Playing this on any sort of killer with mobility or teleports is insane. Uncleansable, regression equal to Ruin, AND you get a free notice (good skill check) when someone is on the gen? hey, I'm afraid the developers seem to be happy with DH, otherwise they would have revised the perk long ago. How many times have you read "finally weakens DH" "removes this and that" "or does something" The reaction? nothing.... nothing happens. A fair match of DBD can still snowball into a win for either survivor or killer. The killer may just not pick the right gen at the start and then have a bad initial chase. Or 4 really good survivors could get caught out of position and end up in the basement vs Bubba or Huntress. I've noticed that the time of day with the least killer is midnight to about 6 am and waiting for a survivor game here can take upwards of 20 minutes or more. I just want to bring up another reason why queues are longer at this time than others. As stated in a stream earlier, many killer mains switch to survivor at night. People seem to misrepresent what the daily login totals mean in regards to the overall size of the game. People talk as if there are 2 Million people playing at any given time, which is not the case. Let's break it down with some rough math to try and put that number into perspective. Let's first look at the killer changes. Both are getting nice little buffs and QoL changes, which is decent. Unfortunately neither really solve the issue those killers face. Ghostface: the buff to the duration and making it to where fully stalked survivors can't reveal him are both decent. However, they both don't really solve the issues that he had. There are many killers that I would arque about (like Trickster is not easy, Legion should be easy, etc.) but I will rather focus on the VERY WRONG imo picks. Hillbilly - is NOT easy killer. ...If the devs are willing to try to tackle the perk in a decent way. Make CoH healing apply hemorrhaging (until fully healed of course) if the perkless selfcare is the method of healing. This is the bare minimum I would recommend to address the perk, especially since it does nothing if the survivor is not interrupted in their healing. Following the update to Hemorrhage, Survivors will no longer be able to 99% their healing progress to take advantage of perks that benefit them when injured (yes, that means Dead Hard too) and then immediately heal right after they feel truly endangered. The last three games I have been in, I have been hit with a 72hr disconnection ban even thou I didn't disconnect from the match. Why do we need the 2.5 Second animation to stomp the totem? Why not the quick snap n snuff, like lighting Pentimento totems. Also they mentioned that it would not be a good long term solution, because the grind is increasing exponentially with new DLCs. I agree that it is not a good long term solution, but it would be a good intermediate solution. To be honest, before they added SBMM the game was a little fun, mainly sweaty. However, when they did add it the games were full sweat lobbies where as killer you may get one(1) hook if you were lucky. Even better, with survivor you WILL have a killer that will tunnel just for one(1) kill. There is no fun in this game because the "skill" is just getting kills and escaping though the gates.
