Yes, you read it correct. The new self-care buff is ridiculous. I had a game as killer, hit a survivor, lost him, and like 15 seconds later, found him fully healed up. This was repeating and repeating.. They said on today’s stream that neither change will make it past the PTB. However, they have also stated that they may bring back the PTB’s Self Care in a future patch. Hi there, During the winter solstice, I got Legion to P3L50 with ALL perks at T3 and a whole bunch of Franks mix-tapes. I am having a lot of fun with builds with Monitor and Abuse Bloodhound BBQ and Chili Franklin's Demise/Nurses calling (depending on if I see flashlights in lobby!) As it stands, that is the most broken item in this game. Giving Survivors the ability to escape way before the exit gates can be powered. Furthermore, it's an instant opening, there's not even a bar to fill the action. So they hop right in immediately, add to that if it's a swf with comms it's a nightmare. Yesterday, I experienced some unexpected lag. It's happened since, my fps drops from 60 - capped - to 14-20, consistent & then it flies back to 60. I'm dodging as survivor one lobby after another because the Ping is always between 200 and 500. Someone else has this issue right now? I'm kinda forced to play right now, because not only the Ping is F'ing me but also the crashes and infinite loading screens. I am completely disgusted how I am the only one in a game who saves people off hook, no literally, when someone gets hooked and if they had kindred, the other 2 survivors would still be working on a gen for over 40 seconds when this guy needs saving, so I have to be the one to save everyone off hook before they hit their next hook phase. This was an idea I’d had for quite a while now, I think it fits legion’s character of the whole metal theme given the current main menu chapter music, and would add to the fun of using frenzy, and there is no other power similar to frenzy, it’s so unique and I think he should get the Myers treatment in terms of soundtrack. Ok so I'm at rank 1 and I've just been getting lobby's with 3 people in them as killer. There is no fourth person joining and when one person leaves someone else arrives to replace them. So my friends are saying that I was cheating last night as the killer. I was playing as the killer in a Kill Your Friends match. There were two people left, and the second person went AFK. So to prevent the hatch from spawning, I carried the AFK guy around so he wouldn't bleed out. I'll start. Some "rules" that I follow. With rank 10-20 that I can hook 2 times each very fast I'll let them escape. My sacrifice is the only category that is not maxed, but almost to the top so I can confirm a 28k+ very easy. I know when the game is won and making some extra BP is not a bad idea. Whatever happened to the idea of being good sports, whether in victory or defeat? I swear, on the PC, if I win well as killer, I get attacked. If I do poorly, I get attacked. If my survivor group did poorly, we get attacked. etc etc Not every match, but still. And on the PS4, I sometimes, though less commonly, get similar messages. When I was a kid, I played soccer. The Red Stain disappears after being in chase for more then 15 seconds. Gain 30/40/50 % more bloodpoints for actions in the Hunter Category. Instead of getting bloodlust you gain an ability to quickly dash forward for 2 meters towards your prey(kind of like dead hard). I was watching Pupper's stream and everybody was complaining that the new Leader changes don't affect generator repair. The patch notes imply that Leader will still have the 3%/6%/9% increase. But they're saying the in game description doesn't have gen repair in the description at all. If you're on a hook and a teammate continues to unhook you right in front of the Killer, would that be a legit piece of evidence to report them for griefing/farming? The whole thing of prove thyself pre 2.5 was increasing your speed based on other survs being around you so the flavor text "Ill show you what i can do" made sense. Abilities should have you saying "made me feel like.. so and so" cause that horror means alot to some of us. Feeling like the killers in game format was always a dream of mine. As Killer it's infuriating when you use an ultra rare offering or add-on and then a swf comes along and they all dc upon the loading screen. You should be able to keep your offerings or add-on when that happens. Especially since as killer you don't even pip when that happens you merely safety pip with almost no gain in BP. Whenever i SWF with my low ranked friend we usually get matched right around with people from rank 14 - 8. Everytime i play with the lower ranks it seems the killers and survivors on both sides complain and get salty in the chat alot more frequently. So the story here is I had to do something before the game started and I went afk. When I came back all the gens were done and all 4 survivors were still in the game. I followed noise notification on the screen and found Laurie who had crows, downed her, put her on the hook and went to look for the others. Killed 1 with rancor, the other one left. Claudette should have every costume involve a bright color. Claudette visibility is a significant buff above any other survivor to the point where if you have the perks unlocked for her there is no logical reason to play as another character. So the problem with the PTB self care is that using it makes you worse at healing your teammates, which makes teamwork/altruism worse. Self care should be a self sufficient way of recovering your health state. What self care should be is: You unlock the ability to heal yourself, you are now healed 35%,30%,25% slower.
