Its probably the biggest concern im hearing from the Dead by Daylight Community , particularly Streamers and i think so myself. Rank seems to be worthless because sometimes you get matched with total newbies and sometimes pros. Also Rank 1 shouldnt be the highest Rank or it should be harder to achieve Rank 1. I'm an American living in Japan, and was able to play a couple days (post-patch) when traveling in the US and now a few days back here in Asia. America - In 15 matches, it was basically like the doom mongers here were saying. Constant DCs on first downs, dying on hook, refusing to move once they saw which killer I was playing, etc. (and lots of chat abuse). As the title says, I think the Ebony Mori is just a bit oppressive even with the double hook added to it. I've been seeing more and more ebony moris in the game, not sure why. Regardless, it has made me realize how annoying they are in the hands of a good killer. Pair that with the absolute abysmal matchmaking and you have some regularly unfun and terrible games. As the title says should Second Wind also take In the effects of healings perks like botany knowledge, Leader, Circle of Healing, Desperate Measures, ECT. would just be a minor buff really, but could also give synergy with some healing builds. I love chase builds. It makes you feel like an unstoppable force, but it was nearly impossible to run prior to the update since all generators could be completed within minutes. Since the update went live it has gotten a bit better, but slowdown and regression perks are still necessary for Killers to be somewhat efficient. I waited like nearly 17 mins or something it took forever for me to play killer and in the lobby someone didn't want to press ready so everyone keeps leaving .. Its honestly making the game unplayable and its happening more and more. I keep seeing Chinese players who are most likely using a vpn to tunnel to the us and anytime you are near these players your framerate and lag just increase. Say 1 of your teammates is dead, giving you one token. The killer has BBQ and hooks another survivor. You are 60m away from the hook. Because one token gives you 24m, your aura is hidden because 40m + 24m = 64m. If you were 65m away, the killer would see your aura. Or am I completely misunderstanding this perk? Just saying, it'd be nice if you could use ANY killer you own in the "Kill the Bots" tutorial level. No add-ons, jsut their base power. Gives you the opportunity to experiment and figure out their powers and abilities before being thrown into the gauntlet. I've seen quite a few post talking about baby killers and the new patch making it easy for them win without any real skill. Play killer and you're almost guaranteed to win unless it's a swf death squad. I’ve been thinking about this especially since the new patch and it feels like the devs are afraid of making strong survivor perk options. If we look at killer over the past year we have got Pain resonance, Pentimento, Lethal pursuer, Call of brine and Deadlock as new great options. So I haven't been able to play as much Killer as I've played Survivor since the patch, and just wanted to give my thoughts. So I was right, Stealth is king. Everytime I load out a killer, I get stomped. Can't find anyone, anytime I do it seems they manage to sneak away unless I really commit to the chase. It should be obvious by now that the last patch broke the game. Survivors, especially solo survivors, have no chance of winning against a buffed killer across the board. So I am a huntress main and just went up against another, pretty good at holding hatchets and very good aim. Sit on gen. When you hear TR, hide and make killer search you (make them waste good time). If they leave, sit on gen again (Be sure they are not faking leave). If they find you, use your SB and make good distance. Pre-drop pallets and do not loop. I am not saying this is busted meta (because it is not) but it is so boring. In every game I played today (first time after update) the gens were rushed like hell. Usually I got one kill (/~6hooks) or near one kill with 2 gens left but now I have often only 3 hooks. I never camp or tunnel if I dont have to, but now it feels like this. Everyone runs now Prove Thyself. To counter this I run 2 regression perks, but it feels like its doing nothing. It's way too annoying, i had games where killers straight up carried on slowdown. I mean really, i had majority games where killers were running 3+ slowdown perks.
