Nerfing and buffing both sides at the same time
Many complaints are that moris are changed but keys get only changed in the future.
Some see the same connection with DS and Noed/Undying etc.
But is there a reason to do it?
I would certainly reduce the complaints, but who cares?
To change only on thing makes it easier to see the change in statistics. But i dont think this applys to the mori change. Its obvious that there will be less kills with moris.
The other reason is that you dont need to wait till both things are ready. So it reduces the waittime when its alone released.
So im fine that the mori change happened alone, but i wonder why this easy change wasnt implemented earlier.

I think they have been creating many balance changes over the last two years and although one thing seems to have been complained about for a while, it wasn’t as important years ago because of the long list of issues.
It’s like dominoes. My favorite example is: Maps were adjusted. No more god loops. They are smaller in scale with weaker loops. Suddenly Nurse and Hillbilly are overpowered (and they needed to be stronger before to compensate for other issues) after the changes.
Moris are the next domino it seems and the right decision at this time.

The thing is that both Moris and keys have been complained about for about as long as they have been in the game. Keys have never been touched though, while moris have been needed TWICE.
Guy, devs were buffing killers and maps and perks for them for so many time, and survs only got nerfs
Imagine thinking one of the most loopable killers in the game was OP and didn't just need a nerf to instasaw add-ons.
Hillbilly was the pinnacle of balance. He should have been this games Ryu.
I main Hillbilly. I was concerned about his nerf as it happened. Turns out he’s really good now too. Are you struggling post nerf with Billy?
