It’s a trash perk, as 99% of surv perks
-
it should prevent the killer to see your aura always from more than 32m and 3 tokens within this area

Even more reason to give the supposed power role more information and not the supposed weaker role.
Don”t know why so many killers need to feel powerful in a video game

Camping is one of strategy. If you don't camp in Korean server, you can't kill any survivors.
Play with true high ranker at Korean server.
Play on Russian servers with camper after camper. You’ll want to uninstall the game every day

Camping tunneling and slugging will kill this game

Hatch should never open when there is 1 survivor left and the exits are already powered. The survivor has, not 1, not 2, but 3 outs! The killer is torn between patrolling the exit gates AND looking for hatch, in which case 90% of the time the survivor is escaping. It's a psuedo-unwinnable situation for the killer, and I don't know why it is in the game.
And facecamper a surv at the egc is winnable for this surv?

It's up to Survivors to punish camping. When I camp, if nobody comes for the rescue, I stop because I'm losing ground. But when they come running, even if they don't rush the hook and just hang around and they're not repairing while the one on the hook is dying, I'm still profiting.
It is true that the Emblem system does not look favorably upon camping... but the best way to stop it to not to reward it.
I know all the arguments and counter arguments about it; I've heard them over and over. :)
One of DbD's core values is "player agency". We want players to have as much input on what happens in matches as possible. Eliminating camping as a strategy removes choice from both the Killer and the Survivors; it limits gameplay possibilities. Deciding to do gens instead of rescuing the one being camped is a moral decision: choosing the good of the many over the good of the one. Sometimes, the Survivors choose the good of the one over the good of the many; when they do, they often suffer dire consequences. But all of that arises from player choice.
I will not say "camping is good gameplay in DbD" as many construe my comments to mean. But the possibility, the choice leading to it, and the choices it requires Survivors to make are all part of what makes the game great: player agency. Removing those choices only reduces the range of decisions to make, which isn't good in the long run.
We have experimented extensively with anti-camping measures. In the end, the result was always that the camper just camped harder, or we had to break fundamental systems to accomodate the anti-camping measure.
Give survs a small kindred basekit doesn’t break fundamentals systems and wouldn’t do killers camp harder

Selfish people always play as killer
-
Slugging affects also solos more than swf. They should remove aura reading with b&c when in diying state, and allow you to ######### when in diying state for 1 min. Slugging is a death trap for solos
-
This is dbd now. Killer is easy as hell. You can 4k with a trapper rank 10 vs 4 swf rank 1. And they”re still crying
-
guy, we only find campers, tunnelers and sluggers for the 4k. This is all we can find as killers

According to the Survivor Rulebook, can I now use this offering? Or is it still imbalanced and you are going to still disconnect when you see the hidden offering?
Yea, we won’t dc now. Can’t we use broken keys now without being tunneled?

Yes, I change your ebony moris with my broken keys

He is balanced. He just requires you to play slightly different and that's why he's hard for some people.
Yes, he is balanced about 75% kill rate

@GeordieKiller said:
I think the frustration isnt the nerf it self i think there are more people agreeing the change if anything. Its the fact that it wasnt done at the same time as keys changing. Regardless of what your thoughts on keys and moris there is no denying when someone post a nerf about mori theres a comment "what about keys then" and vice versa.
Now we are in a situation where Mori have been nerfed but the survivors version of mori (keys) hasnt changed at the same time with no fixed date on when keys are getting changed. which makes the devs looked like they are survivor sided and has damage the fragile trust that the killer community has with the devs.
So i dont think it was the nerf that getting the backlash its the way they released the nerf without dealing with the other side mori (keys) thats getting backlash
A survivor version of a mori is a key that show the hatch aura and let you escape when you finish 1 gen

Well now i will probably start using mori's now, i can finally see the cool kill animations without survivors dcing on loading screen
I can't shake the feeling they just nerfed mori's as a apology for the latest buggy patch though
They have been talking about mori changes for quite a while and it really sounded they were going to do more then just increase the number of required hooks by one.
I feel like they will be changed more in the future
Finally as surv I”m going to be moried sometimes. I”m happy

They are. Freddy in my opinion is what every killer should be. He has many tricks and also has many counters. If I was in charge of changing him I would make the clock sleep cool down longer. If you wake up through a clock 30 seconds of cool down till sleep timer starts. If you wake up blowing a gen up it should be 45 seconds because not only a actual explosion happen next to the survivors face but they probably got hurt because of this. This also will alert freddy where you are and undo some work on the gen so there are disadvantages and advantages of doing this. Knowing the devs he is going to nerfed to the ground and or end up like Hillybilly and only have like 4 good add ons. Its going to be a sad day indeed.
“They are. Freddy in my opinion is what every killer should be.”
Easy 4k every game?

What are these big buffs you speak of?
New A tier killers, maps reworks full of dead zones, meta perk, nerf syringes, toolboxes, do gens toguether,..So many things this year, and they only nerf moris. Anyway I never play again moris, now it’s possible I play against them
-
Guys, grow up. I know this is a killer forum, but buff after buff for killers they do any nerf for them and you only see rivers of tears.
-
Guy, devs were buffing killers and maps and perks for them for so many time, and survs only got nerfs
-
Don’t worry. Maps are totally broken. Can remember how many times they showed nothing. Only 50% of times they showed me totems as well
-
Remove campers and tunnelers and you reduce 95% of the toxicity. So easy

As I said....those "Purposely" so it should be a indication of me pointing out the toxicity side of survivor mainers.
As I said I have no problems with survivors doing their Objectives but to ruin the gameplay for the killer is the problem lol I keep repeating this. (I use Thantophobia to slow their progression but the perk needs to be buff to be really pressuring against such things.)
Guy, how many times you 3/4k?
-
this is a killers” forum, so I suppose when you write rework you want to say nerfed for survivors
-
Agree. Also survs should start the match hooked

