smaller Dionsaurs. But not something like My Little Oni, e.g. a T-Rex would be way too big to fit on the Maps. But other Dinosaurs would fit.
-
Not like in My Little Oni. How do you want to do that? You could have made a bad AI-video on an Indoor Map and see right away why it would not work.

Nah sometimes we'll be in a lobby and one of our friends will suddenly wanna join so we gotta back out and grab them. Getting penalized for that would be goofy as hell.
This is no reason to not have a penalty. If someone does occasionally dodge a Lobby, it is totally fine to not have a penalty for the first dodge. But if someone is really cherrypicking their Lobbies, it deserves a penalty.
@Topic:
I agree. It should either be the removal of the pregame Lobby or there should be a penalty similar to the DC-penalty (obviously not that long) which then adds the more people dodge. And the more they play without dodging, the lower the penalty will be again. So this way someone who occasionally dodges a Lobby will not be punished or at least not as hard while someone who really wants to have the easy games will be punished.
Like first Dodge free, second dodge adding 30 seconds, third dodge a minute on the queuetime, fourth dodge two minutes and so on.
-
Yeah, it all makes no sense. Either Vigil should apply to multiple status effects or it should only apply to Exhaustion, but with a bigger value (even more than 40%). IMO Exhaustion does not even matter that much, considering that it does not go down while running and it rarely happens that Killers abandon a chase.
But first nerfing it and then slapping another Double-Nerf on it… I really dont understand it. I get their reasoning that they dont want to have to keep Vigil in mind whenever they want to do something with Status Effects. I think this is reasonable, even tho I dont think that they will do the other aspect which comes with it and status effects have a lower duration (because if they made them longer to not have them be too weak against Vigil and then they remove Vigil, there is no justification to make them longer).
However, Vigil will be worse than on Release, since 20% on a few status effects (including Exhaustion) was better than 30% on just Exhaustion. (And obviously they buffed the Range, but I dont really count that since people bring Vigil mainly for themselves)

Not so much surprising. WoO did not change, but Sprint Burst did. So the current pickrate of Lithe is not only those who ran it before, but those who migrated over from SB.

I agree as far as PHead being a poor comparison. Would you say that Plague and Sadako (at least current Sadako 3.0 with her condemned focus playstyle) are better points of reference? They're a lot closer in my opinion as far as being characters that completely shift the paradigm of a trial in ways that might interfere with certain builds, with that variant of Sadako even largely avoiding hooking in general outside of tape destruction. Personally, I think that kind of design is actually an overall positive as long as it doesn't become an overly frequent choice for killer releases.
I think they are more close than Pyramid Head, that is for sure. With Sadako, it really depends. If it is a slugging Sadako, then I would say it is quite close to Judgment. However, if it is a Sadako who teleports around a lot to increase Condemned, I would not see it as drastic. Simply because you can do the Tapes as Survivor which is way more Counterplay to Condemned than you have to Judgment using the Beams.
Plague on the other hand indeed shuts down a complete part of the game (healing). However, I think that shutting off healing is less damaging than shutting off Hook Perks. Plus, after all, it is still the Survivors decision to heal or stay broken. So if there is a team with a bunch of Healing Perks, it might sense to cleanse, even if it makes Plague much stronger. With Judgment you dont have that.
And another important aspect is that both Plague and Sadako (and PH) are way weaker than Judgment. Dont get me wrong, they are all decent Killers with Plague being strong, especially with some of her Add Ons. But they dont compare to Judgment, who is easily a Top 5 Killer. So I think it is the combination of rendering a lot of Perks useless (especially important things like Anti-Tunnel… Which also got nerfed in this Patch with shaving of 5 seconds of Endurance)) and being such a strong Killer.
IMO the only saving grace is that Judgment is rare because most people dont bother to learn her.
-
@MechWarrior3 said:
There's this really cool killer that came out about 6 years ago called Pyramid head that can do the same thing.
He counters every single perk. Wanna list all the killer perks they cant use either?
I dont think you can compare those two. From my experience, it is very rare that Pyramid Head can sent people to Cages. And most just keep it for the Mini Mori.
For Judgment, except for one time, I have seen all Survivors been sent to the Exile. It is far more consistent for this Killer to do this.
That the Killer can also not use certain Perks is also not really relevant. There are still enough Perks to be used AND the Killer always knows what Killer will be in the game. So they just dont bring Hook-Perks. Survivors dont have that luxury, depending on your Build, you end up with a bunch of useless Perks against Judgment.

