New Nurse does have the same problem as Cannibal
Playing as Cannibal and have the chainsaw on 99% and then accidentally release the button is very annoying, the Nurse now does have the same problem...
I would rather have longer cooldown but be able to recharge blinks while charging them imo.

How is that a problem? It's literally just a matter of practice/timing. You'll get used to it.
Yeah that's not a problem, that's a need to practice more.