This game still survivor sided, but at least is more balanced.
True. In 1 of 5 games a surv can escape yet

@Sonzaishinai said:
Split up and don't instantly go for unhooks
The killer can't slug you all if you're all apart.
This is not a killers behavior issue, but a survivors one. You can't blame the killer for taking advantages for your team's mistakes.
This is one of the biggest problems in this community, everybody (survivors and killers) alwayd wants to put the blame on the other side instead of looking to improve themself
Guy, at least 90% of this forum are killers
-
It”s now so easy to 4k that killers which can’t do it in 1 of 10 games cry asking for another nerf. They think they”re semigods, and it”s only the game making it so easy for them
-
@NoObzBoiYT said:
We got to stop using DS before they nerf it. So let’s hold off for a while and the DS pick rate can go down. Switch DS with “For the people” so the killer still thinks DS is in the lobby.
If not killers have 70% kill rate without ds and tunneling it will be 90-95%. They can’t remove it
-
If survs have a perk that we can use to reduce 5 times 60% of lunge attack range of the killer you”ll see rivers of tears and so many killers saying it should be nerfed because it will be meta

A killer facecamping their 1 hook during EGC is 100% fair. There's nothing else for the killer to do at that point except try to earn a pity kill.
same as the 4th surv finding the hatch

losing a deserved 4k because of the very not dumb mechanic of hatch also is pretty boring
Sure you don’t think is a problem loosing a deserved 4 escapes because of the very not dumb mechanic of facecamper a guy at the egc

I love when the slugged surv dc and the other one escape using the hatch. Usually the killer never say anything in the chat, I can imagine their faces :D

I say this because it feels a bit too slow how Oni charges his demon dash, it always feels like he is juuust falling behind on chases when it comes to this.
a .5 or .25 second reduction would feel nice.
I know people will say that he is a balanced killer and that he is fine, but if you are against good survivors who actually make sharp turns throughout tiles, then you will probably end up getting no value out of a dash hit attempt.
This is why Oni's performance is so much better with the topknot, maybe too impactful for a green tier addon btw. The scalped topknot could have its effect reduced or changed if this is changed.
Just a tiny changed to this killer because I feel like he along with huntress and ghostface are the only balanced killers in the game right now. What would be nice is to see these killers just get tiny tweaks to be a little better because they are pretty counterable despite being the most balanced killers.
What do you think about this?
Tons is a killers forum. Good luck with the comments

It's very good for making sure you get at least 2 hooks per game. If you go down first it's a waste but mid to late game, when you are liable to die on your first hook; having it available is incredible for giving yourself a second chance. Dying on my first hook or going half on my first hook is probably the most annoying thing in DBD to me so I run it often.
Before crossplay I would do an endgame hook trading build sometimes. BT/DS/Deliverance/Tenacity. You could aggressively trade for someone on the hook; then save yourself and either DS the killer or crawl out of the exit gate with tenacity.
kindred, ds, dh and ub are by far the best perks for solos. I used spine chill, but 4 or 5 games
withoutit and you don’t use it again -

This game needs to stop with the nerfs. Especially killer nerfs. Theres always a killer nerf or rework being done (like right now), while survivor gameplay and meta has been the same for a long time now.
I agree running ruin and undying on everything is bland, but just because its overused meta doesnt mean it needs an overhaul.
In any game the smartest thing to do for balancing is buff, not nerf, which I wish they would realize for this game.
Do you know that the killer meta didn't change because nerfs, but because a new meta perk appears, don't you?

Played 18 games tonight mostly tunneled off hook no face camp but it was way easier than being a tool and chasing 3 diff people hooking them x3 times and dealing with DS vs just getting rid of 1-2 people off the bat

You're not alone. You can find so many trash campers / tunnelers, especially on weekends

Power struggle is not gonna be seen a lot. SWF groups might use it because that's the only way you're gonna get any use out of it because it's too situational. Not to mention you have to run flip flop to actually get any use out of the perk.
Even when it's fixed it's not gonna be meta. Remember what everyone said about For The People and buffed blood pact and how wrong they were?

It has nothing to do with solo or swf. The only problem with solo is that you get bad teammates. A good MMR will fix that. The amount of pallets is good, but the placement is not perfect.
To be fair im too lazy to learn the map layout myself and use windows of oppurtunity. But everytime i lose there are enough pallets left.
It's easy to learn. The shack, a bus and 2 or 3 pallets more

Nurse and Spirit have the lowest killrates because they require the most time to master to get any sort of reward, that's why the devs aren't going to nerf them
Spirit is a killer machine. You can 4k easily every game

there IS a perk that would do this, it's called distortion. introduced with Jeff and Legion! problem solved, no nerf needed.
It could be if the devs rework it. 3 tokens was barely ok when undying didn't exist, but not it's not near usable.
-
As I said in other post it's going in the bad direction. Instead of nerfing killers and make matches last longer with another objective for survs they buff so many killers to semigods and now survs only can genrush to escape. We could have very good and longer matches, and now we only have M1 simulator and run in straight line.

I forgot, wasn't freddy deemed "OP" by Survivor players with less than 2k hours because he was able to see their Aura's through the power??? He finally got a power and add-on rework 1.5 years later and he was mediocre at first, then killer players figured out how to play him effectively. Now survivors are back to crying about "Killer OP" rather then trying to adapt to the killer...?
Guy, do you really think is fair a killer that hits you 3m from you and a passive power that makes you run 45secs to be asleep for 60secs?