I think the idea for survivor perks to be very niche and extremely situational, it shouldn't ever offer consistent or meaningful "perk" using them.
Again the problem with this design philosophy that unlike killers, survivor only has perks, they are skin. Killer has extremely oppressive powers , addons that change gameplay and on top of that very powerful perks as well. Even if killer perks become like survivor perks they still have unique thing about them
The thing is also that Killers have the advantage that their Perks dont need to be good on every Killer. For Killer it is enough if a Perk is good on some Killers, because then those Killers can use them.
For Survivor a Perk just needs to be good to be used. And there are less and less of those. Mainly because they dont only get nerfed, but they basically get removed. There is no point in using Sprint Burst for example. Fast Track is worse than it was even buffed. And Vigil will also be worse than the release version of the Perk, so also completely removed from the Loadouts.
-
I dont really see Sprint Burst anymore. And why would anyone really run this Perk? 2 seconds is just not enough. Not saying the Perk is completely dead, but IMO it is one of the weaker Exhaustion Perks now, at the very least below Lithe and DH and possibly also below BL.

Could be intentional?
Like what kind of bug removes accidentally the estimated queue time? My guess this way people more likely to wait 5-10+ minutes for the power role, if you saw that from the start you would just log out rather than playing survivor
They already said it is unintentional. The Code of this game is just such a big mess that if you change something, something else breaks, might not even be related at all.
My favourite recent Bug is that snuffing out a Boon caused Locker Perks to trigger (like Ultimate Weapon). Two completely different interactions, yet the Spaghetti Code for some reason messed it up.

@Piruluk said:
It's a trash tier perk as it is now, 14 seconds to bless+ time wasted to find one and walk back to gen.
It grants you 10% bonus, which means 8 seconds faster gen.
But it took you at least 14 seconds to bless.
If by some miracle the boon with its pathetic range covers 2 gens, then you get 2 seconds (!!!) gain compared if you would do without any perk....
But then we assume that killer AFK and let you do 2 gens without snuffing out a totem within 1 seconds, hilariously enough you could even 3 gen yourself with this, but most certainly killer wont let you use this for the protected 3 gens
The sad thing is that the Community voted on this even if it should have been clear that a Perk which grants permanent progress AND is a Boon-Perk will be giga-bad. We lost a potentially interesting Perk for people voting for something they think might be strong.
The current version of Steadfast is better than the initial design (even if this was a low bar), but I agree, it is Trash. If someone wants Gen Speed, they should just run Deja Vu or Resilience.
-
@SpyUA said:
https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/4112523#Comment_4112523
This boon is mostly paired up with gen rushing builds, then the 10% becomes much stronger saving much more time and the boon can affect multiple survivors as well, you are not talking about it's secondary which makes gen regression speed take 8 seconds to regress just one charge which is a lot and you would stop the regression probably after 20 seconds and you would only lose 2.5 changes.
Any boons are annoying to face as killer and to normally the killer either needs to go look for them wasting probably like 10-20 seconds while survivors are still getting progress on gens or getting healed/healing or going for an unhook, or the killer finds a boon while chasing a survivor and if they decide to sniff it then they lose distance which will take 5-10 seconds to seconds to regain or after the chase they would take about 10 seconds to comeback to sniff the boon.
The thing with this boon is it's really good at gen rushing but as well countering 3 gens, the "pathetic range" would most of the time have 2 gens in its radius, having gen speed obtained quite easily and stronger than resilience/de ja vu on multiple survivors (which can also be combined and diminishing returns doesn't affect it much, you will still use hyper focus + stakeout with the boon). The 3 gens is powerful on killer (especially on trapper or hag) and with this boon multiple survivors can do multiple gens with higher gen speed and weak gen regression, will make ease to break the 3 gen with one perk, killer can try to go sniff the boon and they will waste 10 seconds to get rid of it but every second is important to keep the 3 gen.
- Gen Rushing Builds with Diminishing Returns? Not really existent.
- The reduction of Regression Speed is irrelevant. If a Survivor is nearby to bless a Boon, the same Survivor can also stop the Gen from Regressing.
- If there is really a 3-Gen, the Killer is in said 3-Gen and can easily snuff the Boon.
The Perk is Trash. And we will see this on its Pickrate.

