I had the first chase with the Killer and lasted quite a lot time. 2+ minutes since the map had a good setup and it was a Plague (so just a standard M1 Killer at the start of the game). The issue was that there was a Jane following me around the entire chase for the flashlight save (she was the Obsession and I had Blood Pact). I've been playing killer for the first time in a while to get the crowns. Yesterday was Nurse's turn, and I saw her breakable wall animation for the first time. It's my favorite thus far, really shows off her power. For those who don't know, from the killer's perspective, the Nurse raises her hand, palm facing the wall, and the wall shatters. M1 Killers I mean these who don't rly have any mobility or chase powers like Trapper, Legion, Shape, Pig, etc. Seriously that is the most boring map because any Survivor can just loop a palet 1-2 times, drop, Killer is forced to kick it otherwise you will never catch them, repeat and again. For the survivor side I would make an actual anti-tunnel version of DS base kit as to punish Killers who tunnel. Next up I'd make Kindred base kit to put solo survivors more on par with SWF. For the Killer side I'd make pop goes the weasel base kit to make it so Killers won't have to run at least two slow down perks to not get gens pumped out quick. First game since the event starts as Legion (rank 13) and I meet SWF who teabags, flashlight me, with both grenades and flashlights, they split on gens in teams of two and two right from the start. I didn't want to believe that people are this "fun" during this event as people here said, but I guess this is true. So it takes 14s to cleanse a totem, for 5 totems, that is a total of 70s spent. Now, lets double that time to account for travel time and time spent searching. This is highly unrealistic, and in an actual game, it will take most survivors longer than 14s on average to find a new totem to cleanse. I'm not sure when these add ons got changed but I remember their old effects (still on the wiki as current) was an increase in radius to Victor's passive shriek when a survivor is nearby in his idle, revealing their "outline". We all know the grind is bad. It takes a long time to get all perks and its completely random which ones you get. I personally have played long enough to have almost everything. So i wanted to ask people who needs to deal with the grind. Is your problem with the grind that you dont get all perks quick enough or that you cant get the perks you want for your build? Buy more chapters and level the characters? That means more garbage perks to pollute your blood web, especially if you play Killer, since there is actually a reason to level many of them, as opposed to your Survivor of choice, which are skins at the end of the day. The survivor bonus bloodpoint perk rewards farming others not doing objective, while the killer one rewards for playing well and doing killer's job. I have encountered far too many boring games since the event started than I ever did before. So many killers are tunnelling and face-camping, and so many survivors are bringing Prove Thyself/BNPs and keys. And for some reason these people do these things in games with 4 or 5 event cakes. I gave up on playing killer a while ago (except to get the crowns) because I was ranking up too easily and going up against survivors who were quite clearly much more skilled than I. When I can be bothered to play DbD at all, I play survivor with a friend of mine (2-man SWF) for a couple trials and then go back to playing Stellaris or whatever, because we either get survivors who have no idea12 comments 201 views last activity

The anniversary is probably the time of the year where DBD players care the least about other people because they're looking to farm bloodpoints and crowns as their top priority. My build for 5th anniversary crowns is Fast Track, Dead Hard, Build to Last and Inner Strength with a BNP Wire Spool Commodious. The only thing I can think of as a reason for all of the sweaty killers and gen-rushing survivors isThe nerf of Ruin. Before it was nerfed, I had more variety of killers that I faced (except for tunneling Freddy's) and matches lasted longer than what we have now. Granted, it didn't do much against really good survivors or swf, but it did help a little with them, while allowing killers to take it easy against solos and not have matches be a slug fest after a tunnel fest. Ok so after playing a few games while using premonition I noticed that it's bugged and not working right and I imagine a lot of people are unaware of this considering nearly no one uses premonition. In fact I think I'm one of if not the only survivor that uses premonition in red ranks. This makes me think If I didn't use it the bug would probably not be noticed at all. I’ve gotten so many killers that either go for a crown and stand in a corner after or camp/tunnel. Had 2 matches so far with the killer slugging us all immediately and refused to hook us. I feel like this event is breeding a lot of toxicity. Every game is a sweatfest now with Teabagging survivors who either bring keys or get lucky enough to find a key and Teabag over hatch in my face right before they escape. For only having 400 hours in this game I don't feel like I'm bad. I'm currently a rank 1 killer and under normal circumstances I can do pretty decent at red ranks. My pc isn't amazing buts it hsndles well enough. Never had a problem on dbd atleast before. But I got the Rpd map tonight, i was excited about it at first. I missed it in ptb and its been mia since. Its a beautiful map don't get me wrong. But its large, twisty and confusing in layout. Particle effects on almost everything and animated zombies at the windows. I'm a PH main and this is my current build, Nurses, Ruin, Infectious and BBQ. It'll be great if someday in-game randomizer appears in load out menu of the game. One second, and you have a random build. Also what do you think about option allowing to save build presets? I know there's a lot of perks but I usually use 6-8 of them as a survivor, sometimes combining or changing builds. "SWF is broken" "SWF creates a platform to break the game" These are two different things. Creating a platform doesn't mean playing SWF is outright unfair. It only ALLOWS the possibility of making the game unfair for killer in the survivor team's hands rather than it being random. Earlier today I was playing Plague and I know that this issue has always existed because of latency and server issues but it seemed to happen a lot more than usual in my matches today. I'm talking about the thing where you puke on a survivor, they flinch and scream as though they're being hit but your puke isn't registering at all.
