Sure the plants causing survivors to not get work done was an issue but I miss the effects of flowers leaking serum and that satisfying sound effect after hooking a survivor or emptying a plant. plus the cutscenes were intriguing. Since the Tome 4 leaks happened many of people haven't really liked how challenging they are. I personally don't like it either and not because it's actually a challenge to do it's because of the heavy RNG involved in it. Let's take the basement one for example it's very possible but you need people to be near the basement and you have to hope that survivors don't DC to spite you. Up the numbers of each challenge, but REMOVE the "single trial" requirement on some challenges. Challenges like "get 2 traps in one game" is fine. But all 4 survs? Each different one? There are numerous iconic horror characters that are in the public domain, meaning BHVR could use them without the need of licensing fees. Some of the most notable include Dracula, Frankenstein, and Jeckyl and Hyde. I personally would love to see how behavior could interpret these characters. Would anyone else like to see these? Due to some quirky matchmaking, I've had the opportunity to play against survivors at my rank (red) and survivors at yellow, green, and purple ranks since the Nurse update. My initial reaction upon hearing that a blink cooldown was being added on top of the fatigue was negative, and the gameplay experience since the update has done nothing to dispel that notion. Back to the forum where i acutally wanted to play. I have a ping 30-50ms, central Europe but the game is unplayable especially as killer and this goes for far to long now. When will this test finally end? I reached the point where i didnt want to play anymore even when i am still excitied for this game. This only happens when im trying to play swf. I'll queue and getting into the loading screen for a match and it always stops at the same spot. I mean I don't get it, If people just happened to get in a lobby of their friends as killer, or they just be friends before the game starts. Or even is there a unwritten social code where they act like total douches to teammates and play like a killer so killer let you farm. I am so tired of reporting constantly, so I just let it go. Something like 500 AC instead of 1000 AC. It seems that they are hoping players will pay to finish the rift to make money. Sadly this will prevent a lot of players from even completing the lore found within the tomes. Also add the obvious negative playstyle the current t4 challenges will produce. So yesterday i was at my friend house (sleepover)and playing dead by daylight with him to complete the rift or at least the survivor side (we were playing swf). So I have been playing this game for a while I'm devotion 261 and lately I have noticed that I have severe frame rate drop whenever Blood-lust pops up on my screen. it only happens when Blood-lust pops up every level I get after is fine. The tier 1 nerf is by far the most needless change and most hated thing by Myers mains ever. The devs haven't laid a finger on The Shape for a long time, and he's been for that amount of time a well balanced killer, but now that they finally have, they decided to butcher tier 1 by making it be countered by Spine Chill and Premonition. DC'ing when the killer camps you will not teach the killer not to camp. If you stay on the hook and struggle till the last possible second you will allow your teammates to complete a lot of gens. THIS is how killers learn that camping is not a good strategy. If you DC you're only screwing the other survivors and making the killer's life easier. Yesterday i was playing on dead by daylight and everything was fine. I was playing with my friends and we were completing the rift and all that and when i got off everything i had no problems. Anyways so Last night I DC’d from a game cuz I was almost done healing and someone lead the killer to me, he knocked them and went after me cuz he saw me, I ran to a pallet and got stuck on it which got me knocked, that’s when I DC’d. I just completed level one of the archives and got a total of 25 serum from the rift for the two event skins. From what i know you can only get the serum from the rift. The release dates for the next levels are set for after the event is over. The event stops November 13th. The next level in the archives is set to release November 13th. The ridiculous difficulty of some the Rift challenges has put a sudden stop to me spending any more money on DBD (except for new chapters/characters). I have occasionally brought new skins and was a mug and brought the premium pass, but now that's in the past. Being able to get DETECTED when you have a status like that it's just a joke. So I recently completed the rift level 1 today and when I went to get my rewards it had put me in rift level 4 with all the challenges there. I don't know why this has happened but I hope it's not the case of the devs having all of the content in the game already but relying on due dates to release them. For the most part Im excluding the rift fragment rewards and any talk about the battle pass in this thread since I have no idea how easy/difficult it is to complete with/without the rewards. So I had a challenge to get 3 Great Skill Checks with ''This Is Not Happening'', I read that that perk only activates when injured so I chose to go with No Mither David and bring in a toolbox with the thingy add-on.