The UI Team Lead apparently worked on a lot of mobile games before. Those very nice ones which are "free", but require you to pay a lot of money via microtransactions to get something done. Very likeable. /s

They dont even need to revert them. If they want to buff PH to work on maps with elevations and want to remove the very rare interaction of Plot Twist and Corrupt Intervention, this is fine.
But they should at least be honest about it and dont call things which are in the game for multiple years Bugfixes. And I dont even understand why they are doing that. Maybe to hide Buffs or Nerfs to avoid complaints. But IMO it makes them look even worse if they can only fix "Bugs" after several years.

that is kinda how hooks work too
Except for the fact that with Hooks you have more than just the Basekit Endurance. If you appear next to her after getting rescued from the Exile, you are the easiest Target: Not more than 10 seconds of Endurance and no Perks which activate after being unhooked.
-
Yeah, I dont know why this was their choice. As already mentioned, it was already talked about on the PTB and should have been changed for the Live Release IMO.
ESPECIALLY because you leave the Exile with only the absolute Basekit of Anti-Tunnel. So obviously you are the easiest target for the Killer when you are injured, have only 10 seconds of Endurance and no DH, DS or anything else.

i get it but you also have to consider that the Killer is choosing to play this specific killer while survivors cant choose which Killer they will Face. So specific changes just for Spirit for example are not as highly needed but there of course are still general killer mechanics that could use some accessibility stuff.
We did get the FoV as beta btw and imo the Aura/scratchmark colors are mostly affecting killers as well so it’s not like we didn’t get nothing.
I think mobile had a feature for visual audio cues Like footsteps and breathing? Not sure how well this would work directly translated but thats another general thing that should at least be tested.. which is what the Beta tab is for? Not sure how Long the other stuff is supposed to stay there..
Exactly. Plus the main accessibility feature for Survivors is the visual heartbeat. And while many people use it, even if they are not hard of hearing (personally, I dont think you need it if your ears are not impacted and I am not using it), the main reason is to help those who have problems hearing. And every Killer has a Terror Radius.
@Topic:
As others have said, this would just be way more than accessibility. E.g. to make Spirit better to play for people with hearing issues, you would need directional sound indicators. And those are way too strong and would be used by everyone who would play Killer. You can use something like a popup when a sound was nearby, but even then it might be too good, since even if you are not able to see the direction the sound came from, you can pinpoint it way more easy.

maybe after 60 seconds of not having chased a survivor a crow could fly in the sky towards a general direction of a random survivor?
I dont think this would really be useful, because it would be very weak. This would mean that 4 Survivors had 60 seconds of uninterrupted time to do everything they want. But it is understandable that you made your idea weak, because otherwise it might be too good to have free directions from time to time.
I dont think that this is something which can really be solved by something like a crow flying to a location, because it would either be too weak or too strong.

I wish survivor had some kind of overflow system where if you get cap'd on a certain category it fills out other categories(ideally at a 1:1 but w/e if it needs to be reduced it can be). Being a gen jockey or taking the killer on a chase or healing can be absolutely the right play but if you do "too much" you get punished by less BP and score.
Removing the category caps, but leaving the overall cap of 40k in place would already be enough. Let someone who does a lot of Gens or did a bunch of Unhooks have more than 10k BPs in that category and they wont care if they get only a few in Survival.

Anyone who plays like that are already doing nothing in lockers so that's already a moot point. But sure, how about like two minutes then.
I agree. This is the same reason why I always say that the Distortion-Nerf did nothing against Rat Behavior and only removed variety from the game.
I also stand by it that Rat Behavior is more rare than people claim it to be. But: I have the feeling that a change like this might encourage more selfish plays regardless. If the game is already lost (e.g. someone tunneled out early), the remaining Survivors at least try. Obviously it is in vain, but this is another issue.
But I feel that if there might be the chance that someone gets unhooked and uses unlimited Elusive to just hide around, people might just not unhook at all. If you dont unhook someone, you have a higher chance of being the last one alive, but if you unhook someone, you might end up on the hook with nobody coming to the rescue. This can already happen, but I feel that if Survivors are scared of Rat Behavior they would rather be the rat themselves.

everything in their power
lol.
Yeah, they really, really tried. I can see all their efforts, truely admireable what they all did to do something against tunneling. Shaving off 5 seconds of Endurance just a few days ago for example. This really helped.
But to interpret your answer: You are only interested in Killer improvements and if 4 Devs as a SWF would lose against a tunneling Killer, you would not count that. But if a Dev loses one game against Survivors, there must be huge issues which need to be fixed immediatly.

I dont really see the point of reverting Lightborn. While I am not a fan of the Perk (I think it is not needed as Killer and it should also not remove Flashlights completely), the version before also made it basically impossible to blind the Killer. Sure, the Killer was not completely immune, but they would need to stare into the Flashlight for several seconds to get blinded, way longer than any animations the Killer has to do.
So from this point, there is not really a difference between current Lightborn and the version before the current version.

