Why there are so many empty slot for free track of the rift?
Seriously, the last few pages only has 1 reward for free track. Why don't insert blood point or shards in them? it looks so dull compared to paid one

This is actually a common thing in free tracks.
It does look dull and empty and unsatisfying.

It’s a trial of the premium version.

It is guaranteed though, play until you think it's worth 1000 cells, then buy it, that's hard, isn't it?
Do you buy EVERY cosmetic in the store? If not, why are you complaining about the rift? It's only cosmetics and unless you're buying everything you've already agreed you don't need all the cosmetics, it's tough, I know.
Basically if level up the free track completely I will buy the paid that way I can have the Auric cells right back
Problem is, you need to invest your money for 1000 ac first.. that money is enough to buy 2 dlcs when it's on sale
It can actually be guaranteed... Just wait until the last day of the rift, see what progress you have made and you will see exactly what your 1000 auric cells will unlock. No surprises this way!
Everyone knew that the free track would offer less. How much less was a bit jarring though.
I wonder how many battlepasses would be purchased if the free track was more generous.
Offering recolors of standard outfits or irdescent shards. Maybe BP offerings like puddings or something along those lines would go a long ways towards making the battlepass more palatable and improving the overall goodwill of people who dislike the system and giving more to the people who welcome it.
But no.
Greed and manipulation are what they went for instead.
Greed and manipulation aren't necessarily what BHVR wants. They are just the requirements for viability in a capitalist system.

Honestly it's a very common thing with three tracks.
They are very sparsely populated with stuff and then pretty much you get nothing until the end after a while.
However I would appreciate if they put some shards in the free track
