What do you do when the game freeze when loading the match?

Honestly, it happened twice for me for total 5 attempt to play the game today. It just stuck there, and task manager shows "not responding"

I don't know if it's specific for certain killer, because both freezing occurs when i want to play as Deathslinger.

And will i suffer DC penalty? I just stop playing the game when these kind of error occurs, so i'm not sure.
