I don't think so. The way killer reacts after a head on seems to me like I insulted them, their family and their entire bloodline. The tunnel and camp is unreal. But using dead hard doesn't give me those reactions that often.

I agree that the UK pronounce it like "myther." But the people I know (American) also pronounce it as "myther." However, some of us pronounce it like whiter/hither, so it's a mixed bag. And Canadians, well, I don't know.

I've only done maybe one other satisfaction survey in the past. I don't remember seeing that question in the past, but it's possible it was there. If anyone knows, please let me know! I'm hoping it's a new question though. Makes me feel more excited about the idea that Behaviour could be pitching for an anime deal.

Take this video for instance. It just popped up while I was scrolling through Youtube a few days ago. I knew English could be tricky, but seeing "ough" having so many different pronunciations surprised me. I knew those words, and since I knew how to pronounce them it never occurred to me as odd that they don't rhyme at all.

It's a really common word where I'm from. I can confirm that Google is correct - it is pronounced my-ther!

I agree with @Purgatorian that different countries or dialects will have their own pronunciation, much like the American English vs British English "herb" difference. On that note, I cannot bring myself to utter it as "my-ther." 😆

A few weeks back (maybe months?), I made a post asking what maps people would create if BHVR left it up to them to decide, and there were a lot of great answers. I think a lot of us do want new maps, but there's also a case to be made that, from a resources standpoint, BHVR hasn't found the right balance yet between fixing existing content (map balance and general bugs) and putting out new content.
Still, I hope for a new (good*) map. It makes me want to play a lot more than I have been lately.
*Good for me equals relatively balanced between Killer and Survivor with a really cool aesthetic.

Yeah i messed up there. Wasn't trying to release anyone's info simple mistake. Found her, blocked her in because...that's what I do, then just kinda sat there, one person dc'd who I thought was the person in the corner so i downed the person in the corner then panicked and downed the others as well. Kinda just got a 2k handed to me essentially.

I'm confused on what happened here. There's not enough context for me to truly understand.
So you found an injured Survivor (Feng) in a corner, and then body blocked her so she was trapped? And you held that position for 30 minutes until . . . what? Until the others finally completed the gens? And then what? Did Feng DC after you not moving for 30 minutes? What actually happened?
Also, if you wanted their names to be totally blocked out, you forgot to hide them in your other screenshots.

Probably because anime production is expensive and there isn’t much of a guarantee that a lot of Dbd fans are anime fans. They’re have to see that there is a huge demand for it and figure out how to make money out of it.
I see your point, but I look at it differently. The cost of production would be the network's, not BHVR's, so shopping it around isn't much of a financial hit. I was thinking Netflix, for example, would be a good streaming platform to produce it. They're expanding with original anime content, and they're picking up more and more Kdramas (as well as producing their own), so there's a demand for Korean-based content already in their subscriber base.
And I don't think you have to be a DBD fan to want to see the anime. The story wouldn't be a DBD story, it'd be a Trickster and Yun Jin story. The entity wouldn't be a part of it, in my mind. A Kpop star with a nefarious secret, the people around him slowly getting more suspicious, unsolved crimes piling up... there's so much that could be done.

Honestly, why there isn't a Trickster anime in the works is beyond me . . . at the very least it should be getting shopped around. It would take a while for it to go into production, let alone air.
Maybe BHVR is doing that but they won't say until a deal is signed. One can only hope.

On a serious note, the reason I personally don't play Bill as often is that he's not David and that I absolutely have to run Iron Will if I'm playing the old man, which kind of sucks.
Bill doesn't use Iron Will, Iron Will uses Bill for the strength to silence pain.
