Okay. I've been playing a lot of killer recently. I had a really good time. Because I really needed a break from survivor, because SoloQ can be a bit much. Especially if you basically only play Survivor SoloQ. I'm not going to lie. But I always thought that people overreacted over Dead Hard, that they overreacted when they said that this perk could make you lose all your pressure. Both perks allow you to heal yourself without a Med-Kit. Which can be really strong in my opinion if used correctly. But personally, I think Self-Care is the better perk, and I have a couple of reasons why I think that way. The first reason is that you can only use Inner Strength 5 times if you're lucky. I think her power would be a bit more balanced if the survivors could hear her footsteps a bit louder and her... moaning?... while she's phasing. And that the survivors would be given the same audio sound when her power is fully recharged again, just like she does. I accidentally 4 man slugged a team today on Hawkins Laboratory as Nurse. I started to realise that they were all slugged when no one came to the rescue, to save one of the 2 hooked survivors. I didn't even want to try chasing a survivor, it just happened, and it happened so fast. I was literally just vibing, looking for the crown. I just bought Legion because I want to try him out. I already know that he's a weak killer and that his main power is just keeping the survivors injured. I've come up with different builds to maybe make it easier to play him. But I don't know what build it the most reliable. Most of the perks are just slowdown perks. Beast of Prey is the most useless killer perk in my opinion. There isn't a single situation where that perk can be useful. So this rework will basically make Beast of Prey another perk. It's still connected with Bloodlust as before, but now it will actually be a bit more useful in chases. And you still get those bonus BPs. I have been thinking about this recently, and I haven't seen anyone talk about this. As we all know, the max amount of BloodPoints in one category is 8000. What if they removed that cap? I have never used Mindbreaker. But I've faced a Mindbreaker user many times, and it almost feels like that killer is running 3 perks. Becasue Mindbreaker is so easy to get around in my opinion, especially if it is a killer with a Terror Radius . So this change will hopefully make it easier to get any use from Mindbreaker as killer. I just got slammed by this thought. I think that we can agree that 80% of us use them for BloodPoints , at least for WGLF . What if 4 wasn't the maximum amount of stacks you could get, but 12? Every stack would still give 25% bonus BloodPoints but you would be able to get and 300% bonus BloodPoints instead of 100%. I think it would be nice. Okay, I'm not a Surge user. I've used it like 10 times. But whenever I use it, I never know if I'm close enough for Surge to start regressing a generator. And I know I'm not the only one that experiences that. So this small change will just make it easier for you to tell what generators have been affected by Surge. I don't like the idea of perks that removes the purpose of other perks. Stridor and Iron Will is a great example of that. So I made some research about what Stridor actually is, and that is (correct me if I'm wrong) a disease that makes it harder to breathe and it makes breathing louder.