Yes. its a prime example of getting bad mechanics fixed. Which is why it gets brought up. Hench the relevance
But then again, if we would have 4 Devs playing Survivor in a SWF (you know, with comms and so) and they lose a bunch of games to tunneling Killers, would this also be a case of "getting bad mechanics fixed"?
Or is this only relevant if a Dev loses as Killer?
-
This is the joy of Survivor BP categories. You might max out on some and barely get anything in others. From what you described, you did nothing to earn Survival Points. And if you were on the Hook really quick and your team left you immediatly, so you did not get any struggle points, then this is what you end up with.
And yes, this sucks. You maxed out on Altruism and would have most likely gotten more BPs if it would not be capped at 10k BPs. They really should remove the category caps.

Strange how Flashlights were finally fixed in the next patch but I'm sure that's just a coincidenceI mean, if a Dev then destroys a group of Survivors as Killer, you will probably also accept a few KIller Nerfs, will you?

Agreed, they should be reverted. It looks just bad. The UI Team Lead seems to have worked on a bunch of F2P mobile games (with lots of micro transactions), but seems to not understand that the visuals for those dont really fit DBD.

Don't forget the nerf to Off The Record.
I don't think a meaningful anti-tunnel update will ever be coming to the game, OP. Content creators said no, so you'll just have to accept it's a core part of the game or go and play something else more enjoyable to you.
To be fair, it does not make much of a difference if OTR is 40, 80, 20 or 1000 seconds of Endurance. A tunneling Killer will just smack you and remove all Endurance with one hit.
The joke is that they still nerfed the Perk despite no Anti-Tunnel measurements.
@Topic:
Never. Content Creators and Killer Mains will always protest if Survivors would get any Anti-Tunnel changes. Because you know, those "M1-Killers" would suffer. Not that you see those at high MMR or anything.
Plus, Content Creators claim that Elusive is the strongest thing in the game. Obviously completely overrated status effect, since it is countered by having eyes. But I guess because of that, the Devs think they did well in Anti-Tunnel and do not need to do more.

Yeah that seems a big issue. I thought brand new players were supposed to have protected mmr for the first however many games.
We messaged that player afterwards and it was literally their first ever dbd game. No way it shuld been against us.
If it was even their first ever game (which is likely with 5 minutes of playtime), then something went seriously wrong there. And IMO this is more of an indicator of a serious issue and if it was backfilling, then backfilling needs to remove brand new player from the Pool.
Especially because the MMR was not able to gather any data from this player before, when they did not play beforehand.

Honestly it would just be better if they made these "bugs" listed as buffs instead, cause at the moment it just took 6 years to fix a bug.
Of course they should do that. Same with Nerfs. Personally I feel that BHVR is way too scary and wants to avoid backlash if they openly buff Pyramid Head, a Killer which is deemed fine by most. (Same with openly nerfing a Killer or Perk which is deemed fine)
IMO it is ridiculous that they pass those things off as fixes instead of just openly stating that they are Buffs or Nerfs. This is a Live Service Game, people should expect that Buffs or Nerfs can happen and if someone at BHVR thought that Pyramid Head is frustrating on some Maps (e.g. Swamp I would say is a good example), they should say that.

The new system already collected Data before it was in place, so it is not likely that this was due to the Matchmaking or it needing time to even out (or to me more precise: It should not happen like that). This is either a case of backfilling or some serious MMR-issue which goes far beyond it just not evened out yet.

