Honestly ruin nerf sucks. First as a killer i never used it and now that I can get gen rushed easily it seems like it was a useful perk. But hell even when I was a survivor main and didnt play killer, which now I play both at high rank, my personal opinion is it sucks. After playing DbD for a long time, going from mainly survivor to killer, and then to about equal, I've noticed something disturbing. The higher in rank you go, the faster the games go. My games went from (when I first started playing) averaging about 10-15 minutes in tan-green ranks to only averaging about 4-8 minutes in purple-red ranks. I'd like to know from other members of the community what killers they are happy getting placed against and what killers they hate going against. I personally like going against the Hillbilly as he is very challenging but no impossible to escape. Now, before you do the quick thing, I don't mean who do you main, I mean how do you play. There is a large divide amongst the player base as to what is acceptable and what isn't. I'm disgusted by Chainsaw Spam and think that you should be using your mallet more since it's your WEAPON while Hillbilly players say that it's "high skill" for example. Both sides get to experience maddening swings in unbalanced play. As a killer you can walk into a match and get a 4k within 4 minutes and say to yourself, well ok- I think I'm getting good at this game. The very next game, not a single hook. (PS4) This will probably make some killers happy that this happened. I was on the Badham school map against Billy. I had a dull key and found the hatch. We lost a survivor, but the 3 of us are at the hatch ready to leave....and I couldn't open it. We spent a couple of minutes there while I'm moving around hoping to get it opened, no luck. So currently when the end game collapse happens, the generators become locked and you are able to open the doors. When there is only one survivor remaining, and the killer closes the hatch, the end game collapse begins. During this phase the survivor's only way of survival is to open a door. I was in a trial, on the Badham school map (I think there's something wrong with that map as this is the 2nd time something strange has happened) and I'm working on a gen when I potato it (skill checks meters on the right side always get me). Honestly, it happened twice for me for total 5 attempt to play the game today. It just stuck there, and task manager shows "not responding" I don't know if it's specific for certain killer, because both freezing occurs when i want to play as Deathslinger. Hi, recently when I try to play with a friend during "rush hours" where it's taking a long time to find a lobby, whenever the lobby opens one of us (the one who is not the host) get's kicked out and sometimes gets an "unkown error occured" mesage while the other one is allowed to join the game lobby. I don’t know if I’m dreaming or not, but it seems like some tiles are different. For instance, the tile above the bathroom in The Game only had one opening with the loops slightly different. The corridor beside the bathroom was also significantly wider. Macmillian estate, Lery,s and Crotus Penn are the maps I’ve noticed changes in so far. Is it a coincidence that every other rank 1 or 2 killer uses Freddy. I play against him half of the rounds I play. Why? Because he can set snares that give away your position and he can teleport directly to the gens. You have a killer with the ability to not only teleport to a survivors main objective but to also fake the teleport as well. Solo q is so unrewarding. I’d rather suffer through 15 or 25 minutes of SWF As a killer or put a toothpick in my big toe nail and kick a wall instead of playing solo q. This killer has a built in Object of Obsession every little thing he does survivor knows. Sometimes you have to leave an almost completed generator and let it regress fully. If a Killer is aware that a generator is very close to finishing, they'll heavily patrol it. Sometimes it's just not worth giving the Killer free hits, downs and easy pops. If you win a chase or get unhooked, don't go back to the scene of the crime even if the generator is 75%. When inviting a friend to search for an online game, I get the notification that the person has entered the lobby, but the character doesn't appear as it's supposed to. The invited person gets a message that joining the session wasn't possible. This also happens the other way around when I'm getting invited. In the Scream movies there is more than one person as ghostface, the people are working in a group to kill other people and I have an idea on how to implament this into the games ghostface.
