What's your guy's take on them? For people who don't know, a pity win is when a killer/survivor realizes the other side isn't doing to hot and decides to give them a pity escape/kill. The reason I ask is cuz that just happened to me while in solo-queue, my teammates were dropping like flies to the Legion and I was trying to save them and help with gens. I don't like the new leveling up sistem just beucase all of the event items I have on my character I have to lose and I started playing when the 4th year anniversary was close and know I really don't want to lose those items but I don't want to lose out on the new red background. Will I need to rebuy all the perks I've purchased in order to unlock the tiers across all characters? I'm more invested in killer but not every character meets my tastes so I'll skip them. I tend to take a lot of breaks and only log in if there's a perk I'm missing at the shrine. I always hated playing Twins, so I never really tried them. And versing them was always horrible. But for the past Month I was playing A LOT because I wanted to use up all the good Offerings for the P3 reward. Bruuuh, I keep 4king with 4 gens up 90% of my matches. What is going on? Is the update coming tomorrow? One of the titles in Otz' videos implies that tomorrow will be the day, but BHVR hasn't announced anything. What's the evidence for and against? This idea popped up in my head and I tried it. Basically as ghostface you equip Coulrophobia and nurse’s calling (sloppy butcher if you want as an addition). When you see someone with nurse’s in stealth mode (I usually go in stealth mode travelling around map), get a little closer then miss an attack on purpose to activate coulrophobia (becuase your terror radius will come back). Hi guys, Don't get me wrong, I'm so happy this unhealthy perk is going away from this game. But, now that survivors would not be able to make risky loops, I fear that we are going to see much more pre droppings. As we all know, the REAL issue of dbd which the devs aren't adressing - are the MAPS. literally barely anything... but what will not change is gen regression. killers will always run these types of perks making gens even longer and then solo suffers... this longer gen time is great but unless we make a way for solo players to be efficient on gens i feel like gen regression might be overbearing. what do you guys think?20 comments 1,201 views last activity

yo, Every day there are posts here where players complain about camping. Well.... even if it seems nerdy, camping is a mechanic that should never be revised or removed. That would simply be too much of an intrusion into the role of the killer game. Yes, it can be frustrating. Unsure if this belongs in Bugs or here, but earlier, I had a match against a clown running both Redhead's Pinky Finger and Cheap Gin Bottle. For those not in the know, Pinky Finger means that direct hits with the bottle expose the survivor for a short period of time, but limit Clown to two bottles, while Cheap Gin Bottle increases the number of bottles the Clown can carry by two. I don’t struggle against the perk as much but I get why the perk was the main reason didn’t want to play Spirit. It’s not unbeatable but it wasn’t necessarily fair a lot of the time (although the devs didn’t have to destroy the perk the way they did at all). I really hope we see Spirit more often. I recently started achievement hunting and realized I only had 3 survivor achievements left and am now down to the last one (End a chase by hiding in a locker). While it's not the worst thing in the world, it makes me use quick and quiet and head on a lot now which has gotten me face camped on a few occasions lol But anyway, after that, I will only have 25 achievements left. Ruin will get nerfed soon to Balance the meta like the other 38 perks but...dude this nerf is really really hard. The gen Regression is only 100% instead of 200% plus it deactivates after the first person dies. Don't get me wrong, I support these changes because that gives killers a reason to try a new build then every round Undying with Ruin. But...one thing could be better. I know a lot of people want a 2 killer mode, but these potential combos are probably why it will never happen. As fun as it sounds. Also I'm not going to do dopple-ganger match ups because that's kind of dumb and easy. Oni & Plague. Does 10 secs extra gens really affect solo queue so much that it's a trashed experience now? Killers got slight buffs, because kill rates weren't high enough to begin with. And survivors got a meta perk as basekit. Metas on BOTH sides have been nerfed. All perks and Add-ons should be half the Points on the Blood web. It's too much Grind and Time consuming. We barely get 2x the Blood Points events on barely any weekends instead we should have those for a whole month and every other month. I know every multiplayer team based game has bad players. But oh LORD does DBD have some… savory characters. Is there anything in SOLO Q I can do when the team is just bad? I just had a game with Freddy where the last gen was 80% done (by me) and my last 2 teammates refused to do gens. They just hid behind trees and went down. 50:30 anniversary stream "we're working on a fair way to reward players for their time investment and dedication, once the update takes effect" This is no longer true with the 2 levels per prestige. For the iridescent border I thought you had to prestige your survivors to at least p1. Someone told me in end game chat that it had to be p3. So now I don't have enough time to grind them all to p3, meaning its gonna look so ugly forever once the patch goes live. Supposedly tomorrow will be the big day when the new patch goes live, with it also all of the new prestige mechanics & grind reduction. Those who've acquired p1 before the update will be risen to p3 which will secure all of the character's perks at tier 3 for every single character you own - that's VERY significant. As I'm sure some of you know, I don't play killer to sweat. I usually farm. But I don't do it in a way that's boring for the survivor. I don't just stand around smacking pallets. The deactivation on endgame is fair but reducing the stun time from 5 to 3 seconds is really bad. This is coming from a killer main btw.