I think mastery should be rewarded, which inevitably is "oppressive". See really good Blights or Nurses that roll you.
My assumption is though that she will be much more rare and weaker honestly, because her main selling point right now is survivors not paying attention. I have both played as and against her, and I think her long range potential against people that actually pay attention*ahemm* is pretty neutered since the global vision changes. I had no trouble knowing where she is and where the beam will come from.
I have seen plenty of people not react at all though, I think many really dont pay attention (yet)I mean, this is only my subjective opinion anyway. Different people dislike different Killers, e.g. I have seen people on the Forum claiming that BIlly is their least favourite Killer to go against, despite him being a generally liked Killer to play against. And I dont really care about losing to Blights or Nurses, even if they are really good. But Judgment has to be the most unenjoyable experience for me so far.
And as I said, I escaped most of my games against her. Granted, not sure if this would be the same case in two weeks or so, because she has a steep learning curve and I guess she will be one of the more rare Killers to go against in the future.
But my gripe with her is simply that she is not fun to verse at all. And it will probably be worse over time, since she will become more rare, but better players will be playing her. For example, I really dislike the Exile. It is not fun at all to be there, even if you have more to do than just hanging on the Hook. And that it disables a bunch of Survivor Perks is also not great. Mainly Deliverance, DS, Resurgence, We Will Make It and Shoulder the Burden, which are some of the good ones. But since Survivors dont have many good Perks, it is a big chunk of them. Sure, Judgement can also not use some Perks, but Killers have a bigger variety and in general, since not all Killers are the same, some are better on some while others are worse. And, the big thing is: A Killer always knows which Character they will play, the Survivors dont know that.
And unlike PH (the closest to compare in that regard), you end up in the Exile far more often than in a Cage. In all the games I played, I have only seen one regular Hook done by The Judgment.
Personally, the Chapter is a big miss for me. I dont like any aspect on it, I dont like the Killer and I dont like the Survivor and her Perks. And I will certainly not bother playing the Killer, simply because I dont really play Killers anymore which I dont enjoy. If I want a Killer to win most of the time, I will just play Nurse. And so I will just take a few days break and hope that less people play her by then. Because Survivor is not enjoyable and I wont play Killer with those queuetimes either.
But again, this is only my personal and highly subjective opinion. I am happy for every player who likes the new Chapter and has fun with or against The Judgment.

I think for this clip in particular, part of it is probably the MMR changes put you with some baby survivors, it's happened to me a lot. But that's only part of it, if they weren't baby survivors I'm sure you still would have gotten one or two of the hits. I do personally think that some of the aura builds are a bit too oppressive, you aren't even using her aura reading addons which I honestly think make builds like this definitely too much.

I think the MMR reset is the only reason why I am currently performing decently on Judgement, ngl. Whenever I get someone that starts actually reacting I am having a rough time
The new system already collected data. So it is highly unlikely that they are really baby Survivors.
@Topic:
Based on that clip I would rather blame it as inexperience against The Judgment. Because they apparently did not realize that trying to pick the Survivors on the ground up will not really work out. (Or they have given up at this point)
But personally, I can see the Killer being very oppressive when Killer players learned her. And to be honest, yesterday I ended playing DBD rather quickly, because going against Judgment has to be one of my least enjoyable experiences ever in this game. I dont think I ever had less fun playing DBD and this includes things like OG Legion. I am dreading the day Killer players become really good with her, but I also hope that many just give up. That a bunch of Survivor Perks dont work against her (especially those of the few good ones) does not make it better.
And it was not really on results, I escaped most of the games, but the experience was just miserable.

I agree that nothing will change it, since Survivors just dont like to play 2v8. It is boring. And not as survivor-sided as people claim, even if it indeed IS survivor-sided, it is not as extreme.
I stand by it, 2v8 needs to be a PvE-mode. 2 human Killers against 8 Bots (which are obviously more challenging than the Bots you get when a Survivor DCs). Ideally with different difficulties. This would allow Killers to play with friends without them having to suffer immense queuetimes.

And I started a post about this yesterday, naturally it got crazy downvoted, you get in trouble for doing that…. there is no honorable forfeit function, you are literally just stuck in games like this and the killer can absolutely draw it out without it being considered griefing, if they want their 4k so badly, and they want to do something like slugging for a 4k to do it, they can have it. let me go to the next game where I can actually engage in the game instead of laying on the ground for 4 minutes until I Bleed to Death.
I mean, overall it is good that abandoning is possible. Because otherwise you lie on the ground for 4 minutes. But this does not solve the issue that slugging is too strong, especially on the strong Killers. And as I said before, the Killer in my screenshot decided to not even down me for a bit. So the other two Survivors and myself could not even abandon, because the Killer was prolonging the game. (Only Renato got to abandon because he got slugged that often)
When it comes to the 2v1, I still think that the Survivor on the ground should be able to abandon. Which would then trigger the remaining Survivor to be able to abandon. And at this point the Killer can still go for their 4K, they are just only wasting their own time. Because slugging for the 4K is really only prolonging a game the Killer already won. And for the standing Survivor it is also not really fun, because their best way to play the game in this situation is to be the Antimate.

any thoughts on what they should have done with it?
If their main concern is that it affects too many status effects, it is fine to let it only affect Exhaustion. But then nerfing the percentage as well is too much.

Vigil at 30% only affecting Exhaustion is worse than Release Vigil. I dont know how they always do it…
