  • I agree with you being hit by the hatchet and downed or grabbed instantly. I unhooked a survivor in the corner of the building on the backside of main, got hit with the hatchet, ran straight inside the door that feels like 6 or 7 feet away and immediately got grabbed after round the door frame. I haven't escaped yet, and I'd consider myself good at the game. Unless you're running a swf, I don't see may escapes with him.

  • Distortion in solo que can be helpful. The beginning of the match, distortion goes off. Killer hooks a survivor, distortion. Killer kickcs a gen, distortion. You vault a window, distortion. You hit a good skill check, distortion. Now you unhook a survivor, distortion. That's all I see when I run it. A lot of killers run aura reading builds. Killers have add-ons, perks, and even powers to reveal survivors. We have a perk to help counter all that, and it relies on tokens and recharging them. Killers have Lightborn to counter blinding items. I'm not sure why it's a big issue. How much information do you need from survivors? Can Lightborn get a nerf? Maybe tokens perhaps? You run one perk and someone that plans on running flashlight or flashbang save build is completely useless. Oh, did I mention you see the aura running Lightborn after someone tries to blind?

I will say this…I wouldn't mind if the perk's tokens recharge while in chase, as opposed to hiding in the killer's terror radius. That's the only suggestion you get from me. When did perks like Distortion release? And you're complaining about that?

distortion user's slowly backing up in the distance.

I use Distortion from time to time in solo que. It's nice when the killer runs nothing but aura reading perks and add-ons...which there are a ton. Survivors have one perk to help counter the killer's aura reading abilities, perks, and add-ons. Same as Lightborn counters all blinding items. Killer mains stop running aura reading builds and we'll stop using Distortion. It's weird that this is a complaint when you have perks that can destroy gen progression, make survivors scream and reveal their location, etc.. All it takes is one YouTube video and here all of you come, running the same killer with the same build.

  • Nvmd. I just looked at all the upcoming changes to the game and deleted it. They're destroying a lot of perks unnecessarily because they don't know how to fix matchmaking. They're just basically revamping the game...again. I have no friends on this game because they stopped playing a long time ago for the same thing. Don't add me. I'm out.

To BHVR, I've been playing since 2017 and even switched from Xbox to PC. Can I get a refund for the money I've put in on PC? It's less so you don't lose much. I just feel like I've defended the game for so long just to be let down.

  • They're nerfing Spine Chill? How?

no offense but math or critical thinking must not be your forte if you refuse to buy a useless perk to "not waste bp" when this course of action implies you clearing out the rest of the bloodweb, while delaying the appearance of the entity consuming nodes which, anyone with a basic pattern recognition skill would notice, appears mostly after consuming a perk.

No offense? haha. ok. 15,000 bp X however many useless perks the game decides to keep throwing at me VS me spending BP on addons that will actually contribute to winning. Easy decision

The question is rather, if it's on your way, why not take it?

Otherwise insidious allows Wraith to stay hidden in one place and ready to strike without wasting time coming out of invisibility.

That's not a good question. Why waste bloodpoints on a killer I'm not going to main for a perk that's useless for said killer. If it was Bubba, Billy, Oni, or someone with a one shot...ok. Killers like Wraith, Ghostface, Pig...no thank you. The point is not the perk though. The point is the game is clearly programmed to force a perk on you. The last killer I leveled had Dark Devotion in 50% of the bloodwebs. Do you use that perk? Does anyone? Why force us to waste 15,000 bp on perks. I'd rather have better perks that are level 1 than a few trash perks that are level 3

  • @Lastchild said:

Do you have a good reason to refuse to buy insidious?

Yeah, the Wraith doesn't have a terror radius while cloaked. Why does he need Insidious?

  • @BenOfMilam said:

bruh just buy it and you don't have to see it again

    I refuse.

Grades and MMR are completely separated systems ✨

Yeah, ok. Then why remove the ranks at the endgame scoreboard? Also, you can clearly tell that a killer is new and survivors are not. A brand new killer vs four rank 1s and 2s is clear, just by observing and the scoreboard would verify that. Now we have no way to know if we need to help motivate these people not to quit forever because of their horrible experience

Her speed is mediocre unless shes using tvs for the boost she can be looped fairly easily until bloodlust i suggest lithe or smashhit

Thanks. I mostly use DH. Maybe I'm just going crazy

Spirit nerfs comfirmed, next target aquired...

You think Freddy is underpowered and needs a buff? Wow

  • Honestly, this is too overpowered in my opinion. With BBQ he can hook someone and immediately teleport to a gen that's being worked on. Not only that but he can fake going to a gen as well. This needs a rework for sure. I know killer mains place him in a lower tier, yet they use him flawlessly and contradict theirselves when running him.

  • This is severely Killer main biased

  • Use something else. DS is a waste of a perk slot

  • If you think keys are OP I'm assuming you're a killer main with NOED

  • Twice as many killer mains, at least here on the forums. Looks like any feedback or polls on the forums will be biased towards killers. No wonder

  • The poll I ran shows there are more killer mains on the forums so any of these kinds of polls will be biased towards killers. Git gud

  • I don't get reminded on the characters I've prestiged

  • Considering this poll's results so far, there are more killer mains than survivors on this forum. That's leaning towards evidence that any polls and any feedback will be biased towards killers.

  • This poll could be settled very easily though if they'd release statistics. What % of survivors are sacrificed compared to how many survive and what killer/survivor level is this based? What are the updated percentages per killer? Stats like that.

  • Sorry for no both option

  • I was a survivor main but switched to killers becausr they are OP and receive BO faster....and you're complaining about SWF? That's the only option in the game to do well as a survivor. Rando lobbies are too easy to sacrifice.

  • Just play as killer. Easy matches, best way to get bloodpoints. No fun playing survivor anymore. The game is one sided towards killers

  • End game is yet another way to help killer mains. It's trash for survivors. All the disconnects and they still don't get it. The only way to play this game is as a killer. It's easy and until they stop boosting the killers it's the best way to get blood points. Just play as killer.

  • End game is trash

  • Everyone of you main killers I bet. "Just do gens"...yeah ok. Three gens left, I'll go do them and let the killer know where the last survivor is three times until it's open and then need to do a gate. Wait until you see more and more people DC and eventually leave this game. Played as a killer this weekend for a daily ritual. Took forever to find a lobby. Killers got it made. This game is highly favored towards the killers. The new update does not help the survivors at all. I'm not playing killer so because it's cheap and no fun so it looks like I'm not playing the game at all.

Or.. you could equip Calm spirit? That perk perfectly counters the doctor as it makes you immune to screaming debuffs.

I don't mind his power if he uses it. I'm not taking up a perk spot just on taking a chance the killer will be The Doctor. If you wonder why survivors are DCing so much, this kind of stuff is why.

  • I suppose I'm fairly new. I always try to get the killer to hit me first but they know better. I'm getting better at the chase and evading but the last four times I've tried for the hatch, I've been pulled out. I'll work on that. Thanks guys
