Not able to play with friends

When inviting a friend to search for an online game, I get the notification that the person has entered the lobby, but the character doesn't appear as it's supposed to. The invited person gets a message that joining the session wasn't possible.

This also happens the other way around when I'm getting invited. We regularly played DBD for nearly 1 year never having any connection issues and now suddenly we aren't able to play a single game together.


Anyone has got some ideas?

    I’m having the same problem. Me and my brother are trying to play and the same invite problem happens. We would also really like to know how to fix this.
